I have been placed on a committee that is helping those who have been impacted by COVID-19. This means that we are helping pay bills to alleviate any financial burden. I thought it was near impossible to do this because after contacting the billing companies directly to pay, I was denied. Basically, I was forced to the point to pay in cash. Then it became a problem that because I wasnt the account holder, I was not allowed to pay at certain merchants. Finally, I landed on Advance America! They helped me cover these bills for those in need, without a sweat. Thankful for this place helping me help others!

Horrible Service, I went to use Money gram services to send money to my daughter in Jamaica and in several times the Lady said the system was not working. I am a regular customer in the company but the good service in this office is not offered anymore. Not good.

Seemed legit until it was time for payment.. One sales rep told me one thing and another sales rep told me another.. Seems like they are not educated on the products that they are selling. They said it was nothing they can do even tho I was misinformed.

This is the place I go when needing extra cash for any emergency. Forget about the banks, have you sen how hard it is to get a loan at a bank. At Advance America instead I get the money fast. And fees are nothing high compare to bank fees.

I use their service to pay my electric bill, and the employees are very helpful. They always doing everything fast and convenient. This place is in an out. The also have loans, a feature I will try in the future.

This place save me when I need extra money for a secure deposit when I was moving las month. I had to pay 400 dollars for my rent, and a friend told me about Advance America and then I called the office and talked to the manager, he told me all the documents that I needed to bring so I went right away. I applied and in less than 15 minutes I had the cash, since I was there I also bought a money order for the deposit I needed.I would recommend this place, nice staff and helpful.
