I have been with State Farm for 15 years. My original agent retired resulting in me being transferred to Adam Mansfield. I never had any trouble and absolutely loved State Farm until this change. I have had nothing but trouble out of this office. I called to cancel a policy they assured me everything was canceled. Almost a year later I am still fighting with them over the policy not getting canceled. I realized the policy was not canceled after looking further into why I was still paying so much monthly. I contacted the corporate office hoping they could assist me better. They transferred me right back to the agents office to deal with them again. Due to this hassle I am canceling all policies with State Farm and have moved to another insurance company.
