Thank you Bobb’s for my new Kawai. I have been coming to their store since my childhood and now in my 30s I have my first digital piano (left in photo) so I can practice all times of the day and night. Looking forward to buying my next piano and thank you for all the resources you have provided over the years. Suggested teachers, tuners, and pianos to try out. You guys are the best around!
We had a last minute move and when I called BOBB’S pianos to tell them on a one day notice that I needed a baby grand piano move, I got a yes we can do it.Lance was the one who handles the piano moves. I called him that morning and he was to our house literally within hours. He broke the piano down, loaded it into their truck, and put it back together in the storage unit. This whole process was done within two hours.Fantastic service from start to finish. I highly recommend them for piano moves.
I want to thank Tim, Bob and the entire team at BOBBs Pianos & Organs, for helping me get the amazing Kawai DG30 digital baby grand. Originally I was going for a smaller upright edition, but after playing this gorgeous instrument I was hooked! They helped me in many ways, so thankful - their delivery team was punctual and provided great set up service - and they were lots of fun too! Florida folks - whenever its time to purchase or upgrade to one of the finest instruments in the world, stop in and be treated like family. Well done, BOBBS team! Many thanks...
If you’re going to consign your piano with this company please learn from my mistake and don’t.I’ve called numerous times to ask about our piano that we consigned THREE years ago and I’m told they still have it. I find that hard to believe. The last time I called the gentleman said that “oh yeah, it’s right here on the showroom.” I asked him for a picture of our piano in the showroom so he could prove he still has it and guess what? I never got a picture. Not only will they take your piano to consign but they have no interest in paying you what was agreed upon in your contract. So, Bobbs, how do you want to proceed with this because I’m done trying to get your business to do the right and honest thing.
I drove from Miami to West Palm Beach.. why? Because from first impression on the phone with Tim I knew I would be taken care well. He is. Dry knowledgeable and kind. I also had the pleasure of working with the owner Michael. Great people .. AMAZING selection of quality pianos and there’s a piano for every budget ! Love that you can trade up when you’re ready for up to ten years ! I am super happy with my baby grand. Enjoying it very much :) Thanks again BOBBS PIANOS!! Highly recommend your store!Damaris Morales
Great people to deal with. Great value service and great products it was a pleasure to deal with them
Very rude man that came up to us. Went in there because we want to buy a piano but we were just looking right now and I told him that I was just looking and he just stands right in front us without saying for a few second then says “looking for what a refrigerator?”, didn’t even ask if we needed any assistance on what we were looking for or any sort of help.
As a pianist myself, I highly recommend Bobb’s Piano store. They have the largest inventory of pianos and organs in south Florida. I recently bought a baby grand piano from Bobb’s for my mother. The owner Michael is such a down-to-earth gentleman. It was an easy process to purchase.
I’d been searching for the perfect Grand Piano for my wife, a long time pianist and myself a beginner. I’d seen many used pianos at many very accommodating retail outlets in South Florida. As well, I very actively searched on line and considered having the right piano shipped from out of town. Initially my search was broad and early on considered a smaller baby grand offered at a very good price. Bobbs was the last retailer I visited and spoke with Tim. I told him about the baby grand being considered elsewhere and he said if it fit our need we should buy it. Turns out we wanted more piano and limited our brand to 3 makers. I prepared for a long search and a couple of days after meeting with Tim he called and asked if we were still looking for a Piano? I told him our target changed and expressed for what we were now looking. Baldwin was one of our choices he asked the color desired. He offered a Baldwin SF-10 a 7’ Semi Concert Grand and asked if it would fit.Long story, but they delivered at a very good price, 5 year parts and Labor warranty and 10yr 100% trade up. We could not be more satisfied with the experience at Bobbs and our just beautiful Instrument which we enjoy everyday.
This experience at Bobbs pianos & Organs was top notch! Brandon was so helpful and professional! My piano was delivered timely as he promised. He made sure with my crazy schedule I would have it Friday morning before going to work! Lance who delivered my piano was awesome and kind! My Kawai white baby grand piano is beautiful! Best piano store ever!! Would recommend to all! Will work with you on pricing as well! Dont go anywhere else! 5 STARS!!
From the moment we walked in and Tim greeted we were impressed. We bought a Schumer piano and the delivery was timely andprofessional. We highly recommend BOBBs Pianos & Organs.Doris Kane
Not only was Tim a kind and informed salesman, but was able to streamline the whole purchasing process for same day delivery. The delivery was incredibly smooth and professional. I will only be dealing with Bobbs for all my piano and organ needs. Thanks so much guys!
Unmatched selection. Professional staff. Fabulous experience. We could not be happier with our new piano. We rented one from Bobbs for over a year, an upright. We went back and purchased a grand piano. Had it delivered a couple of weeks ago.... It was to be a surprise for my wife :)The delivery team arrived right on time, was super quiet and we got it all set up. When she came down and saw it later that morning, she was absolutely thrilled.Everyone in the place went out of their way for us. I could not recommend Bobbs more highly. Theyre not just a fabulous dealer, theyve become friends. You must go by, see the selection, and talk to the staff. You will leave with the piano of a lifetime and the peace of mind a professional organization has got your back.Nothing but love for Bobbs. Thanks, guys!!!
I would give them six stars but five is the limit! I wanted a piano for the formal area in my home both for my children to learn to play as well as entertain guests. I really dont know all that much about pianos until I met the salesman, Brandon. He was personable, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through their vast showroom and explained all the differences between the styles and manufacturers. Brandon was showing me a used baby grand (that I ended up purchasing) and it took me some convincing that it was used because it was in such incredible shape. It looked like it had never been played before! I now have an incredible baby grand piano and they have a customer for life. Again thank you so much Brandon in helping to both educate me on pianos and help me pick the perfect one! I will surely be sending my family and friends in!
I purchased my piano 1 1/2 years ago. The staff was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Even now, if I need to call them about anything, they are always happy to help in whatever way they can. Excellent customer service! I will be using them for a long time to come.
From the time I walked in the front door to buy my daughter a piano, I felt comfortable. There wasnt the slightest hint of push to sell and was immensely informed about history of pianos and how every piano has a different sound to different ears. Brandon, being thirdGeneration, easily walked my wife and I through what would fit best for our daughter. Cant be happier about the process and my daughter couldnt be happier about her piano.
I walked in the store for the the third time in 3 months (looking at the same digital piano). I wanted to upgrade from my upright. I had 3 different people helping me. i was thrilled to leave this time to await the delivery of my new piano! From sales staff to delivery men, they were professional, kind, and took the time to understand what I wanted. I highly recommend Bobbs Piano and Organs to anyone interested in purchasing the gift of music!
Had an easy time buying a piano. Change my mind later and upgraded with little hassle. Michael was very helpful during the entire process.
Brandon & his Dad at BOBB’S Pianos & Organs are an awesome team & Dr. Brown the Music Professor is wonderful!!! 😁😁
We rented a piano from Bobbs Pianos and Organs again this year for our annual caroling party. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else! As always, the professionalism, detail oriented service and overall experience was spectacular. The piano itself was beautiful in appearance and sound. Every aspect of the transaction was flawless. Many thanks to the whole team at Bobbs. See you next year!!!!!
A wonderful, very accommodating company. I needed a grand piano to perform at a memorial service. Due to complications, the piano had to be brought on an earlier date and picked up at a later date. Bobs Pianos and Organs agreed to do this without charging me for these extra days. The piano arrived on time and sounded a great. Such courteous and professional service! Would recommend them to anyone.
Bought a new digital Kawai and couldnt be happier. Tim was very helpful and really knows his stuff and knows the piano world well.
When after a disastrous move of our 1937 Hardman Baby Grand from Massachusetts to Florida we found that a decorative wood scroll was broken off and lost, I contacted Bobbs Pianos to see if they could repair it. They did an outstanding job. I dont think anyone would be able to tell that the piano had been repaired. It looks as good as new! After the broken piano was delivered to Bobbs, someone told me that I had made a mistake by letting them do the repair work. Nothing could be farther from the truth.I highly recommend them.
I was looking for a good upright piano so I can play for my own enjoyment. Bobs had an excellent selection, the staff was knowledgeable and the prices were very competitive. I purchased a used Kawai studio model in excellent condition and love everything about it. It will meet my needs for years to come and is such a pleasure to play.
This was an unusual purchase experience made possible by dealing with a family business and getting the personal touch. Bobb’s Piano made every effort to make sure we were happy and accommodated us well beyond what we would ever expect. They knew everything there is to know about pianos and that, coupled with their customer first philosophy, adds to a winning combination.
Love this place! Was looking for a piano for my new place and Brandon was a dream to work with. He helped me from start to finish and made it a very stress free experience. Thanks Brandon!
If you want to know what the best is in piano market, deal with Bobbs piano. The service is really prefect. They try to give you the best price as possible as they can!! I bought a Steinway L in the store and had a nice experience. Thank you, Michael, Kim, and Brandon........
When our company needed an antique piano moved onto an antique Trumpy yacht we called Bobbs Pianos & Organs. They were professional and courteous and in a pinch had everything taken care of and in place. The care and professionalism of these men are outstanding. Thank you so much!
Great service! Michael and Tim were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend checking them out! Thanks guys!
We bought a piano here a year and a half ago and we are satisfied with the one we bought. Good customer service. No sales push. On top of all that, they also offer free piano exchange.
This was my first experience with Bobbs pianos and organs and I have to say that my expectations were totally surpassed. All of their pianos are meticulously maintained and in beautiful condition. There was no hard sell, only courtesy and professionalism.I was fortunate that Tim was able to encourage me to rent a GORGEOUS piano before buying so I would not have any regrets. And all of that money goes toward any piano in the store. I couldn’t recommend Tim at Bobbs pianos any more highly and I am thrilled to have the perfect piano delivered in one day!Thank you Tim and Bobbs Pianos and Organs! You guys are truly the best at what you do!
The folks at BOBBs have been really helpful to me every time Ive been in, its a multi-generational family business too... First went in looking for an upright. Great selection of Steinways if thats your thing and they offer delivery.5 out of 5 stars!!! I recommend.
Great assortment of great pianos. Great Sales and Service. What they promise they deliver. The Place to buy Pianos.
I did my searching in the Broward area and came up with nothing, so I came across Bobbs Pianos & Organs in West Palm Beach. I found a beautiful Kawai Upright Piano that I love. They have a very large selection for everyone and the staff was great throughout the process from selecting to delivering and tuning it up!
Terriable experience, rude, ugly attitude, I brought my daughter in to look at baby grand, we had a budget in mind that I shared with sales person Brandon, apon arriving with my daughter he started to show her piano three times the price I asked for. So I tried to say something, he told me it was not my decision it was my 17 year daughters decision,!!! So I corrected him, Brandon then introduce us to his manager. Again I asked for piano under 10k, the manager got rude, arrogant and began telling what she should buy. So I began looking by myself, prices where posted, so I asked about a few pianos in my price range, the manager again told me I did not know anything about pianos so I should let my 17 year old daughters decide. At this point I had enough of the rude, ugly. So I told the manager he was rude, had no ears, and that I was not going to be hustled, he responded by saying I could go elsewhere. We did, and I bought a 10k piano in Ft Lauderdale.I am happy to say I did not buy from these creeps, a sale they lost by being stupid. I hope the owner of this place reads some of these because the owner needs to replace the jerks he calls sales people.
I visited other piano stores and looked at several pianos from Craigslist before visiting Bobs. All of the other preowned pianos, even the ones at other stores, had missing screws or hinges and the Craigslist pianos did not sound right or were not in the condition as advertised. The entire staff at Bobs was helpful to me and kind and accommodating to my wife and kids. I purchased a Piano from Bobs and everything went smoothly. The piano tuner they recommended named Eugene was fantastic and took time to make sure everything was working properly after delivery. Will be a customer for life.
Our family visited Bobb’s in search of a piano for our elementary school daughter, a beginning piano player with choral experience. We had spent much time shopping for pianos without result. Michael intuitively grasped our needs and proposed a solution from his large inventory that met our needs. This investment would not have occurred without the attentiveness to quality, tuning, value and service of the staff - Michael even re-opened the store after-hours to meet our schedule. Our gleaming piano was promptly delivered to our home.It was a pleasure doing business with Bobb’s, as others have discovered for half a century. We recommend Bobb’s Piano!
Terrific services .... Michael (the owner) is very generous with his time and attention. A very nice firm to do business with .....11.25. 2013
Helpful and efficient service. Will refer all piano needs here !
This is a long story but worth the full read so that you can understand the difference between Piano dealers...Our journey to buy the perfect piano started in 2015. We are the kind of clients that make “logical” decisions and don’t run on emotions. We visited ALL the piano stores in Broward County, and even called a few places in Miami, but couldn’t find the right piano for us. I called BOBB’s pianos in Palm Beach (even thouhg it was far for us) and Tim said they had several pianos that met our criteria. We visited their store on a New Year’s Eve, and even though they close at 1pm, they didn’t mind keeping the store open for an extra 2 hours for us. I played every single upright piano they had, and then ventured into playing the grand pianos. Tim and the owner were very patient with us, encouraged our children to play as well, and even taught them the difference between the digital keyboard and a piano. It felt like we were just hanging out with new friends. After playing the grand pianos, I knew that I could not settle for an upright, and the baby grand was still out of our budget, so I decided we weren’t ready to commit. Tim understood our reason and said he would find the perfect piano for us.For 2 years we received updates on new inventory as well as pre-owned pianos, but still our budget didn’t allow. In March 2017, my husband gave me “the budget” for my perfect piano” as an anniversary gift, so we looked on Craigslist for pianos, and we visited 2 stores with restored pianos. The pianos were all in questionable condition, even though they were presented as “like new”. We decided to visit another local store in our area and our experience there was extremely negative, the salesman that greeted me started critiquing how I played, and was unfriendly and rushed us. We decided to call BOBBS Pianos and told them our budget. Within a few weeks they called and said they had a brand new baby grand Kawai piano right on our budget. We drove to Palm Beach with our children and were greeted as we were old friends. It was joyful for them to see me play the piano they had found for me. I said “this is it”, but being a logical buyer, I decided to give the other store a last chance. So, we went back to Broward and visited the other dealership again and found a pre-owned piano EXACTLY like the one I was about to buy from BOBB’S Piano, but with a $1,500 price difference. I was so excited! I had found a great deal under my budget!!! It was all great until the salesman came up to me and said “if you don’t buy this piano, I’ll sell it to the lady that just left”. I really liked the action and sound of the piano, so I started to panic. I called my husband and he was very upset to see the salesman using emotional pressure as a sales tactic. Since it was pre-owned we decided to make an offer to the store manager, whom from the distance just yelled “it’s not going to happen”. Both salesman and manager were extremely rude at that point. I was determined to purchase the piano, so I tried to convince my husband. He started inspecting the piano and realized the piano had paint sprayed all over the top. We both panicked. The salesman at that point said not to worry, that he was going to “do us a favor” and have it perfectly clean if we leave a deposit. So, we left a deposit. As we left the store we were both upset and “the joy” of purchasing our first piano was gone. We thought about it for a day and decided to go back up to Palm Beach and play the piano from BOBB’S Pianos. We were happily greeted by Tim. We told him what had happened with the pre-owned piano and were honest about wanting to save the extra $1,500. He understood and explained the condition of the pre-owned piano we were considering to buy. After playing the brand new Kawai baby Grand and the way Tim and everyone at BOBB’S Pianos treated out family, we decided to purchase the piano from them. The piano was delivered the next day to our home and it was the happiest experience ever! Buying our first piano from BOBB’S Pianos was an amazing experience!!!
Horribly rude staff was inexcusably mean for no reason. Maybe was having a bad day but I’ve never seen such harshness and attitude
10/18/2013 We are very pleased with the excellent service and communication we have gotten from Jeff Bryer, GSM at Bobbs Pianos. He worked with us and smoothly orchestrated (forgive the pun) the pickup of our piano for resale. Unfortunately with arthritis and age I can no longer play but we are hoping someone will love the lady as did we. If anyone can find her a good home, we believe Bobbs will do that. Raul and Josh, the gents who came to pick up our beauty, were thoughtful, polite and very professional. High marks go to Bobbs Pianos - you guys are tops! Jennifer Stemes”
I have been teaching at BOBBS Pianos & Organs for over 50 years! Not a thing has changed except the names and faces of the 2nd and 3rd generations owners and operators. We prepare students for Bach and Dreyfoos school of the arts!
Carls Patio of Fort Lauderdale just rented an incredible Hallet Davis Imperial Grand Piano for a very special Designer attended event last Thursday night. The piano was pristine and the event was a complete success thanks to Bobbs Piano and Organ. Micheal, Tim and the delivery staff out did themselves once again. The grand piano was remarkable-beautiful in appearance & it sounded so lovely in the showroom! I hope that they hire me again and rent from Bobbs Piano and Organ. Thank you Bobs Piano & Organs for another gem of a piano rental. My program was applauded by everyone and it was all because of you! Lets keep this trend going and going and going! You Rock!JB
Very friendly 3rd generation family company. Huge selection of steinway, kawai, american baldwins, and yamaha pianos..
You all know how frustrating sometime it came be going thru TSA inside the airport, or had you seen a sign written restricted area, authorized to use deadly forces beyond this point, in this place or at least dealing with this sales person you will not pass GO unless you show them youre clear of $$.I am looking for a Yamaha U3 used piano for my daughter, looking over the web and found this Bobbs family own business, give them a call today see if they have any in stock before I go in, spoke to the sales person name Tim over the phone, (which Im glad I call first no need to waste my time and gas drive to the store) instead of getting what I want to know, pretty much is the other way around, he ask who that for ? is this her first piano ? whats the name of the instructor my daughter attend to ? do you know the u3 price range is around $5k ?I told him is for my daughter yes is the first piano, my instructor only do private lesson and she came from over sea you wouldnt really know her either, Tim replied: he in the business over 25 years knew over 40 instructor in south florida, and he might know her too, but since I dont want to tell him is fine.. Im think OF COURSE you have to be fine with that, I dont need to tell you anything. Then he said : when are you ready to come see the piano ? HELLO!! you dont even answer my first question Do you have any u3 in stock ?? I wouldnt be driving to a store without knowing if you have the piano.. he replied we might, I need to check the inventories first, but he sure he had U1 on the floor now, and repeatedly asking me again are you only looking for yamaha and have to be U3 ? also said you know U3 will cost you around $5K even they have in stock ?At this point Im fed up, he still havent tell me if he had the piano Im looking for yet instead he start to figure my daughter experiences, Instructor info, if I can afford $5k ? I told him Yes I did my research Im aware is around 4-5k and my budget is 6K, but now you just lose my business. If you dont have what customer looking for just simply tell them and be polite, not to dig into someone background and see if they can afford that is really rude.I wouldnt surprise if I go into the store he might ask my bank statement and how many asset I owned before I can actually see the piano, maybe this is how a family own business customer service ?I dont know about the others customers, myself I just bring my business else where. I really hope Tim is not part of the owner of this family business operation, because I dont know how his attitude will last the business for the next generation taking over.I will NOT recommend Bobbs piano or at least NOT dealing with this sales person to ALL my friends and families.
Great family owned business. Very professional!
Excellent service and even better prices!!! A+++
Very professional
