Ok so i have to say i have been with Advance America for atleast 10 years now and i have to say i am very impressed with all the upgrades and new things they are bringing to there customers. I would never leave this company for anything. I have been going to the shop on Forest hills blvd and jog the manager louis is absolutely a pleasure to work with. If there is a problem he will find a solution. And everyone who has worked with has been great. There should be other customer service people like louis in the world we would have less complaints. Great job to him and his crew.

Ok, so a long time ago I stopped going here. However, I became disappointed by my newest place and came back to Advance America. The old place took forever to update my payment and clear me to reloan. Thats when Julie, Luis and Laura all helped me the most. Love the new way we can call in and repay with out standing in a line and also the fact that you dont have to waste checks to loan here! Great improvements!
