Really did a great job installing my hurricane shutters! They came back to help me out with a problem they didn’t cause! Very personable and were in and out!

Deposit (a very large one) was given for our Armour screens to be installed on our back patio on August 31, 2020... Please advise why this much sooner install date is still not even started. I believe this 12 weeks of still waiting is really not acceptable !

I had a Great experience with this company. From beginning to end, everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I needed accordion shutters for a large picture window, and the salesperson, Lenny, was knowledgeable and polite. The ladies in the office kept me informed as to when to expect the installation and worked with my hectic work schedule. The guys who installed it, were prompt, courteous and did an excellent installation job and took the time to show me how to operate them. Leo was great with scheduling the inspections, also working around my crazy work schedule! EVERYTHING went smoothly and having quite a lot of first hand knowledge with contractors, that is not always easy. Thank you for a GREAT experience and job Well Done!

I have been dealing with Tony for the past year when they installed my shutters. I am a retired fire marshal and must say I have dealt with many shutter companies through the plans review process, but none I have dealt with over the years is as honest as this one is. The last storm I had an issue with a lock and one shutter had an issue with the inside screw lining up. This morning I called Tony and before I could finish telling him what had happened, he said that was unacceptable and that within the next two days the office would call me in order to get this issue fixed as a priority that it should not have happened. I have been impressed with Tony since we met, he cares about the quality of their jobs and wants the customers safe. Not many companies would be so fast to assist and correct an issue. I am glad I trusted this company. I will update this review when they fix my issue. This is a good company and their product is high quality. You will not be sorry you picked them as they stand behind their product 100% UPDATE: came out the next day and fixed the issue... THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRENTY..GREAT COMPANY!!! Fabulous company! Their prices were extremely competitive and the best part is they still use A+ quality materials for that low price! Technicians were friendly, courteous and ON TIME! They even went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction by cleaning up every single piece of dust that they left and leaving the outside spotless. Im really impressed!

I would like to rate the product but I cannot because it hasnt been installed yet. I placed my order and my deposit was made in mid-April. Since then no one has been able to confirm an installation date. Many calls made but Im told to call a different person or I will get a call back. STILL WAITING...HELPGot a call back on Tues and an appointment for Thurs. The crew arrived and were professional and efficient. Installation complete and looks very nice. I hope that I dont have to rate the durability any time soon.(No hurricanes, please)I will add 3 stars to my initial review.

Update: changed from one star to three stars, All American Shutters and Glass fixed the issue.I am trying to get them out on warranty work through Pulte, this is the second time I am getting stood up. The F track along the slider only has a couple screws that actually fit most holes dont line up and some miscellaneous items need to be addressed. Not impressed with their warranty and quality work.

We had the best time dealing with this company. We got notified that our homeowners insurance was botched and we needed storm shutters as quickly as possible so that our annual premium did not skyrocket. I looked online and asked around before making any decisions on who to choose. This company was the only company I actually spoke to when I called and one of the girls (Jessica I think was her name) made me feel as if she really understood our situation and made it her business to make sure someone got in touch with me as quickly as possible. I got to speak with Ralph who the next day (in the rain) came and measured our windows and sent me a quote by probably about 10 AM. He was always available to speak with and if he missed a call, he would call back as soon as he had a chance. The girls in the office were also extremely helpful with answering any questions and were very patient and polite. To go along with what another person said, they do fabricate all pieces in house and they are all printed with a particular number. I also just got home today, and there was a picture of my home with all of the openings numbered, extra pieces, a signed piece of paper I assume to legitimize the work, as well as a how-to DVD for installation. This company was awesome! I hope you will have the same experience.

I would highly recommend All American shutter and glass. They installed accordion shutters for me... I did some competitive shopping and they gave me the best price for the product I wanted. I visited the showroom and was treated very well . Given a tour of the factory..Every question answered .... ..installation went very smooth ..the guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves...were on time, courteous and very skilled at their jobs.. .. they even drilled me a new hole for my outdoor clock when the shutter installation displaced it ..permits were pulled properly and inspection was prompt .Every body in the main office was very helpful in getting the information I needed for my Association HOA requirements as well. ....... and a shout out to my favorite receptionist Chana Martin who every time I called treated me like I was her best friend ..really great customer relations, she made me feel important and welcome every time .. I couldnt be happier...☺

My shutters were installed ONE MONTH ahead of my expected date!!! They look wonderful, and today it got PASS on inspection.I used All American Shutters & Glass in 2016, and was extremely satisfied with their service. I ordered my accordion shutters at the beginning of May. The sales rep Lenny was very nice, and at the time they had good reviews, and great pricing so I made the decision to go with them. Wrong move I waited a little over two months for my shutters when my contract stated 4 weeks. I got the call for installation shortly after the July 4th holiday. They came out installed my shutters, left the job unfinished, and one of the shutters was installed incorrectly. They came out, and fixed the issue the next day so the problem was resolved rather quickly. Bottom line is I wouldnt recommend them to anyone unless you want to wait two months for shutters.

I recently moved into a newly built home in August 2017. I had to use the shutters during Irma (Few weeks after move-in). This is tied to warrenty work through Pulte homes. The first issue we had was the shutters for my zero entry sliders were not fitting together and required some metal work to get to slide in place. Second, my kit didnt have the wing nuts for the shutters for my zero entry sliders. I had to go to Home Depot and buy what I was missing which was about 15. Lastly, I had an anchor fall out of the stucco for one of my smaller windows. After SEVERAL calls to get a technician to replace the anchor, no one has come out yet (6 months span). They claim a work order has been created but waiting for a foreman to be in the area. The funny thing, is there are homes all around my home that are being built and Ive seen their work vans driving around (Couldnt get one flagged down). At this point, I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer reporting agencies. This is beyond unacceptable.

I called All American for Service .I spoke to Nancy she promise to call me back the next day. A typical South Florida service person never called back. I called her three times. She didnt bother to answer the phone or called me back.Shutter Companies are fly by night operations. We are owners of A-Z Home Watch Solutions. Our client in Boynton Beach had a challenge with the original shutter closures that were installed on his second floor. We tracked down All American as the company that installed them for the builder and they acknowledged installation in 2006, sent a technician to the home the next day and resolved the issue! Shout out to Brian in the service department and Angelo the tech for providing service with a smile!

I bought panels from all American shutters just before the hurricane. When I gave the lady at the front desk my measurements she made me add 2 inches to every order despite me telling her I measured from the post of the screws not the windows. Needless to say I was overcharged, none of my panels fit any of the windows, my family and I will be left at the mercy of hurricane Dorian, and I still need shutters. 971 dollars down the drain. Thanks all American shutters.

I used All American Shutters and glass early in 2018 and spent over $7,000 in shutters and impact windows. I called them in December as I had an emergency situation with a broken bedroom window. I spoke to the same salesman that I had used previously. He said he would be using the same installer as before. I paid $750 for a small impact window that was installed immediately. The problem arose when I noticed the absolutely orange reflection at night. Nothing in my room is orange! When I contacted the salesman, he said it was a Home Depot window! He never revealed that to me. Furthermore, he is a subcontractor as is the installer. I contacted the owner and received no response.I trusted this company and they came first in my mind when I needed them . Never again... I need to replace other windows with impact glass but will never use this company.

I called All American Shutters and wanted to get product info. I spoke with a woman named Miche that was rude and blew me off. Then I finally spoke with a young lady Chana. I am sure I got on her nerves, because I called multiple times. However, she always provided good details and was professional and courteous.

5 calls over 5 years and cant get a salesman.Salesmen are prima Donnas.This firm must be making so much $$$.Salesmen too.A decent manager running this business could double profit. This guys are really dumb!!

We just purchased a older home in Grandview Heights and our wind mitigation wasnt up to our insurances approval. I called around to quite a few places in the area and ended up choosing All American for a few reasons.1. Product: They fabricate all the panels in house. This not only assures that they are made custom to your openings but also they maintain their own product if needed.2. Service: The owner Don contacted me personally from his cell phone. This meant quite a bit considering I didnt even receive a call back from one of the competitors. He was extremely personable and fair.3. Price: This should be my number 1 reason but the other 2 reasons were so above and beyond it somehow came in third. All Americans price beat out 2 other estimates by about 20-15%. Most likely because they install their own product and dont sub contract their install crews.All of the shutters that I had installed had the Florida building Code imprinted on the shutter as needed for inspection and my house passed with flying colors. Needless to say we are very pleased.

We have a new house in a Lennar community in Ruskin. We did not even get a kit with the wingnuts in it, or any kind of diagrams as to where the shutters went. I put up Several of our neighbors shutters, and every one of them were short wing nuts ! Not happy with them at all !

All American Shutters & Glass was pre installed on my new LENNAR home and now that we have hurricane Irma coming right at us I go to put up the shutters and they didnt even give me enough hardware (wing nuts) to install the shutters. Bad enough if it were just me but no, this happened to everyone in the new Summerfield subdivision. I know this because I had to go to Ace Hardware to get more wing nuts and found out they were sold out and were getting swamped all day.

Stay away from this company. I paid over $500.00 for shutter repair, and the shutter broke one month later and the company told me i needed to replace the parts for the roll down shutter for 1k. I was clearly ripped off.

Ive called these people twice for an estimate...first time a guy came out measured my windows and said he would have a quote for me within 2 weeks...never heard from him or the company...4 months later i called again to have an estimate and the girl said she would have a sales guy contact me...still waiting on the call....

Installation was delayed and a repair was needed to pass inspection. More importantly to me was my roof tiles were cracked during installation-both at the initial installation (which we repaired) and then when they went back to repair.

I would never hire this company to do anything for my house . One of their drivers ran me off the road this morning. Weaving in and out of traffic along Royal Palm Beach Blvd. Started thinking maybe he has a real emergency in his family or business. Then watched as he went into the Dunkin Donuts on Royal Palm Beach Blvd. So not someone I would trust to do business with.

Lead Anchors came out during hurricane Irma and shutters flew off

Shutters looked great, lousy customer service.
