Was a member over a year, and made a lot of purchases during that time. Overall experience was good... until the covid restrictions came into play. I have conditions that prevent me from masking, and I respected the policy by calling before picking up my winning bids so that they could bring the items out to my car. All was well with this arrangement until one time there was a problem with one of the items, I had to enter the building to make them aware of the problem and when I did I was told to leave and not come back until I was masked. The problem was easily solvable, but the employee was so rude, that I complied, and found a mask and returned, resolved the problem and left, thinking nothing more. The next time I tried to enter the website, I found that both my wifes account and mine were shut down without explanation. I contacted the management to find out their reasoning, and discovered the employee said I was rude to them, management would not even respond to our side of the story, they cut us off before giving us a chance to explain. It would have taken 2 mins to resolve the problem and I was keeping a proper distance. They would not even go out side to help me. I believe that I am permanently banned, because of this petty rule of theirs. In the past I have recommended others to this site, but now I will explain my experience to others and let them make their own decision whether or not to do business with them. By the way, management also threatened us with Legal Action if we posted a negative review. Very unprofessional .

Good place, they have gotten really slow with covid. Prices just keep getting worse the bigger it gets.

Ive had a few great experiences in the past, but recently ran into issues with being sold faulty and mislabeled products, after purchasing a carpet cleaner sold as working and confronting the company, I was told it was my fault for not inspecting items upon purchasing. Following that I continued purchasing items and ended up purchasing a broken tv, prior to purchasing it was inspected and found not functioning so I decided not to buy, which resulted in an immediate ban in my account and them withholding the other items in which I intended to purchase and had won in a previous auction. I am very disappointed in the customer service provided, I feel discriminated against and offered to resolve the balance owed on my account, but they refuse to conduct business in a professional manner.

Fun online local auction. Know the value of what youre bidding on. You can get great deals,, but Ive seen things sell for twice what you could purchase elsewhere!

Having problems accessing website this weekend and monday 11/30/2020.

Have never had an issue with multiple purchases over the past couple years. Always have products ready to go and the new app is very handy.
