Bought concert tickets than concert was postponed because of covid. Tried getting my money back than, and now they will not allow that. I dont think thats right since I bought a big amount of tickets for a organization and now its not going to work out where people can go. Was told today they only gave money back when the event was originally postponed but I called than and they wouldnt allow it than. I wont buy tickets again to go to a function at the civic center.

Very organized and clean. The layout is easy to navigate and the recognition of athletic ability display case is great! It is a well built infrastructure. As I generally use the gym and pool I would like to commend Heath and Riley for their outstanding service as well as phenomenal personalities! They are very helpful, kind, and diligent with their work. I highly recommend this place and getting a membership here as I will be also. Lord bless this building, business, and all who are emoloyed as well as come and go here in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

Went to see Casting Crowns at the civic center last night it was our first time seeing them it was AWESOME and Matthew West was there also he did great even though his band wasnt able to make it. It was a awesome night of worshipping our GOD.....

The Dickerson Park Zoo animal demonstration was an interesting event for free, great homeschool resource! Put together by the West Plains City Library, held at the Civic Center. *clear rules and expectations of participants are a simple suggestion I will add - the adults talking made it difficult for the child to hear the Lady giving the demo.

The whole facility is very familiar and friendly to the whole city. Was built for and by the people of West Plains. The prices for games and gym use are good and fair. I like to think the civic center of West Plains is the heart of the city and it’s not shiny, big, or luxurious. It’s just familiar.

Had a very curt and borderline rude conversation when asking about hours on the phone, the facility is very nice. The staff needs work. I asked a singular question, said thank you so much have a nice day! And was hung up on. If you want to have a nice time here just avoid the staff if you can.

My Friend Jadon and I went here and we had a blast before I go to Branson, Mo next week and I want to hang out with him at the civic center. I like the prices, for the adults which is 5 dollars and the safety rules to keep us safe. I liked jumping off the diving board with Jadon and I like wear my America flag life vest because it prevents me from drowning. We will be back in November or 3 weeks in December

The civic center itself is great! Ive been to many events there. The event we were at today wasnt as good as we were hoping. No fault of the Civic Center, however.

It was pretty fun swimming there.

Really neat place. Just say the CBO nutcracker ballet. Very entertaining. There was also an art exhibit of a local artist and I really liked some of the paintings. Glad the community has a place like this.

Mainly a nice and respectable place that provides a very nice pool for affordable prices. Some of the events they hold there are open to the public, and are kind of central to our town (like the Home and Garden Show). Only had one problem with a janitor not appreciating I and my friends meeting in the lobby. He literally chased us out to the sidewalk. That being said, for the MOST PART, a very nice and respectable place.

I would recommend better hours of operation for the pool.

A great asset to our community. A nice venue for basketball games, concerts, bull-riding, home & garden shows, car shows etc. Several meeting rooms. A nice pool and workout area.

Civic Center pool hours drastically changed to accommodate swim teams versus family swimming. I work hard and my child goes to school, leaving us with a half hour window to swim at most...for all of the winter
