Very poor quality company was terminated from job placement for lack of attendance. But my husband didnt miss no days at all so my husband called arlees in westplains an reason they gave was that my husband had poor work performance. All this happend after a confrontation with a supervisor who was drunk on the shift.My husband have a video an voice clip from arlee super visor jodi stating I have superb attendance and great timing on my performance my husband and I will be contacting Oshaa an the fair labor board for wrongfull termination. An also will be brining up the fact that the supervisors children work under him but they dont get wrote up or terminated for spending half hour 45 minutes In the bathroom an 3x 4x alloted assembly time on items. Both are are temp to hires through penmac as well.

I went to Penmac on July 13th to get started and got hired less than two weeks later. I have had the privilege of working with Bobbie and she has been very professional, kind and easy to work with.

Yeah screw this place. Talk about a joke. Honestly they had me at a charcoal plant which I was fine with at first not even two weeks in there I tore a ligament in my knee after being told to do the job of three people at once but Finnished the day out and told them the next day when I didnt show up as required by them. They actually fired me on the spot with absolutely zero help for anything else oh and this was well over a year ago even after I told them all I wanted was for my knee to be looked at it fixed they denied everything and refused to talk to me after I was fired. This place is absolutely horrible.

After being employee for 4 years through Penmac. At a local hotel in west plains Missouri. My manger fired me because my attitude matched her OWN attitude towards me finally after dealing with it for months. One thing I’ll tell anyone looking for work stay away from penmac they work for the business not for the people. Immediately Went told penmac what happened to me. All I was told by the man in the penmac office is well some people wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Oh really. Is that a good enough reason to take income away from a person that helps feed there family weekly…? Felt like none of them even cared at all. No penmac does NOT take money out of your weekly check. My manger said she is paying up to $2 per hour per employee. She has working for her the entire staff is on penmac payroll that’s where we all stayed. Is paid to penmac directly from company. If company/Business has to pay penmac. Why don’t the hired manager do there own job and pay the money to the people that’s actually working for them..? My opinion is penmac keeps management from doin the job they are hired to do.Good luck deleting this review.

Ive worked for 4 employers during the last 45 years. They were all good to me but Penmac is the best !

Penmac in my personal experience was very unprofessional, I had tried them once before and after interviewing and going through their process I was given no further contact for three months. I had found a job myself by the time I was given a call back.This second time was even worse. Ive been out of work for over six months because of covid-19 complications. After interviewing again and re-doing the entire process they failed my drug screen prematurely after I had made a verbal agreement to finish my training on a different day. My bad for trusting penmac again.P.S. to the trainee that assured me I was fine to test another day. I should have your job! I would actually respect my work, and apparently you dont need it as bad as I do.

Worst place to get a job! They either have no jobs available or The job they provide is always the type that screws over there employees! Not all penmac locations are this way but the one here is west plains MO is by far the worst!

This place sucks, youre lucky if they land you a job. Ive called everyday for a few weeks asking for different positions they posted on their job board and they always tell me the same thing We dont have anything new, but well put down that you checked in and they always post new jobs. Youre better off going through excel to find a job, she actually keeps up with you. A friend of mine went through penmac about a month ago and they still havent called her for a job.

This place is an odd one but they sure have the game figured out. If you go in they will find you a job, that is true. However if you get hurt, like I did they are going to waste time with some quack, glorified nurse on a television screen instead of sending you to a real doctor. How can you be properly diagnosed on a television screen. They do it so that you walk away and suffer somewhere else and now they dont have to worry about you. Thanks to them and their nurse I have pain in my shoulder all the time.

Wont hire me because im Black. They say its because THC but i know 30 people at the same job sites that penmac sponsor all smoke Marijuana faithfully but were hired through Penmac with no drug screening. Difference between them and I : skin color. Racist aint it.

This place will help u get a jobif they know you or your related to someone they personally know . Never helped my husband cause a lady there is friends with his x . Bad place avoid it if u can
