I bought a car with a warranty on the engine for any repairs costing over 700.00. The next day i took it to a shop only to find out it had a rear main engine seal leak. I got 5 estimates from five shops for the work. all of them came in above $700.00. the average cost was $970.00 So I took the car back to Auto Auctions of America. They took the car to their in house shop and came back with an estimate for 675.00 for the repairs. And would not honor their warranty. If you buy a car from these guys bring your mechanic and be ready for a bunch of problems. your better off staying away and buying from a private seller or a dealership. The rear main engine seal was just the tip of the ice burg. I evenly sold the car at a loss to a mechanic. This place is as shady as they get stay away and leave your wallet at home.

Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and kind. They listened to what I was looking for, and what was important to me and found me a car that fit all my needs. Honestly didnt expect to drive off the lot in my new vehicle but was so pleased that I did!

They got me for $300.00 too. by telling me that they needed 300.00 deposit to make a phone call to the owner of car to make an offer and not to worry it would be be refunded if the offer was not accepted,and applied to purchase price, so i told her to make the offer and think about a minute later she comes back and says congratulations they accepted,at no time did i say we wanted it, but they kept my 300.00 because the offer was accepted. I never signed agreeing to anything. I will be reporting to the better business Bureau & Gephart tomorrow..what there doing is morally not right

Not really part of any auto auction but vehicles were decent, could try a little harder to showcase the vehicles a bit better. Young guy who said he was the detailer, showed me a few cars I like and he was pretty cool and friendly.

Very dishonest dealer and staff. Avoid like the plague! Went to see a car that had never been in an accident, stated on their public ad, and stated again in person when visiting to see the car. Upon seeing the car, it was blatantly obvious that the front bumper and both front fenders had been replaced and painted, complete with big old drip marks in the paint and a mis-aligned hood. When we pointed it out to the salesman, he blew us off. There is absolutely no way that was missed when they took in that car, or Im sure hasnt been pointed out to them by countless of other buyers. It was honestly the worst repair Ive seen in my life! So much for never been in an accident, and if it was a clean title, it was only because someone saved it before it was officially declared a total.

They Car I bought from them was great! It lasted 5 years then the engine threw a rod because Walmart didnt really do the oil changes I paid them to do. Im For a new car! -Tim Clark

I give them 1 star because i had no other choice. I recently purchased a car from here and i regret it! First of all, the vehicle was salvage! something they never mentioned, then the car has a lot of problems and its not even worth fixing, they have horrible customer service, and theyre liars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!Well what a nice and professional response im getting from this place. The Law says we as individuals CANNOT purchase a salvage car, which you sold to me, No one mentioned it, otherwise i wouldnt have purchased that junk.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cars were just ok. Some were pretty beat up. Some were in good shape but not what I was looking for.

Some people wont understand that this is a public auction, the cars are being sold AS IS which is explained from the beginning of the sale, if you are buying a $1000 dls vehicle dont expect the same thing as when buying a $15 k! Its a great company learn about car auctions before you start complaining about it.

I needed a new vehicle for my dad stopped by and drove the car home! Very nice and friendly employees bilingual which helped my dad tons! Great deal on the car I recommend it !!

If I could give it a lower star I would. Just dont do it. You might think youll be able to find a deal amongst the duds. Its not worth it. The cars they sell are junk and wont pass safety inspections without more work than the car is worth. Your lucky if it runs long enough to get it off the lot. Please learn from my misery.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!!! FOR ONE THERE WEBSITE HAS THE WRONG ADDRESS WHICH NONE THE LESS HAD ME WALKING ACROSS TOWN TO FIND THEM, THEN THE PEOPLE THERE ARE ALL RUDE. AND THE CARS WERE ALL JUNK DEALER REJECT CARS. ALL CRAP REALLY, THAT THEY WANTED TOP DOLLAR FOR, ALSO YOU BETTER CALL TO SEE IF THERE ACTUALLY HAVING THE AUCTION..... WAS THERE AT NOON FOR THE 1PM AUCTION. AND OF COARSE THEY HAD CANCELED IT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY PEOPLE THERE TO JOIN IT.. HAHAHA THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CLUE!!! NO PEOPLE EQUALS CRAP PLACE!!!!

Completely misleading, the car I drove 1.25 hours to bid on was a consignment, not even an auction. It needed tires, a battery, 3 wrecks on the VIN and the owner wanted 1.5k over fair market price. Deleted my log on and moved on.

The car they sold me had really bad issues and they just let me drive it off the lot. dishonest salespeople. would not recommend or return.

Transmission went out about 5 minutes after my Wife and I bought the car, then it took 2 months for them to produce title. Would not recommend. STAY AWAY

Car theives. They will steal your car or sell you a stolen one. Avoid them, they are very dishonest. They still owe me over $5k.

I made it to the gate exactly @ 5 pm to pock up my car (after calling ahead to asure Id be in the clear) no a soul on site.

They did tell me to come over Car, they dont have and they post on KSL Just West your time and to take you over there

Terrible customer service. There is no real communication they will tell you anything you want to hear in order to get the vehicle of the lot. You are not to truly test drive the vehicle. Do not attempt to do business with them!!

Terrible service, I went to test a car that the battery does not work for, they started the car with some auxiliary cables and when I started it it went off, the saleswoman left me alone and I could not turn it on again, as they intend to sell a car with that Lousy service should inspire confidence and is the least they inspire.
