I have been here many times. Ive made appointments, Ive been told I couldnt make an appointment, walk ins only, and Ive been treated like Im a nuisance when I do walk in. This week my daughter and I stopped in and asked for a trim and haircut, we were told it would be 2 hours, did we want to come back? Yes please. There was another customer behind us who was told to same. There would be another hairdresser there at 11. Ok, no problem. So we wait and wander for 2 hrs only to be treated like we are stupid. Its 10 minutes til 11. Why are you here? Other hairdresser not here yet...I explained that we waited 2 hrs and were back. Meanwhile other customer shows up, she has an appointment....didnt I have an appointment? Was there a list I wasnt aware of? Blond stylist finishes with her client and says she will cut our hair, I send my daughter first. Still no other hairdresser. Other hairdresser show up, apologetic, unavoidably detained. Blond haired stylist says blond customer is next, not me. Im thinking ok shes going to trim my hair next. Theres a que now, several customers waiting. My daughter is finished, blond stylist steps out and takes another customer from the que. Wait, what? Not a word to me...not a im sorry if you want to wait ill work you in, nothing, just a smirk...l.i realize Ive been dismissed and go to pay for my daughters haircut. Late stylist is very apologetic but I cant help but be aggravated. I can understand being short staffed, I can understand being late....I dont understand blatant rudeness.an explanation would have been nice or at the very least professional. As I said, Ive been a customer for many years but I wont be back.

I have been here several times for hair cuts but I guess I will have to find somewhere else to go, the last 3 days I have tried to get a hair cut I was told they cant get me in,it usually takes them about 15 minutes to cut it but I guess thats too long,wouldnt have been that mad about it but I went Sunday and the lady told me she was booked up yet there wasnt a customer in the shop anywhere and not a single day has anyone tried to make me an appointment, they just tell me they cant get too me,that is poor customer service

2 of the hair dressers were AWESOME Lisa and Gloria are the best! I dont care for the nasty voyger language of the salon manager!!!!

Reba is a great stylist. Highly recommend her. I drop in and this place usually fits me in within a half hour or so.

The wife and I scheduled appointments to get our haircut, with my wife scheduling a style cut. Her cut was horrible! Edward Scissorhands could have cut her hair better! Was cut nothing like what she wanted, basically only the back was trimmed. It was apparent the stylist didnt know how to cut hair. My wife will have to find a local hair salon to get her hair fixed. I expected mine to be at least cleaned up. After all, I only got a number 1, but no sideburns straightened, the back wasnt cleaned up...were done with this place.Reply to owner 03/11/2020Nice gesture, however, how do you know, and how do we know that local management isnt the problem? Pam was by far the best beautician Ive ever had!!! She was highly meticulous taking extra special care to my needs as far as my hair. Very intelligent and highly, helped me to understand a few things I didnt know or understand. Believe me when I say tip her well she deserves every bit of it💗💗 thank you Pam, you did an outstanding job!!!

Went in with a older daughter she told them up front she wanted her hair shoulder length and stylest turned her away from mirror and with the first wack of back of hair she new she did not listen to her wants even told her what side it parted on.part was put on wrong side and hair stylest did a bob cut said she could do in sleep.this is not what she requested ans even left a line of hair underneath on 1 side that had tp get a trimmer and cut.and it went back to parting on other side.Shame on this older stylest for not listening .

I was in town for a funeral and needed a haircut badly. They worked me in, and got me back out in under 15 minutes. Excellent service, friendly staff, nuff said!

Needs better management! Also more than 2 stylists for a salon that takes walk-ins as well as appointments.

Great cuts

I took my daughter here for her first ever haircut, and I also had my hair cut the same day. Im sorry to say the stylist simply cut a straight line to trim my hair, didnt give me the layers I wanted, and gave my daughter bangs when I asked her not to. There was no use to speaking up at the time because the hair was already cut. I have the most embarrassing haircut Ive had since college, and Im going to have to cut my daughters hair myself to fix the damage done. The best I can say is the staff was courteous, if inept.

I would give zero starts if I could. I went this past week after a family death and just needed a refresher and the lady that was there no offense didn’t even look like she was up to date on hair but I didn’t wanna be rude and ask for someone else. So I asked for layers lots of them. She basically gave me a trim and I was so upset and still tipped this lady when my hair service was complete garbage. I definitely will not go here again and I warn anyone else that does because she basically did my hair in mins felt like 5 mins and that’s even with a wash and they weren’t even busy at all. So I can’t understand why are you doing hair if you rush it and don’t even do what was asked? Layers aren’t complicated. It’s just very frustrating to pay over $20 for a hair cut and a tip when it’s garbage I’d rather spend $30 or $40 and know it’s done right.
