The service rep at the time that visited was excellent.. He was servicing another customer, but he took the time to acknowledge me twice. He voluntarily searched for discounts, for the supplies that I was purchasing..

The staff are very knowledgeable and are very willing to help. They do a great job testing my water way better then what my test kit at home can do and my water is perfect all the time. The prices are really not that much compared to the quality that you receive, I bought a filter for my pool at Walmart for around 60 bucks and it lasted half as long as the one I bought at Leslies for the little bit more I paid for the filter its way worth it, they also suggested some different options to clean the filter and extend its life. I will always shop at leslies from here on out, some of these one star reviews for this place seem off and they are. They probably are the ones that expect the world to bow for them. Will/Would recommend to anyone with a pool!!!

Hey...they had the gasket for my pool filter.....what else can I say. There is a great liquor store near by and having cocktails after fixing a pool filter sounds lovely.

I dropped off my pool vac 2 days ago and they havent even looked at it yet. I was told they needed a special testing unit to find out why the rollers dont move. This a Polaris (>$1000K). Ive been on hold now at the 800# for 9 mins. Its labor day weekend and i was hoping this could be done. Imagine if it was a Pool Pump!! I guess I wont being buying anything else from Leslie Pools!!

Everybodys got to make a profit BUT... first two things I priced: A filter which is $35 at WalMart, $40 at Amazon... $110+ at Leslies... A pipe fitting with a screw thread on one end... $42+ at Leslies, $3-5 at Home Depot depending on the one you want.Employee said not to buy a test kit that they were unreliable and I should just bring my water to them... I brought in my pool cleaner head and he said it looked fine but didnt want to take it apart... it was broken and needed replacing.If you dont know what youre talking about, dont offer advice. And the outrageous prices are a joke. I wont be back.

They have good sales on pool supplies. Customer service is pretty good.

I bought the liquid chlorine but in the previous purchase it was my wife and they were rude to her on Sunday, July 24, at approximately 10:30 a.m. I went to buy the liquid chlorine and they were not offering it, and the man did not attend to me in a good way. ask him something and he told me that I couldnt be there next to him.
