As a Muslim person who is being served by that Muslim lady who’s hair is covered, she was rude and I told her she should be nicer. One, this is not ok in our religion and being a person in general. I did tell her she could be nicer for the way she was speaking and received no reply back. She did her job but didn’t do it right. I asked her to retake the picture bc my hair was showing in it and she said no she can’t go back which I don’t believe. She shud know that bc I cover my hair it shouldn’t be showing and it was showing in the picture. I removed my mask 😷 when she asked me to and that’s why it showed but I didn’t know bc I didn’t have a mirror to see. So in general she is not the person to see for pictures, talking or anything. Go somewhere he will be nice and be a normal person.

Could not accommodate us walking in at 430pm even though they close at 530. Went on Tuesday to do TSA pre check and of course they dont do it that day, does not say that on website. Cannot make a scheduled appointment on website. Receptionist was rude.0/5 stars

This is where you go to get TSA pre-check. My husband and I both were in/out within 30 minutes. $85 for 5 years to not have to wait in the long lines at the airport! The employees there were very nice.

It was fast and easy everyone was really friendly and professional. You have to wear a mask just an FYI.

The people taking care of us were very nice. Seemed to be a bit busy. There was no significant waiting area to accommodate the people waiting to be seen.

Easy to find on Union right off the 400. Quick turnaround on the interview. If results go positive, this review goes to 5 stars!

Wrong ORI # was noted after the fingerprinting arrive by the tech. She was not able to change it. I paid the fee & now I cannot speak to a customer service representative as each and every phone number leads you to more automated messages. This is poorly run for customers who are left in limbo after paying for this service.

This place is a joke. Appointment times mean nothing. They has zero respect for anyones time. Disorganized at best. I dont know if all locations are run like this but if they are, I do not think their services are worth it. Just avoid ports and wait for tsa

In/out for my fingerprinting for my Hazmat Endorsement on my class A license via NYS. You need an appointment for that, but can do a walk in for TWIC.

I went here for TSA Precheck enrollment. The staff there were fast, friendly, and safe in these pandemic times. The location is great too, as it is literally right off of the highway.

Walked out after an hour waiting for my TSA pre check. I had an appointment but they took several people that walked in without appointments ahead of me. The waiting room was overflowing and with people and only one person doing TSA processing. I guess it all depends on timing but why bother have appointments if you ignore them and take walk-ins first? Id rather go to the DMV.

If you go here to get your fingerprints or passport renewed be aware theyre very fast and very brusk they will get you in and out as quickly as possible even if it seems rude how fast they move.
