I absolutely love Big and Little Sean 😎I have been a loyal costumer for a few years and when they show up, they are on time, nice, very professional and really great at their craft. The Seans’ have a pleather of knowledge when it comes to pools.The men installed a brand new liner last year and it was done in a timely manner. It was actually really fast. They stayed until they knew the pool was working correctly while filling it.If I have any pool issues throughout the summer and even after that, Sean will text me and give me great advice on how to fix it if it’s minor, or he would offer to come out to take a look so he can figure it out.I highly recommend Ace’s Pools to anyone who needs work done to their pool, no matter how good or bad the condition of the pool may seem to be in. These gentlemen have showed up and showed out when installing and that’s what I like!!!I can see why they are highly rated!!!***I have reached out to other pools places (tons) in the past for doing work with my pool but I found that Aces was the one place that stood out as being professional, reliable, honest and genuine. Our pool pump stopped working right after we had the pool opened for the season. We called Sean on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and he came right out the same day to look at it. He took everything apart, showed my husband how everything works and made great recommendations about what to do to get it working as it wasnt something he could fix on the spot. I would definitely recommend this business and we will be keeping him in mind for any future needs.

My husband and I were scrambling to get some assistance in opening our pool and troubleshooting the source of a possible leak. On the recommendation of a trusted pool business, we gave Aces Pool Service a call. Our call was returned the same day, and Aces was even able to come out the very next day to open our pool! We were pleased with the prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional pool opening service. Were now also educated about our pools leak and some possible ways to remedy it. My pool heater stopped working on a Sunday and I needed a new igniter installed. I called Sean on a Sunday of a long holiday weekend and he was able to come over within an hour and install a new igniter and got the heater working!! He saved the day!! Polite, knowledgeable, fast and reasonable!! Highly recommend!!

I called and spoke with Sean around May 15th. Asked him what the lead time would be for pool installation because we were thinking about purchasing one, but were NOT going to if install time would run into the middle or end of June. He told me hed put us down for June 4, give or take a few days. So, we purchased the pool. He told me to have site ready, and let him know when pool would be there. I rushed Pool Mart to have our pool there by June 3rd. Sean said they arent installing yet, as they are still opening pools. He said we are at top of the list for installs. ( I understand this Spring was different than most). June 9th he said if site is ready they can get out there that week. That week came and went and not ONE word from Sean. On June 14 he said he had to finish a gas line the next day, so he will shoot for that Friday or Monday. I explained again we werent going to buy one if lead time was too long.I texted him June 19th to see where we were on the list. He told me he thought we wanted to be taken OFF the list so he took us off!! WHAT??He didnt even CALL us first to confirm if thats what we wanted! So he put us BACK on the list but not at the top anymore. My husband called him on JUNE 20, and he said he would fit us in that week, and he will call the day ahead. By June 30th....we heard NOTHING from him....so we finally did it ourselves.Now Im reading all these reviews, and they are from people that called him a couple weeks ago to a month ago, and he was there the NEXT DAY doing things for them?! TOTALLY unprofessional, and if something was NOT clear in our text conversation, then he should have CALLED, like most professionals would do.

Had a huge hole in our pool and they where able to come out the next day and replace our liner. Very professional and cleaned up when they where done. Would recommend calling them first.

I reached them on the phone was given rough estimate of 795.00 to install an above ground pool. Two days later he said it would be 950.00, and I had to pay extra for the blocks, and 25 dollars for every inch of leveling, and I had to set up the sand delivery myself(included in every other pool setup). He is price gouging because it’s a very busy season. It’s a real shame.

Completely unreliable. He told me he would be at our house to complete repairs after I purchased all the necessary equipment. Then on the day I expected him, I get a text saying gonna pass. That is the most ridiculous encounter I have ever had with any so called professional. Apparently he thinks it is ok for a home owner to have a date set aside for a month and then just text that morning to back out.

Great company! I called on a Sunday morning because our newly installed pool was leaking from 3 different areas, and our installer, nor other service companies were available to come out. He did a great job and took his time to make sure the problem was solved the best he could! Thank you so much for your help!

After the water level in my pool kept dropping and noticing water accumulating in parts of my yard and behind liner, a friend advised I may have leak in pool. In a panic, I started making calls to different companies for help. Sean was quick to return call, and came out same day. He had me try a couple things first before coming back to run additionally tests. The test did uncover a leak, and he was able to offer a reasonable solution that turned out to be less costly than we thought. I could tell he knows what he is talking about and will be using him going forward for all my pool needs, including opening and closing.A side note: One of those other companies called back to advise they were too busy to come out, but offered a recommendation for a service provider they felt would be great. It was Aces Pool Service.

Sean did a great job on our pool. He was dependable, very knowledgeable and started and completed the job as promised.will call again if we need future work done for sure.
