It has gone downhill since grand opening. Has a 1990s McDonalds play place feel to it....lol if you know, you know. At least the front door was open so could get a slight breeze. Not the worst place we ever been to, but not the best.

Were visiting from out of town and have waited several days for The Bounce House to open. Very strange hours for a business to begin with, only to arrive with ZERO cars in the parking lot and sign on the door that says its closed for a private party. Considering the business is only open a few days a week and for only 4hrs, youd think theyd allow the public in and save private parties for after normal business hours. I tried calling several times to find out if theyre open to the public at all the rest of this week and no answer. Very unprofessional and I dont know if I will try again. This is not standard business practice for an establishment that wants to be successful.

Highly unimpressed with how the room looked after paying $45 for 2 hours. All the tables and chairs had food on them and floor had not been swept. Not to mention the 2 teenagers up front all over each other the whole time we were there. Definitely wont waste my money at this place again.

Great place for a birthday party and great for those cold days when the kids need to burn some energy for an hour or 2!

Kids will enjoy this place. There really isnt much there as far as to bounce. There are money game machines which will break the bank. Most parents just turn the kids loose and let them have fun. My grandkids enjoyed it. Im sure well go back again.

There price to get in was very high for the amount of bouncing things they offered. kids were not being watched very well and mooching off our games that we still had to pay for. they should rethink their fees or offer tokens for the games instead of making us pay 0.50 for them.

Our family really enjoys this fun kid play place. An update to the bounce options would be nice. Food is a bit pricy.

We love the Bounce House!!! This is a great place to have a party. The staff is very friendly and exceptional to work with and the facility is very clean and well maintained. We are very fortunate to have this establishment in West Plains where kids can play and have fun. Well done!!

Birthday party we were placed upstairs very hot

Fun bounce areas for young kids from 2-7. There are also arcade games and a tiny merry go round that are fun. Entry fee was between 4-$5 when we went this summer. Idk if they’ve raised the price?

Went up here with my daughter n cousin and LOVED IT!! Super clean bathrooms, lots of games and things for the kids to do, good music, lots of fun!!! Will be going back soon!!!

Since the new ownership this place has went down hill. Very unclean. Last couple times we went the place is filthy. We had to clean the tables and chairs. It was a great place but not anymore.

Be careful sometimes questionable people in there. staff are young. overall good experience.except last one

Adults Use to be able to bounce with kids, but now you cant. I paid $7 for my 3 year old not to play

People are very rude, place was very dirty. rented room for $85 no one showed so we left an hour later after doing nothing there cuz were waiting for people to show. refused to refund money or even half of it 3 days before christmas what scrooges or hard up for money either way i will tell everyone i know not to come to this nasty dirty place were the service is extremely rude! it made me give 1 star but i dont give any stars to this place!

Never have had a bad experience here, staff is always very helpful. Kids love it.
