Very disappointed. We had used this place to buy our Covid supplies, but will not be doing so again. We bought their KN95 masks $20 for 5 and found they were completely unmarked, no name, no FDA numbers, nothing. And the second time I wore it, the ear loop busted. They truly look like counterfeit goods.Meanwhile, we bought KN95 masks recommended by Newsweek, which ARE FDA approved, and you see all of the labels on it (KN95 mask on the left) and they fit much better and are less than half the price of what Atlantic Healthcare is passing off as a safety mask for Covid. The less expensive masks have not warped or broken on us, despite much use, and unlike the masks sold by Atlantic Healthcare, they do not look like they were knockoff goods sold at a flea market.

Dustin, is an amazing employee of the company. He works and cares for his customers as though this was his business. I like this attitude. As he looked at the bathroom he heard what our needs were and made helpful suggestions for us to consider. He installed the grab bars, which are in solid. He sent a list of suggestions to the store manager, which will be helpful and invited us to speak to her.

On Saturday morning at 10 am I patiently awaited for Atlantic Healthcare to Open....like clock work, Michelle and Michael were there to open the doors. The service provided by Michelle and Michael is absolutely top notch. Michelle is very hands on with sharing information about medical products available as well as her personal story of health and wellness. In 25 years of dealing with medical supply companies, I have to say, Atlantic Healthcare Medical Supply has set the bar extremely high for others in the medical supply business. I drive quite the distance to Atlantic Healthcare Medical Supply, however, its well worth it for their kindness, professionalism and amazing service.

I have broken foot and came in on crutches that were ill-fitted to me. Dustin made all of the necessary adjustments to the crutches and fitted me to a knee walker/scooter that I was able to rent. This store has everything you need and helpful friendly staff to take care of you!

I was looking for compression stockings. Juan was very helpful - he explained everything I needed to know and measured my leg for the correct fit. He also told me the reason I was experiencing much pain and discomfort at the bend of my knee with the current stockings I was wearing was because I pulled them too high, and he showed me the correct placement. He also went to the back of the store to find the stockings I needed in a shipment that had just arrived. My new stockings are very comfortable and I have no more pain at the knee!

Mykal has superbly helped me in the past and yesterday was no exception! I called ahead to verify that the exact compression stockings were available. They were in stock and he said he’d put them aside for me. He greeted me by name when I arrived. I am very impressed with his product knowledge, hiss friendly and caring demeanor. I needed to buy compression stockings (ugh) but I went to this store and was pleasantly surprised by my helpful salesman, DAVID. He fitted me for the knee high hose and I finally found an article of clothing where I am a small! He instructed me on the proper way to put on and take of the stockings. I have to admit that my legs felt better today than they have in a long time.The store itself is well-stocked, organized nicely, and very clean. There are a number of sales people to assist customers and everyone who walked in received attention quickly. While I hope not to visit for many of the products, if I do need them, I know where to shop.

I went to this store as I had used it before. On this occasion I brought in a RX for compression socks. Richard took care of my purchase. Even though Richard was busy, he gave me fantastic service including actually showing me how to put the socks on and take them off. He also went over caring for them. And he told me about a brand promotion where I was able to get 4 pair for the price of 3. I am more than pleased with the product and my experience.

Had my son over for a week and he needed new solid threaded tires for his manual wheelchair. Stephen helped us out at the service center, excellent customer service and great attention to meeting my sons needs!Tires had to be overnighted which cost extra, but the manufacturer only sent one tire! Stephen got the other tire overnighted and the next day my son had his new wheels, a wonderful birthday present and hell be going back to Ft. Meyers ready to roll.The manager at the West Palm Beach took great of us and refunded the overnight charge for the inconvenience. We stopped by yesterday to buy outdoor wheels on my moms walker. Michelle our sales person greeted us instantly and took an extra step in helping her and listened to her needs and advised her how to use the walker properly and also suggested wheels on the back of the walker so it wouldnt show wear and tear on the walker caps. She was knowledgeable and professional and didnt try to sell her what she didnt need. When we left we were very satisfied.

I needed a mask for my Sleep Apnea condition. The mask that I had was uncomfortable and I was not using it. There were many different types of masks and I was confused as to which would be best for me. After a few moments I was approached by Bob who worked in the store and he turned out to be so helpful to me. He helped me choose a mask after hearing why I did not like the mask I had and even demonstrated how to use it. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the masks in the store but took the time to listen to why I was unhappy with the mask I owned and did a wonderful job finding me my new replacement. Cold/cryo therapy machine was in its death throes. I thought I was buying a display model, but it was actually the rental which had been used God-knows how many times. Once it started working, was the noisiest machine Ive ever heard. With a measure of rumbling and high careening yells, this was awful. The store didnt give me any trouble for return, thankfully, since I had to run around and get another while leaving my wife, just operated on, at home alone. The staff at both locations are very nice and kind. Wish my experience with the merchandise wouldve been better.

Wide variety of home medical products at fair prices

Elaine is who I speak with every time. She knows what she is doing and does a great job at it.

After getting what we needed, we stood by the registers for over 5 minutes to pay and even though employees saw us there, they didnt even ask or approach us to see if we needed help or we were ready to pay. We end up leaving and purchasing the items somewhere else. I work in customer service and sales. My wife and I were really disappointed.
