Initially, I was a little nervous as this was my first mediation experience. My mediator was Amber McMichael, who was very insightful, polite and informative during the 3 hour mediation. The staff at Matrix is nothing but charming and helpful. They also have a stacked kitchen filled with refreshments, snacks and a neat espresso machine. On top of all that, we ended up with a settlement! I would 100% recommend Matrix Mediation.

The staff was excellent and very attentive. They have a kitchen area that has jars of finger type food/candy. The aroma of spicey meatballs cooking made a homelike atmosphere.

I called this office to hire a private mediator and Tammy said that her company doesnt handle mediations anymore, unless one of the parties have an attorney. I was surprised that the name of the company has not been changed.

Its mediation, there are rooms to get together, and there are rooms to be separated and negotiate.

Got to the mediation and the I had to go looking for the receptionist. No one to greet me and direct me but the birds. I left feeling the mediator was working for the plaintiff. Not happy. Wont recommend
