Honestly wish I could give them more stars. They costumer service beast above and beyond anything I would have even expected! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who owns a diesel. The employees are super cool and honestly wish I was from around here so they could be my regular Mechanics.

Just went to Wasatch Diesel for the first time off of a referral. I was looking for at a few repairs on my 2019 Dodge. The guys at the shop were able to explain everything in a way that i could understand and gave me a few different repair options to choose from. Not knowing a ton about dieselsit was a great experience. Thank you guys!

Was disappointed in this group. I asked them to take a look at a fuel leak, they informed me they were 4 weeks out for any repairs because of the Coronavirus. I asked if they could just tell me where it was leaking cause it might be just a loose connection. They once again told me they were 4 weeks out and that people use excuses to get them to fix their vehicle. Just seemed to be lazy and didnt want to make easy money. I took the vehicle to Stroker, they pulled it in and had it diagnosed in 5 min and will have it repaired shortly. Sorry Wasatch, but you suck!

I am super impressed with wasatch and the way they handled our situation ty and his guys are amazing mechanics really knowledgable and super nice guys i got put in a bad situation and needed my truck fix asap i told them what had happen and ty and his crew bend over backwards to help me and get my truck running right they managed to get er done in a super reasonable time and with in my budget i highly recommend wasatch diesel performance for anybodys with a diesel they definitely gained another loyally customer.

Excellent customer service.Justin is very pleasant and knowledgeable and will explain in full detail the problem with your car.On my way to pick up a friend that was having his truck repaired there my passenger front window fell inside the door.Justin explained what the problem may be and explained the functuality of the part that may be need to replaced.I was in a hurry and could not leave my vehicle there at that time.He gave me a price quote and applied some plastic to the space where the window was just as a temporary fix and to keep anything wet from getting inside which held up for two weeks and through a couple of snow storms untill I could afford to have it repaired. ( Life Saver)He said that he would have to take the door panel off and the diagnostic fee would be $85.00 but would be applied to any labor that was done to be repaired.Every shop will charge you a diagnostic fee and will not include it in the labor cost. Very honest and trusting shop.I highly recommend.

Told me they would need three days to look at my 7.3, four days later they said it was next up. Five days later - next up. Six days later - next up. Seven days later - oh, our diagnostic machine is broken and we cant look at it. Thanks for nothing.

Dropped 6k on this place do their 6.0 solutions kit to my 05 f250. They told me if it leaked when I got home to bring it back. When I got home I noticed oil spots on my driveway so I brought it back. They proceeded to tell me that my glow plug harness was leaking and would need to be replaced. However, it wasnt leaking before they went in and replaced the glow plugs.Also when I picked it up they told me that they blocked off my EGR and that it might throw a code. However, their website says I was supposed to get an EGR upgrade with the 6.0 solutions. Im pretty sure that blocking off the EGR is illegal. When I brought this up to them they just shrugged it off.

Do not work with this business!Owner stole $400 from me. I paid for a pre purchase inspection only to have the truck taken off his lot in less then 24hrs because I purchased it anyway. No work done. And no refund. Says I was an inconvenience. The owner never called me back. Never offered a refund when no work was done.Im now having to fight and call every day to get my refund. He is trying to keep my money and ignore my calls. Is this how all your customers are treated? Or just the women? Disgusting behavior.

When I returned home from Afghanistan, my F450 wouldn’t start. The crew was able to diagnose a failed CP4 fuel pump. The guys at Wasatch Diesel kept me in the loop as parts were orders, came in, and were installed. They also did a complete once over on the truck to make sure I didn’t have any other unforeseen issues.Easy going crew that knows what they’re doing. Extremely easy to deal with. I have a hotshot trucking company and was on my way to Colorado and my truck was having cooling issues as it had been for some time. I had the head studded about 5 months prior by another mechanic. I stopped at wasatch as it had gotten really bad. Jraevon opened the hood and diagnosed it in literally less than a minute! The head had been installed incorrectly and the head gasket had blown again as well as some other issues that needed to be fixed. I was stressing out thinking that I would be off the road for at least a week and not be able to deliver my load. They understood my need to get back on the road and had it fixed in less than 48 hours! Jraevon pulled an all nighter just to get it done! It’s running better than it ever has! Thank you guys so much!

Wasatch Diesel Came highly recommended from a lot of the local diesel groups, so naturally I decided to take my truck there. They took care of my truck like it was there own, and also stuck to the time they gave me my truck was to be finished. To top it off they gave me a military discount and got to meet a fellow ordnance member! If you want your diesel taken care of and done right take it to these guys 100% Will definitely be returning for any maintenance needed on my truck!

Topnotch service !My truck runs completely different after having them work on it. I can now pass going up steep hills and my fuel mileage is much better. They are the only place I will be taking my truck. Highly recommended!! Bought a truck from California and was traveling back to Pennsylvania and the truck needed repairs. Contacted these guys they came in on their day off to get me back on the road. They pulled some strings on getting me a turbo the next day. Great customer service & great quality of work at reasonable price. They had my dodge 5500 Cummins up in no time!!

One of the better options out there for a diesel shop! They’re honest, get to the point and don’t treat anyone like there dumb. If you’re looking for a shop that can get you taken care of whether it’s a gas or diesel this is the shop for you. I had a few issues with my 6.0 and they were able to help me out with diagnosis and getting it fixed and going again! I’ve struggled figuring out an electrical issue just recently for about three weeks and they had it figured out in a matter of 24 hours!! Hands down the easiest shop to work with that has some great employees as well!!

Shot down on my lunch to pickup a part these guys had in stock. Not only did they have the kit that I needed but way cheaper than Ford. Ty spent the time to show me the parts and gave me advice on installation. Very impressed with how things are running there.

If you are considering the purchase of a used diesel truck Id highly recommend you bring it to these guys for a pre purchase inspection. The Excursion that I was about to purchase turned out to need new injectors and had a leaking head gasket. Saved me thousands. Great fast and extremely friendly service. If I do end up with a diesel these guys will be my goto shop.

Ty is an awesome guy, badass 6.0 mechanic, and stand up man. He inspected my whole Excursion, ran tests and scans on it without chargin me a dime. I live up in Idaho where there are no good Ford 6.0 Mechanic’s worth looking at my rig, so whenever I have an issue I message him and ask a million questions. Went in to get a 100 psi boost gauge I couldnt find. Didnt have one on the shelf. Sent parts runner to go get it and had it in 20 mins. Great customer service. Definitely will be recommending people for sure.

Absolute best choice to take your diesel to! Powerstroke, Cummins or Duramax. They do it all and you will not be disappointed. Make this your one and only stop when looking for performance or just normal maintenance.

Ordered parts at a great price and received them quickly.

Very very poor service. Got a 1800$ turbo kit done, then the turbo bolts fell out because he reused the old ones. It ended up cracking the exhaust manifold. So I take it back to him and he tries blaming it on me like I cause all this. We came to agreement on fixing it and the truck was in the shop for over a month and never was touched. So I picked it up and took it to stroker diesel to fix the problem. I would never recommend this shop to anyone
