Before I started working for a company where my car needs to be very clean, I refused to pay their prices. The wash is automatic only. My car hood is never touched by brushes, and bugs are not removed from the front of my car. The brushes won’t rip your side mirrors off. But, access to a decent wash and self-help vacuuming is nice.

I bought the most expensive package of washes and went through the was. It did very little to get the bugs off my car. It was really disappointing. The young man who helped me was nice and the vacuums are great, but the car wash is FAR from being anything I would consider great. Being a “Good” car wash is really being generous.

I love it I pay monthly I can go 10 times a day if I want free vacuums awesome help you maintain my car and keep it in better condition than what I normally would if I didnt have this car wash

No idea how this has good ratings. Express Wash (the cheapest one) literally doesnt even use soap. It just sprays with water and then runs it through the rest of the wash. This will destroy the paint on your car. Vacuums are fine. I dont recommend this if you care about the longevity of your cars paint. (Keep in mind, usually the upgraded washes for these places add like 1 useless thing for each tier. Will not return.

Took our new car through their car wash, which was a mistake, and now we have scratches on the hood, posts, and roof. The manager denies it was their car wash and is denying our claim. This is the way many businesses operate, especially this car wash, and will not stand up for doing the right thing. I would not recommend anyone to use the this car wash as I am now the responsible party who will have to pay to have our vehicle repaired.

I just love the idea of having a membership to a car wash that I can simply pull in and get a fantastic wash, wax, and dry. Then simply pull around and vacuum it out with a strong suction vacuuming system. I love the fact my membership means I am entitled to washing my vehicle as many times a day or as many times a month as I want. If there are any issues you have regarding the washing or vacuuming and you bring it to their attention right then so they are able to see it, they will work with you to finding a solution that will make you happy.

Does the job most of it. Does not clean it all the way. Went back and they gave me a rewash. Truck was pretty dirty. Thats what you call good service!!

Fantastic carwashing! 10/10 recommend the unlimited membership too. The membership is only 35 bucks! With that membership you get the Polymer Pro wash which is the most expensive wash valued at 21 dollars! They have free vacuums too. Customer service is wonderful

Great place. The workers are always friendly. My only complaint is it doesn’t get the undercarriage or fender wells or running boards very good. Still a great service and value.

I bought their Deluxe package for $21. There was no tire shine applied to any of the tires and the back of my car was still dirty. Also the antenna base was broken off. Not happy at all! I wont go back or recommend.03/05/21: The worst thing however is, that they responded actually quite nicely to my low star rating, wanting to know what went wrong and they promised to make it up to me, so I replied telling them what went wrong, so you would expect an answer within a couple of days. But nope, nothing, nada, nix.That is really wrong!

Leaves white spots on darker cars I spent 17 dollars and it left white spots like wow I could of did a better job reson I didnt do it myself I wanted to try it out and I wont be going back

Nice looking car wash, but does not clean your car. I bought the basic wash ($7), so I didnt expect much... But I did expect the body of my car to be clean, and the dust from inside my wheels to be gone. I get home and my car is still dirty! This is a rip. I can go up the road to Mudbusters and wash my car manually (and get it CLEAN) for $5.Update: I emailed Car Wash USA, as they asked me to in the comment below, and I have heard nothing back from them. Ill never return or recommend anyone to use their service.

Great wash experience! Vacuums have lots of suction. Being pulled through the wash was new and I liked it!

Disappointed in the end result. My van was still dirty after paying the $13 wash. But the vacuum was great at sucking the carpet for cleaning!

I use car wash. Does a good job but does not clean inner fender welds also dryer does not do a good job. Vacuum works well.

Very unhappy with the carwash. Paid $10 for a very bad carwash. The guy also only sprayed my front windshield. He was too busy on his phone. The car wash left soap ALL OVER the car. Had to pay to go to a different car wash.. very unhappy

I absolutely love this place! My car has never been cleaner than it is right now. I bought the $35 membership that gives you unlimited washes and I have washed my car about 10 times. Normally, I would have to pay $21 per wash, but now $35 monthly lets me wash my car as often as I want. Definitely worth every penny!

I love this place, but it isn’t for everybody. If you wash your car three or more times a month, get the Fastpass for $35/month with unlimited washes and vacuuming. If you rarely wash your car, don’t bother. You can spend less money at several local car washes that will do a better job. If my truck has much dirt, there will be some left after a wash, particularly on the running boards and wheels. In fact, your wheels will probably require hand wiping. A nice bonus is the employees give away a free chamois with most washes. The vacuums are fantastic. Best in town. And the compressed air is great to eliminate dust, ashes and that ancient french fry between the seat and console you can’t quite reach. The employees are very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all - great group of folks. Just keep in mind you’ll likely be disappointed if you wash infrequently and you spend $21 on the top wash.

Update -after a couple of months of the blowers not operating correctly and reporting to the employees on many occasions I have decided to update my review. The chemicals they use are excellent the brushes are very soft and dont appear to scratch however, the passenger side is not as effective as the driver side it is also been reported and nothing has been done about it my main reason for this is lack of upkeep on maintenance and the fact that $35 a month is a lot for something that doesnt work as well as a $10 car Wash three blocks away.Original five star review-Does it do a good job? The answer is yes. It is more expensive than others in the area but well worth it. The quality of the product they use far surpass everything else we have in town. The employees are awesome. They are very helpful and informative and make the experience even better. Check out the unlimited program its a great deal!

Only bad thing is I wish they wouldn’t use the pre soak brushes on my paint as it leaves small scratches

Car wash. The dryers do a terrible job of drying. Employees say that they have requested repair but still does not do the job.

Did a great job, and the vacuums are great. It didnt do a great job on my running boards, but other than that, I was happy.

Over all I am happy with the car wash. I have two cans and the back doesnt get rinsed as well as I would like. This is also at other USA Car Washes, Mountain Home and Harrison. The West Plains store, yes I was there several days ago. I pulled in to the gate but they were closed, so I didnt get a car wash there. If they are closed they should turn off the lights to the place.

My brand new van has swirls n scratchs from this car washUPDATE BUYER BEWARE IVE CALLED N EMAILED and went down and spoke w a man, zero actions zero responsesThey ignore your emails .Ruined my clear coat, on my newer model van that had mint contion paint,my next step is bbb and attorney generals office .

This is a great place to wash your car because it actually gets it clean Ive used the other carwashes and because I have such a low sitting car it always misses my side skirts and the free vaccum is always a great thing

I have a membership me and my wife both during this pandemic so to speak I may have to cancel mine to keep hers she has a brand new 20/20 equinox and I cant stand to see it dirty besides no one Ive been to and Ive been all over the US no one has as good as vacuums as car wash USA and the car washes pretty good too not so sure if what Im paying for is what Im getting sometimes the kids I see them hit different buttons on the computer screen and to me that obviously means different car washes so other than that I personally would continue to always refer back to car wash USA for my car cleansing needs as corny as that sounds

My side steps were still muddy after driving through. Had to go back through again. Still some mud but didnt have time to drive through a third time. Otherwise did good elsewhere

Very friendly staff, excellent facilities for vacuuming and cleaning out your car.

A notch above the standard automatic car washes in West Plains and the pricing is in-line with the local market. The wash is as good as it gets without going hands-on and the unlimited use of free vacuums is a huge plus.

Jeremiah and Amanda are great. They will help any way possible. Especially like great vacuums!!!! Fast pass is the way to go if you wash your car alot!!

Canceled my car wash last month before leaving town and still got charged for another month ! Now I’m 200 miles away & get someone on the phone . Ended up having to cancel my card and get a new one so they can’t charge me again plus out $35 for something I’m not using NOT happy

Went through wash paid $17 for wax and shine. got out and car dont look touched other then soap is still all over it. talked to attendant he said to go through again so I did. same problem. Guessing water pressure is not high enough and scrubbers on right side barely touch the car

We wanted to try out the car wash and specifically asked if they would continue to charge our card and was told no. Two months later we noticed a 35 dollar charge on card. We investigated further and noticed we had been being charge monthly after being told we would not. Havent been back to the wash since the first time. We were lied to so be careful.

It was okay the only problem is the running boards never get cleaned that makes me very sad I have an SUV and the back of the car does not get cleaned either you spend a lot of money to get it clean

I live on a dirt road so it’s hard to keep my car clean. The staff is very helpful and the vacuum cleaners are so powerful and free with the car wash!

Doesnt get bugs off of the front of vehicle including windshield! Also misses rear window and tailgate. And it also doesnt clean the wheels. The dryer misses alot.

I paid to get car washed this afternoon and the change machine only gave me back a dollar I was in to big of a hurry to wait around due to a appointment I paid for the cheap wash $7 i put a 10 in and got a dollar back i pay for the monthly plan on my car was washing my grandmas car this time love the place and people reguardless

We purchased the $17wash which was to have included bug removal. The attendant sprayed a solution on the drivers side but not the passenger. Afterwards our truck still is covered in the front & back of side mirrors with highway bug splats. Did not do a very good job cleaning the outside.
