Will not recommend these guys, they lack knowledge on good car audio, overpriced for what they sell and they do not follow up with orders on parts or other services, you will wait a long time and they will give you the run around for the straight answer......... will not recommend.

Ive been going to sunbeam for many years for window tinting and car audio. They are very accommodating to your needs and stand behind the quality of their work.

Poor professionalism. Worse place to take your car. They do a poor job and refused to fix there mistake.. The store manager is an old Colombian man is so unprofessional. If you dnt want to get ripped off DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR AT THIS PLACE.

Went there looking for some led bulbs the owner asked me for $250 for 2 bulbs lol. I looked it up online and found it for $28 dollar’s no wander he offered me to install it for free. Yea right ! Please do your research and get a few estimates before going to this guy he is a scam artist trying to charge me $250 for $ 28 bulbs. I don’t know how this guy is still in business been. Such a ripoffDo your research before coming here or bring some Vaseline !!!!! Good luck

Went in for a simple radio change and install new speakers. It took a while. When it was done they forgot to plug in my air conditioning. They fixed that thankfully and then as Im leaving, my left speaker wasnt working even though it was new from them. They had to fix that as well. It took too much just to get my car back but thankfully it was affordable and worth going to.

Had LED headlight bulbs installed. It was a little pricey, and I had to go back twice to get a defective bulb replaced. The installer should have discovered the bad bulb when he did the job, but I dont even know if he checked his work. Other reviews mention omissions and errors, and I wouldnt recommend for future work.

Needed a replacement amp for my car. They quoted me $500. I googled the amp they wanted to sell me and it was a hundred bucks on Amazon. Scam artists. Stay away.

I recommend this store, the best in the Palm Beach area.Offer a variety of stereos, have much time with an amplifier, they offered me a new one, with financing, accept the business, Im very happy with my new amp, without the option of financing, had not been able to change it. Had a radio installed in my car. They said three hours, but had my car all day. Promised steering wheel control retention, but told my husband it was broken before (it was working perfectly). Upon closer inspection, steering wheel control work, just not for the marked control (station up tuner makes the volume go down, etc.) If they fix the bugs, Ill fix my review.

Went there for a tint quote. Old man told me $300 for a mustang.....What a joke....Lol...

So after giving the tint about 2 weeks to cure it looks really good. The reason for 1 stars they told me 2 hours it took 3.5 There was supposed to be darker tint on the back of the car and they put the same light tint on the front all around a vehicle. And upon installing tint on the rear window they snapped the pigtail socket for my 3rd brake light and their guy in the shop tried accusing me of breaking it . Tho the part has not come off this car since it was assembled in 1986 and I was told just go up the block and go get one because you know they stock a 32 year old part at autozone. Whats not offer any discount was not offered to replace the part. Whats told they would fix it they just shove the wires underneath and put it back in

First we went for a car audio system, the quote was high to begin with, the actual price was even higher. It took over 3 hours to put the stereo in, being told it would take 45 minutes to an hour, all because the Manager/owner wrote down the incorrect year of the truck. We went back because we saw how the tint guy did tints and for the whole truck, the quote was 145, we decided to only get the driver and passenger front windows, the very back gate window tinted and the strip on the windshield. That was 4 windows less than we were going to get tinted if we had it tinted all the way around but the truck already had factory tints on the rest of the windows so we left those as is and it cost 125 dollars.. Only 20 less than the quote and once again took longer than quoted to be done.

I got my car windows tinted, they were professional and fast I would recommend anyone there

Tints dont last much- they charge me 9 dollars everytime they have to change a window tint although I am under warranty.. they put wrong color on one of my windows and charge me 9 dollars again to put de correct color.

Sunbeam did a lot of work on my new car i only chose them because they open 7 days a week... here goes: none of the workers there speaks or understand English except the owner and his english is still pretty bad (really). now on the work that they did; i had strobe lights installed on my 2010 dodge charger R/T there cost around $450 installed. when i came to pickup my car they washed it down for me and i noticed the front right headlight became immediately fogged up inside. they said the glue hasnt dried yet. days later condensation became water in my headlights took it back to them THREE times over the course of a month to fix but each time i brought it back the issue was still there. so i said screw them. i bought new headlights went power audio on 10th and military. and had them did it. it NEVER leaked again a year later... also sunbeam hooked up a viper 5902 for me. worked great for 3 months, after that had to bring back to them remote start would not disengage. they tried to fix it once . it did work. now a year later the brain of the alarm died. although its under warranty, i went power audio again and had them install a viper 5904 today.sunbeam also installed a audio system for me... well thats a whole other story but i will NEVER go back sunbeam for anything! everything they did to my car i had to end up getting done all over again...costing me twice the $. the only thing this shop is good for is TINT... nothing else... they cannot or do not have the experience in custom car audio or accessories. i am very sorry i took my new car there

Dont come here. Got installed HIDs,, tints and fog lights. The HIDs have been replaced about 4 times now and they dont cover them. Every time I come its full of Friends in the garage and loud music playing. Its a mess, the tints have small air bubbles on them and they replaced them once and theyre still messed up. Worst PLACE EVER. I wish I would have NEVER brought my car.

Do not give them any business as long as Mike is employed there because he will steal your goddamn money
