Loved the vehicle I rented, new Kia Soul. The experience was great. The only negative thing I can say is this site doesnt have an after hours key drop. The company I work for rented this car for me to attend an all day meeting two hours away and I had to really rush to get this car back by 5 pm. It was very stressful not having a way to return the car after 5 pm with a key drop box for after hours. I wasnt able to leave the meeting until 3 pm and had to speed with no stops on a two hour trip back in order to meet the drop off deadline. Just very stressful!!

Bella is my Go To for all things Enterprise. She always assists me with a quick orientation in case Im unfamiliar with the different controls and symbols. She even points out the side for the gasoline tank door, and thats really helpful because I tend to forget to check things like that until Im pulling in to fill up. And thats how you get a 5 star from me.

We had an auto accident while on vacation. Staff at this Enterprise were very accommodating and helpful to some out-of-towners!

The car I received upon arrival was an upgrade from what I initially reserved. It was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and well maintained. The Mazda was an excellent ride. My only complaint is I wish they would give you a quick review of where things are located (release for the gas) and how to work the monitor. Otherwise it was a fantastic experience.

Great service! Made reservation online, car was ready when needed. No issues, no problems what so ever. Will be renting again if and when necessary.

Received a dirty vehicle from a rude, unprofessional, and combative attendant. I was told I would be contacted by customer service and never heard from them? Ill never use this particular Enterprise location again. Very unsatisfied!

Dealt w/ Randy the manager. He was super nice and professional. Seriously one of the best locations i have rented from. Employees make or break a business 4 me. Definitely will be back.

I really wish that I would have booked through their website and not some third party. However, the price was very fair, the vehicle was very nice and well maintained. The service was very friendly and I will be going to them again.

Only 30 minutes passed from the time I realized I needed a car to the time I was driving away in one. Such a great car too!

Worst experience in any state I have been in for a person that stuck in a city that not from here and to be the only rental place in town so now I’m stuck and can’t get a rental thanks a lot 🤬🤬🤬

We rented a little car, so my wife could drive to Florida for a few days. Rented it for a week. The car rental fee was reasonable. She loved the car and is trying to get me to buy her one. Only thing I guess I didnt understand is when I took their $29 insurance, I thought that was for the duration of the rental. My wife informed me later that it was $29 each day. Still wasnt a bad experience

Kimberly at West Plains is awesome. I was headed to North Carolina and wanted to get an early start so we were there before 8 am. There were folks ahead of us, but she opened the doors just before 8 and smiled us all in and had everyone rolling in short order. My car was squeaky clean and she came out to show me all the little bells and whistles and I was off within 20 minutes of the door opening. Great place to get a great car with great service at a great price !!!!

We got a free upgrade because our car wasnt there but it hadnt been cleaned. We were able to keep our car till the afternoon. It was a nice car and served us well for a week and a pretty long drive.

Nice folks @ the West Plains MO office. Simple process to reserve online and pick up was quick. Very expensive to rent one way! Economy car is great.

I wish I could give this place a zero star. I live an hour and a half from this location and was preparing to make a 1000 mile trip to NM after my truck was totaled the day prior while on vacation. I have two children and needed the right size vehicle to make the trip. I called to make a reservation and the guy told me that he had 6 people in line and I should just come in. I asked him if I could reserve a vehicle over the phone and he told me he they had plenty of cars and I should not worry about it. I specifically needed a truck with a crew cab and he told me they would probably have something. He would not take my name or my info and refused to make a reservation for me. I gave up and went elsewhere. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I went to the Enterprise on Cambell in Springfield and they were fantastic. John Wilson was very helpful and friendly. Definitely think twice before going to West Plains Enterprise.

I reserved a mid sized car. When I got there all that was available for me was a diesel 250 super duty pick up. I accepted it because I needed a vehicle. I called twice during the week to see if I could get a car. They had none. I had to drive this 12 mpg. from Arkansas to Fl. I always have had good luck with enterprise before. This was a very disappointing experience.

Rented a SUV to take to Gulf Shores. They were very friendly and helpful. Had a few problems with the car but enterprise took care of it and gave us a nice discount. Will definitely rent from them again!

I have been renting from Enterprise a couple of times a year for the past several years. Usually I use a different town because of convenience. This was my first experience with the West Plains Enterprise and I can honestly say it was the best experience Ive ever had renting from Enterprise or any other company. I will go out of my way to use the West Plains branch in the future.

I would rate the experience as excellent. They came and picked us up to get the car and dropped us off after we turned it in. The rate was good and the car was good. The folks at the West Plains office were super. Enjoyed dealing with them.

Horrible service, left the office tire blew out less than 30 min away from office while headed home, called because van had no tire changing equipment, they didnt care told me to call AAA. No tire changing equipment!!!! Car was dirty, looks like it was not cleaned when checked in and Im sure tire pressure wasnt checked either!!! Lazy lazy lazy office!

Great rental car place took great care and time

Even with the recent flooding, they went the extra mile to get us a minivan to make our trip way more convenient. We had 4 adults with luggage and 1 child, so Im not sure how else it wouldve worked. Thank you so much!

Since when did enterprise go to Jeans and T-shirts as a uniform? I realize its Christmas Eve and maybe that is the dress code for the day but I found it to be very off putting.

Got online and scheduled my rental, and was so easy, needed to change schedule later and was also no problem to do. Enterprise called to confirm day before pickup. From pickup to drop off, my experience was 10 out of 10, these guys are great!

Very unpleasant Man that works here. He was rude to me as soon as i walked in the door. He did not give us the information we needed of items to bring in order to rent the car. Ended up wasting gas and money just to find out we couldnt rent the car due to the lack og efficiency at the west plains MO location

I have rented from here a couple times,it was fast and easy. The employees are professional and friendly.

My insurance company rented me a car. We went and picked the car up. No one came out with us and inspcted the car before we left the parking lot. The ABS light and another light was on. I called Enterprise and was told that it was probably nothing and not to worry about it. I took the car back the next day. Now they are blaming me for damaging the car when I did nothing to it. Someone before me did it. They rented a car to me that had warnings lights on and the lights were about the brake system. I have reported Enterprise in West Plains to the state insurance bureau and we are hiring an attorney. The state insurane bureau told me that this isnt the first complaint that they have had about the West Plains location. Before you leave with one of their cars, makes sure someone inspects it with you or they will blame you for something that isnt your fault.

Made arrangements online to pick up a full size car didnt get a full size car or discount for smaller one cigarette lighter did not work would not charge my phone got hit by drunk driver and had to call for a ride home because they were closed saturday evening when happened and also Sunday I was 400 miles away from home with wife and 2 children

This place is a joke.... sends emails saying pick-up time is 12 we get there at 12, and they are gone. Call the customer help and they say there mistake, but nothing they can do.
