From the initial call, to which Brandon was on site the next day to take the window measurements, to the completion of the job, the process was smooth. Ricky is quite a professional and did everything he could to assist me, even drove several miles at one point, so I could sign the documents for the City. The prices were competitive, communication was great and Ricky responds timely to every call. A plus for me then was that the company was listed with the Ygrene Energy Fund program. Ricky and Brandon of UW&D and their installer team just completed installation of impact windows and sliding doors in my 2-story condo in North Miami Beach. From the initial meeting and quote through the final inspection and finishing they were extremely professional and reliable. Their company was one of four that I contacted and quoted for the job. All four installers quoted same product and turn-time with UW&D and another company coming in at a very similar price. I selected UW&D based on my personal impression of Ricky and Brandon and am very happy with my choice. Everything was performed as promised, at the exact contracted cost. There were no hidden or unexpected charges. Ricky and Brandon handled the permitting process expertly and within the expected timeframe. Their communication was exemplary. Their two-person installer team lead by Miguel were clean, reliable, experienced, trustworthy, caring, professional and careful to comply with the exacting requirements of the condo association. Brandon and Ricky were present for both city inspections even though that meant waiting for the inspector to come unannounced. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I had my entire home with Unlimited Windows and Doors last year. The price was ver competitive and the lead time was one of the best out of 4 companies I called. I have received compliments on my doors from many people including OTHER people who work doing installation of Impact Windows and Doors. We feel safer and not to mention how pretty the house looks. The installers are extremely clean and pick up after themselves . I would definitely recommend them and being in the service business myself I will definitely recommend them to my clients !

Unlimited Windows & Doors did an amazing job installing all our impact windows. The owner was very professional and quickly responsed whenever we had a question. He kept us updated as we waited for our windows to arrive and installation was done immediately after arrival. The installers were also great. They kept the construction mess at a minimum and were peofeasional and efficient. The overall process was great. Highly recommended for impact windows and doors!

Rick was great to work with. He is professional, reasonable in prices and trustworthy. He repaired a broken window for me in about a month which is unheard of since other companies refused to even come out and quote me unless I was doing a full installation.
