Me and my spouse are new in Buffalo. We needed a jumpstart with our car coz we left the lights on overnight. Ryan, one of the tow truck drivers who they sent to us was just very helpful, very nice, prompt, professional, has all the tools needed, and did a bonus work with our car for no extra cost. He came way ahead of promised time. We had a very pleasant conversation with him and gave us some advice as to where to go for cars and all of that since we’re new in town. He even took the steps to tell me who to call and steps to getting it fixed. He took his time with me and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. I called on a sunday afternoon, broke down in Holland, NY, they answered phone right away, driver arrived 40 minutes later, very professional, experienced driver. Thought the price was pretty reasonable, got me out of a jamb, I highly recommend Empire Towing & Recovery!
I was recommended by a car shop to get my Jeep towed by them. The owner is a great guy that cut me a deal because of my situation. He told me an accurate time the tow would be, an accurate price, and when I ended up not needing a tow, was even nicer and charged me minimum for his service he did provide. The drivers were nice and kept me updated when the tow was to arrive and helpful with my situation on short notice. They went above and beyond for their customer service.
Clean, courteous and professional. Ive rented machines from them, had them transport a motorcycle and a vehicle. They were worth every penny every time I used them.
Good quick response use them for a work account with a commercial fleet. Reps are always nice drivers are great and prices are reasonable.

Worst experience I have ever dealt with the woman treated me like I was an idiot and tried to tell me that sometimes cars start randomly! Tried to tell me that I was just trying to get out of paying my bill and all I was asking was if the tow driver disconnected my battery she told me I should be happy that its working. Which if they got the vehicle started why didnt they call me instead of towing it to the dealership!

They got my truck out when no one else could! My vehicle decided to break down in a tiny back parking lot, making it difficult to access. I called the local guys first. They showed up, told me it would be impossible to tow it out of there and left. Called Empire. Explained the situation. Not only were they able to get a tow vehicle into the lot, they got my truck running long enough to drive it out onto a main drag for easier towing. Great customer service!
My vehicle died while I was out on appointments with clients. I called Empire and they were there within 45 minutes, towed my vehicle to the dealer and I was back on the road the same day. Courteous, excellent service at a fair price.
I deal with these guys on almost a daily basis and they are all outstanding. There is only one tow company I would rate higher anywhere in the country! 😎

Extraordinarily rude! After waiting over 90 minutes the driver proceeded to cuss out my rather frustrated mother and hung up! I highly do not recommended these guys!

The tow truck drivers are very rude. And drive very Recklessly. I had one almost drive me off the road and then blow his air horn next to my open window. And now I think I have damage in my ear because of it. I would not recommend these people.

When they say they will pick up any car van truck or suv, they are lying. I called and they told me no even though I referred to their website. Then they hung up on me. Will never recommend this place to any one.
Called for a lock out was told ok be there in hour here it is almost 2 hours later and not here there located 4 miles from me I caleed back they said oh another 20 min hell be there not happy!
