Absolutely terrible company. They have one man who creates the estimates that agreed to come to our home to price how much it’d be to remove one path of pebbles. He said he’d get back to us that night or the following day.He came to our home and took photos, and he NEVER called back or responded again. We’ve called both numbers for this company multiple times to get our estimate and have had no response. The fact that he’d come to our home during a pandemic and take photos of our property only to never respond is such a disappointment and shows a complete disregard for safety and customer service. Don’t waste your time calling them, it’s honestly a lost cause.

I was not only contacted separately by Patrick, the owner, and his father, Bill, but I was visited by each as well. I did not use this service, but I hope the owner of the business sees this. Today I was driving south on the thruway around 4:45 pm and one of your drivers was ahead of me switching lanes constantly and unsafely. He almost drove a pickup truck off the road and then proceeded to honk and flip the driver off, even though it was his fault for not looking. The top of the dumpster was also not sealed properly and some debris flew out and landed on the vehicle behind me and almost caused an accident. This is totally unprofessional and unsafe behavior. I do hope that you take this seriously as it made me feel like this employee does not care about the reputation of your business, and seeing the way he behaved today on the road would not make me want to be a customer.

Rented a dumpster back in the summer with them. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. The phone operator who took my call was very nice and helpful. The truck driver did a great job placing and dumpster and they were all very patient with me when I needed them to come back and readjust the location after they dropped it off. They are very understanding and answered all the questions I had about the process and what would happen if it was overweight. They even let me keep it an extra couple of days for no extra charge. Great company to do business with! Will definitely use them again if I need a dumpster.

After trying two other companies that never returned my call, I called AAA. I guy name Pat answered and was willing and able to stop by for an estimate. Once he found out my previous experience with other dumper and trash removal companies, he immediately locked in a time and promised to meet and beat their prices...AND HE DID. We have used AAA dozens of times for random clean outs, construction projects, etc. The company I work for owns a building on Clinton street in West Seneca and they have always come same day when we needed a dumpster and were prompt when pickup was needed. Drivers are friendly and communicate well. Their pricing is competitive. I would recommend their service if you need care-free dumpster services for any walk of life.

They beat the price I was quoted by a competitor and got the dumpster out the same day, the other company told me they couldnt get it out for a week! Fast, efficient, professional and affordable. Good to know they do clean outs too...

Top notch service. I rented a dumpster from AAA trash for my house renovation. Fast,Friendly and efficient. When I was done filling it, I simply called for pick up and they came the next day.They even have services that fill the dumpsters too,Of corse for a fee.

I have ordered dumpsters from AAA for the last year and have been thrilled with them. The office workers are on point and any time I have dealt with the owner he has been very pleasant. I usually call the day before (I should call a few days in advance) and they have been able to accommodate me with such short notice. You cant find a better company out there to deal with when it comes to dumpster rentals.

After our Mother passed-away we called AAA Trash Be Gone for an Estate clean-out. They got us on the schedule immediately and their guys Adam & Josh did a fantastic job! They worked their butts off! I would not recommend this service to anyone. When I called none of my questions could be answered on how much each size holds or what I would need so I just went with the 20 yard container and it wasn’t enough they refused to work with me after I explained that I tried asking what size I would need and she couldn’t help me then to top it off it arrived hours late and sat for 5 days longer after I called for a pick up then to make matters worse they charged my card an extra amount without even notifying me that I had a balance on an overweight which I would have no problem paying but at least have the decency to make me aware of it first so I can plan my bills. Horrible customer service.

Amazing Service! I had a basement that was chock full of old furniture, large bookcases and shelving, an old washer and dryer and junk. AAA came in with a very respectful crew and got the job done quickly for an amazing price. They even swept and cleaned my basement!! The owner is excellent as well! Very engaging and reliable. My basement stairs are pretty much shot and he referred me o a guy that could fix them. On a side note, right before they got there I was freaking out about a large moth in my upstairs bathroom and was willing to pay one of them to kill it for me, and the owner happily helped me out before they even started. All in all a very good family company with an excellent crew! I recommend highly!

They told me they were going to drop off a can the night before never happened then I called and talked to Amber and she said we are first on the list it has been over two hours still nothing and now they won’t answer the phone. Never using them again.

I couldnt be happier with the service, attention to detail, speed, and price. I had some construction debris from taking down a wood deck, and needed it gone before a holiday. They were able to show up the same day, and had the entire job done in less than half an hour. They not only took the big pieces, but also raked the areas of the lawn with smaller pieces.

The customer service was exceptional. I was in a major pinch for 2 dumpsters and they made it happen. Not only did his crew stay and help they all worked late to ensure I met my deadline. I highly recommend this company.

Fast service and fair pricing. Very friendly on the phone and also at delivery. Only issue was when we opened the dumpster after delivery it was not empty - it contained two tires and a car battery. Unfortunately they were closed when we discovered this. Will call first thing Monday morning to inform them.

Yesterday AAA Trash Be Gone removed 60 square yards (4 dumpsters) of trash, junk, furniture and unwanted items from our house. They worked very efficiently and carefully. The workers were respectful of our property and home and were very courteous. The areas in the home and garage were swept clean after the removal of the items. The manager on the job worked very hard to meet our expectations. AAA Trash Be Gone exceeded our expectations in every respect. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

Ok. So yes the dumpster works. We ordered it to replace a roof holds the shingles well, but be ready to have this thing sit on your property for weeks until they finally decide they are ready to pick it up. 4 weeks and 7 calls later, the dumpster is still here.It has been ready to be picked up for going on 4 weeks at this point. I am starting to wonder if they even want it back. We have called 7 times in 4 weeks to get this dumpster picked up and each time we are told, it will be picked up tonight but yet its still sitting in my driveway while I type this. A few times, we were told itll be picked up tomorrow but obviously thats not the case either. We called today, and an Amber guaranteed itd be picked up tonight yet it is 930pm and the dumpster is still just sitting in my driveway.We have a delivery arriving and this dumpster is going to have to make me reschedule my delivery, not only that, but my 2 year old has no driveway to play since this thing is taking up my entire driveway AND its starting to annoy us that we have to park in the street since these guys cant simply pick up their dumpster.

These guys by far are the best dumpster company. I own a cleaning business and 2 years ago I got stiffed by Battaglia. I looked really unprofessional when my dumpster never showed up. I called AAA Trash be gone in a panic. I had used them before but Battaglia was a better deal by $25. AAA Trash came within the hour when I explained my situation. I have used them ever since!

The company displays a lack of integrity by overcharging customers for fees that never get disclosed in advanced.I ordered a dumpster to get rid of roofing shingles. They delivered the dumpster and I paid $438 over the phone with my check and debit card. The company told me that if it was a cash transaction, I would not have to pay taxes, I told them that I would prefer to pay with the card to have paper trail for when I do my taxes.That was it, no receipt, no special instructions, nothing. A couple of weeks later on, I noticed a $218 charge on my card from them. I called the company and they told me that I exceeded the weight limit. I told them that I had paid for a dumpster and that I was under the impression that the company charged by volume because they sell you the dumpster by yards, 15 yards, 20 yards etc.The company was very rude over the phone and didnt return my money, I was left out completely dissapointed.This companys ethic values are very questionable and it is just a matter time when the FBI or another agency will look into their deceiving business practices.
