My car was in there for two weeks and three days and they told my insurance that they would have it done. They even gave my insurance a date when they would be done. Got there to pick up my vehicle to be told that my insurance has transfer my vehicle somewhere else. Guess why?? Cause they DIDNT DO ANY REPAIRS WHATSOEVER! The insurance is just as flabbergasted as I am. Terrible. Two weeks my vehicle has been there!! At least, they’re good at answering their phone. But, other then that. This experience was horrible.

Sergio the owner was very pleasant and professional and generous! We are traveling from California to Utah and needed an immediate repair as we accidentally hit something on the road. Sergio was accommodating and helped us immediately and no COST! He says have a safe travel. Where can you find such service! Thank you Sergio and your team! Truly appreciate your help.

Never been there... Google needs to quit tracking people I only talked to them on the phone. And how did they know that???? And as far as Pros body shop they seem to be nice people.

The company name definitely fits. Sergio is a Professional at what he does, and absolutely takes pride in his work. When I first me him, he explained his standards, and what he expects from his crew. I was also very impressed with the communication...I had questions, Sergio had answers. Which was key, cause this was the first time I was ever in this kind of situation. If you are looking to have any kind of body work done on your vehicle, go to Pros! I guarantee your experience will be just as it should be, painless. You obviously need a body shop cause an unfortunate event took place at some point. Pros will almost make you feel like it never happened. Pricing is fair, quality work, and trust WILL be made. I took an F-150 that I use for work to get the passenger door panel replaced because it had a dent and the window wouldnt roll up properly. Pros body shop did a great job fixing it and matching the new door color with the existing paint. It took them two days. I also had problem putting my middle seat down which they fixed quickly on the spot with out charge. Ooverall they seemed like great mechanics. The reason why I gave 5 stars instead of 4 stars is because I had about 30 cents in the driver door disappear. I dont really care for 30 cents put it was somewhat concerning.

Pro’s body shop was referred to me by a buddy of mine and wow I’m impressed, from the beginning to the end I was never let down Trinidee was a major help with the entire project and Danny did awesome work on my trucks repair. I hope I never have body damage to my truck again but if I do I know I can rest easy knowing the pros at Pro’s body shop have my back!

Never had such a good experience. Sergio took care of me throughout the entire process. The quality of work done is second to none. My repairs were done very quickly so I can get back on the road. I would highly recommend Pros to anyone who needs body work done.

Couple month past I took my car to them for repairing my driver door that was hit by other car and yes they fix it but the thing is they never updated you on the car. I had to call everytimes to check on the car cus the insurance that pay for my rental car called that they will not pay for my rent after almost 20 days of renting a car for me. All they care about is to take the money and never get your car done. I went in and get my car they never finished it but told me to bring it back on Monday. I end up clean inside and out of my car due to those painting spot all over my windows and all over dashboard. They dont care at all. When I went there to get my car I pay it before took my car and that manager count the money and say I was short 100 which was the price was only 2912 and he say I was short 100 because it not 3912.... everything was not fix after I get my car...not complete on painting and plus the wire on all my door was not working. Worst pla e to deal with....I recommend who ever has this problem dont go to them.....suck and not pros.....
