My wife could not be happier with her new power wheelchair. She loves how comfortable it is compared to old chair. And Brian P was the best really went out of his way to make sure she received what she really needed and helped every step of the way. Thanks Brian !

I have known Brian P for over 20 years and when it came time to get a new chair, I needed to go with someone that I trust. When I found out he was at National Seating, it was a no-brainer that I was going to call him. I could not be more happier with my chair. Brian has expertise as not only a sales rep but also a physical therapist and I trust his judgment and opinion. I had my chair in approximately 6 weeks: the fastest Ive ever had a chair come. I highly recommend this company because of the outstanding all around service.

We had a very positive experience with this company. We worked with Brian who is very knowledgeable and was able to put together the order to have a customized manual wheelchair built for my husband. He was very quick to return any of our phone calls and answered all of our questions. He also took the time to double check some of the features and specs on the chair with us before the order went through to have it built. It was very reassuring to be working with someone who cares about his customers and wants to have things done right the first time. We just received our chair and we couldn’t be happier with it, thank you so much Brian for your help!

I have to say I have been with this company for 6 years. I did not have a good experience with them. When it was time for my son to get a new chair I had my mind set to go with a different company. They talked me into staying with national seating as they had made some changes.I have to say that I am very happy that I stayed with the company. I have not had any problems with getting my equipment that is needed. (Other than the insurance companies suck). I get updated text messages and emails. I get a quick response back on all my messages that i leave.

Im a brand-new client, as well as a brand-new paraplegic (this place was recommended to me by another wheelchair-bound person). My experiences so far have been excellent. My sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and he put through my order so that I was able to get it as quickly as possible. This chair, as opposed to the horrible, ill-fitting, broken-in-less-than-two-months chair I received at the hospital, is a wonder. I couldnt be happier with it.

I have to say that we have had an excellent experience dealing with National Seating and mobility for my daughter medical equipment and we want to thank Brian for such excellent work and dedication to his clients.👍

The representative that we met with to fit my daughter for her equipment back in the beginning of August was good and knows his stuff. HOWEVER, their back office is the worst. My daughters files were lost multiple times, the office workers do not understand the paperwork they receive with approved funding. And when the NYS office of Early Intervention tells you that this company is a mess, that should tell you something. Bottom line is-the equipment that they have payment authorization for since September is yet to to be ordered.If you chose to go with this company, be prepared to follow up, follow up and follow up. The people who will handle your paperwork are clueless.

This place is a joke. No body returns calls, dropped off a doctors prescription for a scooter, left our landline number and cell phone never called back. Leave a message with these people they never return a call. Dont waste your time with these fools.
