Sams Club is a great place to go to buy your groceries, great prices and quality products, gas station is the greatest thing ever. Now, compared to the club I used to go to (Miami), this one has a lot of challenges to go through,MAIN THING, it looks like nobody knows about the fabulous Scan & Go #SamsApp (my fellow member, if you read this review, go ahead and download the app, lines will magically disappear OH! and it also works for the gas station)Then the other two minor things would be, how messy the place looks always (even Monday mornings), and the buggies, they look like they have been through war, I guess since we buy so many heavy things we are looking for reliable buggies.

The staff are professional and helpful. Price is reasonable. Neat and clean environment.

My wife and I went into the Sams Club to see about becoming members today. After looking around we found many items that were great prices we were very impressed. The store was very well stocked and super clean and organized. The employees were extremely polite and helpful.We met Owen, the manager, at the member service desk and he really took his time to explain the membership and he went above and beyond to help us get signed up to the club and for the club credit card. Awesome experience ! We highly recommend !

Poor experience 4/5/21 - 4/7/21.4/5 - Visited the store to purchase 4 new tires. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was assisted by a tire associate. He was friendly and helpful. Tires came at a fair price with a discount. Unfortunately, they needed to be ordered. Tire associate informed me there would be a 4-day wait, and that I would be able to schedule an appointment upon arrival.4/6 - I received a missed call from Sams Club. No message left.4/7 - I followed-up on the missed call. There is no direct number for the Tire & Battery Center listed online. I called the main store number. The automated prompts did not provide an option for connection to the Tires & Battery Center. After 10 rings, a STORE associate answered the phone. She attempted to transfer me. The phone would disconnect several times. In my final call, the store associate would check-in with me several times. Each time she would express frustration that no one in the Tires and Battery Center had answered my call. Finally, I decided to go in person.I remained on hold until I arrived for a total of 30 minutes. Upon my arrival, I noticed the phone was not ringing in the Tires & Batter Center. Im uncertain of whether I was ever transferred to the correct department. This was no line. Tire Center associate told me he could not pull up tire order without the receipt, despite me purchasing the tires there. He directed me to go to the main store to obtain a copy of the receipt, and bring it back to him.I was told there would be an hour wait for the service. The waiting area consists of 2 chairs and a bathroom. The only tv plays a loop of Sams Club adverts. Theres no coffee or water. Bathroom is filthy. This place could take some notes from Jiffy Lube.Pros - Free wifi, friendly staffCons - Understaffed, no one answers the phone, staff seem undertrained, poor accommodations for long wait times

I have called this WPB location multiple times and they do not answer. I literally tried each line from customer service to bakery to pharmacy. No one will answer. I called the corporate office and they said there is nothing they can do because they refuse to answer the phone. What kind of business doesn’t answer the phone??? I am disappointed and find it unacceptable that they run their business this way. I personally recommend not purchasing a membership as you will not have recourse if you need any assistance. They said to order from the bakery you have to go in the store????? So I have to run out gas to just put in an order. I try not to rate a businesses poorly but this is unacceptable.

Employees always very helpful and kind!Phone check out not working so I had to get in line. Check out lines too long and register not working. I had to switch to another line. I felt like leaving my cart. Inconvenient, so I have not been shopping as often at Sams. Also, there is NEVER an electric cart available for my handicapped husband so he has to wait in car. I miss my weekly Sams shopping. Now its like torture.

All items needed was there. Check out was great. Clean and friendly environment.

Pretty expensive now, most things can be had cheaper in grocery stores! Have to be careful with high volume, food goes stale/ old. Picked up a nice lawnmower on clearance!

Customer service at receiving very poorly. They took hour and a half to upload 56 cases of water and Gatorade to my truck. Always had the same problem in my last three purchases. Excuses because they are short handed. I was the only customer at the moment and I went to three different people. It is getting worse and worse. I dont want to continue doing business with Sams anymore. Not to mention the answering service., they put me in hold for more than 15 minutes and then hang up.

I went i got 4 new tires installed on my suv and when they were done, my original hub cap came back missing its logo. they tried to tell me that it was already missing but thank God i took pictures before i left it in there care. they ended up on the ground and it had been ran over so when the installer tried to put it back on it kept falling off, their solution was hilarious, and it was to go to the dealership, order another part and they’ll reimburse me?????? shouldn’t that be part of their customer service??? never again no accountability and follow thru

I love the west palm beach sams club, I would even go more often if those large home made chicken pot pies were sold again... I would go every week! They are loaded with chicken and it serves us for a few days. Please bring back those home made chicken pot pies

The staff is professional and helpful. I have found the staff technicians and the pharmacist top notch and working hard during the pandemic plus now providing vaccines. Thankful for all of your caring and professionalism.

This place does not care about customers. My mother went there today and fell on some soap that was on the floor. There were MULTIPLE employees who witnessed the accident, and even the manager requested that she fill a report. Upon looking for her, she was nowhere to be found. My mother has arthritis and a recent hip replacement. If there is any lasting damage caused to her by the fall, this is not over. I will come with the police and request surveillance, and have my lawyer involved.

I love that you can scan everything inside the store and walk right out without having to wait in lines. It was a simple order of 10 cases of water and I use my cell phone to scan the skew. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes

This is my local Sam’s Club that I visit at least once a week. The weekends are pretty busy but the week days are not bad. They have self checkout which makes things a little faster for people that don’t have 2 truck loads worth of stuff.A interesting quick trick that a lot of people don’t know about is the “Scan and Go” app where you can shop and scan items as you are picking them up. Then check out on the app. You don’t have to worry about the lines.

If you are making a Delivery here you can count on waiting for a very poorly ran Receiving Department.....I can hardly believe that I was at a Sams Club the back door is ready to fall off its hinges and you cant say much for the dilapidated office.....I actually couldnt believe it was a Sams Club..... and the service you have to tell at the top of you lungs to get anyone into the office to see you...... as you can tell I will not ever come back to this place.... and if you have an appointment time and a Swift or Saddle Creek truck pulls up after you have been waiting hours they will go ahead of you.....

This location is pretty decent. The ice cream selection was minimal, but overall a good shopping experience.

This sams dont have flat carts available for us costumer. I ask an associate for flat carts and she was no help. She told me to go walk around the parking lot to find one. I will find some where else to go.

Clean place and great hot dogs .

Good club not hyper busy as some others. Staff is always smiling and of great help. All are masked and respect distances, some even wear gloves. I am a member, so I go often and have nothing negative to say.

Love how you can scan and go from your device and also the ability for curbside pickup.

I really like Sams Club and this was disappointing to see this Gas station like this. It was raining so hard and the rain was coming from different spots from the roof and the sides. Also, their is no kind of order for the vehicles when going to get the gas. Maybe the lines and arrows need to be repainted on the ground or even new signs put up.

I love this place, they have such great variety of food, clothes, electronics and more. They even have a good court and its incredible. I have been going to Sams Club for more than 10 years now. Cant ever get tired of it. Also, they have a Taco food truck outside which tops it all off.

Went to get tires installed on vehicle today as a new member and very 1st interaction after receiving my membership. I walked onto the auto center with sincere good morning to the older man behind the register. Needless to say he was very cold and unfriendly. Completely ignored me and then asked me what I needed. After explaining what I was there for he was very rude and non welcoming. Even the guys in the garage were shaking thier heads because they say how unprofessional this older man was conducting himself. I was not impressed and wont ever recommend the auto center to anyone.

Disorganized gas pump process with people yelling at one another. Not a great situation.

Arm yourself with lots of Patience for the Huge lines to pay at the cashiers. I’ve never had such bad experience in Sams since I moved out of Coral Springs.

Ordered pickup and received an email and a text message that my order was ready. when I arrived to check in, I couldnt because apparently pick doesnt start till 10am. I tried to call customer service and the phone rang for 7 minutes and hung up.

Buy your employees walkie-talkies to communicate with employees when customers need help. I went to pickup a work bench instock. Went to the isle it was on and couldnt find any help for 15mins. after searching. I found a employee folding clothes, she informed a manager to my assistance. 15 mins. LATER. Finally, help was provided with fork lift needed. The lines are also way to long when checking out!

My gosh - had 6 things - took almost an HOUR to check out (3;30 pm)!!! If I hadnt needed the dog food, I would have left, as so.many did

I had an excellent experience with my pick up service today. Trisha was my shopper, and she took great care in selecting my food. There were a few items that were not available at the earlier time that she shopped for me so she graciously allowed me to pick up those items while I was at the store. I appreciated her assistance and positive attitude especially during this difficult time.

It was ok. Wait time was meh...

No Wrights hickory bacon, only Applewood. No spot in the cooler for hickory. Always have to ask for it and it is usually in the back cooler. This time employee told me he did not see any.Would have been 5 stars today if the employee came back with my Wrights hickory bacon. I dont understand why you dont keep a spot open for the hickory bacon. Seems you set yourself up for failure if you dont even know you are not offering the best bacon ever!

I hate this Sams Club. The parking lot is FILTHY! The store could be cleaner. I only go there for detergent, soaps, and paper goods. I am afraid of buying food because the store isnt clean.

I prefer Sams club over the other guys in my area. They have a better variety of products, better bakery products and an awesome meat and seafood department. Unfortunately my local Sams was closed down (Lantana Fl). So I have to drive 15 min north but its well worth it to me. Its nice to walk into a clean and well organized store. Thank you Sams club and the staff at the Riviera Bch FL location, great job! Stay healthy and safe in this strange era (covid)!!!

Overall a great shopping experience. Usually always have everything and then some in stock and in bulk. The employees are polite, the store is tidy, and they ensure everyone is always wearing a mask.

IToday was a great day to shop at Sams Club. They had multi pac packages of Kleenex, paper towels, and toilet paper. Life doesnt get much better than that. Oh I also shopped for other items as well since I was already there! Yall have a glorious day and please keep your masks on...THANKS!

It was very nice the cashier very nice

This morning I was able to shop during the senior citizen hours. All associates were kind, patient, and respectful. There were lots of gaps in the stock but the essentials were there. Toilet paper, paper towels, even Clorox wipes. The meat counters weren’t full but adequate. I made some adjustments to my list and was pleased and comfortable with what I got. Thank you for making this time for us older folks. Sometimes it’s hard to have the speed and aggression to get to what we need in the general crowd.

Placed an order online went to Sam store waited 20 minutes to finally get my groceries. **I could have went shopping in the store grabbed what I needed and check out faster.Then only to go home and realize three items were missing from my order.**72 hours later no one called me back and still waiting for credit or refund.Sam Club has horrible service.The amount of money I save is not worth it tttimeheadache headache

Everything was good except when I arrived they did not get the answer I sent to my text message saying my order was ready. The store was close it was very difficult for me to get someone to help me. I had to wait about 30 minutes

This is the most ghetto sams club. They should have security at the front door to enforce a dress and mask policy. The customers are just the worst. The employees arent much better, especially the pharmacy. No sense of decorum or manners.

This is a hard-working group of good people who deserve more respect than some customers show them. Spending thousands of dollars a month at this or any Sams Club (or any other business for that matter) doesnt give customers of any membership level a free pass to talk down to employees trying to provide for their success. I dont care how miserable or overworked you are; be grateful to these employees who have aching bodies and feet, have to pee, and still persist in busting their behinds for you!

Found what I needed..check out line was long but went fast. However....they didnt have my pizza slide at the deli.

Lots of electronic stocking issues. Out of stock. Not worth the trip.
