We have had insurance with State Farm for over 20 years. The agent may have changed after Jims retirement, but the service has not. Karen is HANDS DOWN the BEST insurance agent. Any time we have a question she is quick to reply. She makes sure to explain everything to us so we can make an informed decision about the coverage we are have. She walks us through our policies to make sure we understand our coverage and makes sure we havent missed anything. Karen is the reason we will never go anywhere else for our insurance.
