I am the spouse of a former employee. I had to witness my wife suffer daily from an abusive work environment. My wife would come home stressed out to the max daily because of the abuse her supervisors put her through. She showed up to work on time everyday, and worked as hard as she new, but she suffers from anxiety and these people would torment her daily. They would spread lies and rumors like high school teenagers, making her feel like she was losing a popularity contest. Ultimately that is exactly what happened and 2 days after going to her superiors about a female employee that was harrassing her she was let go. I find this shameful and it breaks my heart to watch a company be so callous of her feelings and her life. She needed this job and tried very hard to keep it but in the end she lost a popularity contest. Pathetic that a company has such low integrity. It used to be that companies cared about their employees but now days they use them and toss them like trash, i had hopes that Moog inc. Was different but they are not. They are like all the others, im sure they will use some lame excuse like work performance or something but had that really been the case training should be offered to such a loyal employee who showed up on time for her entire shift everyday. No Moog doesnt care about their employees at all and i hope anybody who reads this considers that before doing business with them.
