Heard only good things about these doctors and their experience with jpouch so made appointment and drove 3 hours. They even called and asked to come early. Got here early waited... 45 miss past the original appointment time they said the doctor left. He left, no word to me or even an attempt to reschedule. Thanks cleveland clinic for showing me how you really feel about your patients.

I have a different ex. Having working in hospital ED< DR office I find the staff quite rude.. I have been having a hard time to find an Internal Medicine provider that I can have a partnership with. CC makes it quite clear they are a business.

So I was very nervous about going to see Dr. Gloria Mason as it had been over 6 years since I had been to the Gynecologist! I was almost afraid that she was going to be mad about the length of time it had been! I could not have been any more off track! I had been given her name by my daughter and she was right! I loved her! Calm approach, listened to everything I had going on and that meant something to me! They have a mammogram unit on spot and made the appointment right away! I came into her office somewhat down, upset and beaten but left smiling and happy I went! Kudos to Dr. Mason and her staff!

I like the Cleveland Clinic because most of my doctors are under one roof and they can all see my medical records and test results. This is a very efficient why for health care. As in all aspects of life most of the staff are good, but some are not. Wednesdays they have a blind man with his dog in the lobby who plays the piano. This makes a nice visit.

I love when I call for an appointment how effective and efficient they are almost like a tag team working together always directing me to the right department..professional and kind. The doctors awesome the text the nurses I love Cleveland Clinic

I found this place (Dr. Spatola, specifically) by cross referencing my insurance with online reviews. I must say, this paid off in spades. Clean, professional, and timely, every time. Would recommend to anyone.

$10 dollar parking. Staff rude as h*ll. Not knowledgeable. Valet just watched and played with phone as we struggled to get mom in wheelchair. Long wait. Do not recommend.

Ive been to the Cleveland Clinic on about 6 different occasions, and at first I was very pleased with the short wait and the competent friendly staff. But my opinions have changed due to two poor experiences. First, the doctor ordered duplicate testing after 3 months and instead of ordering only tests on the few areas of concerns, he had them run the same battery of testing to the tune of $825! Then the final straw....I had an appointment and sat in the waiting room for 40 mins. Finally went to the desk to see how much longer it would be and they told me the doctor decided not to come in! No one even called me! AND they let me sit there for 40 mins.checked in! Never again!! Ill find somewhere else.

Our experience has been variable. We are very pleased with our primary care doctor on Donald Ross Road, Dr. Elina Levkoff. DR. Bullard, dermatologist at Weston, missed a melanoma on my husbands arm; six months later it was identified by another dermatologist, and had grown so deep and wide he required an oncologist and a plastic surgeon specializing in cancer, plus four years of follow-up tests. Dr. Spatola told me I had a post-viral syndrome when I actually had a major pleural effusion, that required drainage of 890 ml of fluid from my chest. He did not bother to take a chest x-ray which would have revealed the problem. I ended up a few weeks later in the Jupiter Medical Center ER where I linked up with an excellent pulmonologist not from CC. Dr. Ray in cardiology repeatedly cancels appointments - very undependable. Dr. Castro-Pavia in gastroenterology gave excellent care to my husband. We are gradually shifting to specialists outside CC but do really love our PC at CC.There seem to be a lot of very young doctors in the specialties and they seem to come and go quickly. I have not been impressed with them. I suspect they are still in training in advanced fellowships. Try to get a senior specialist such as Dr. Castro-Pavia, but the wait may be several months or there may be no appointments available at all.

This is the best medical facility I have ever been to. The staff is great, and the wait is little to none.

I called to make a follow up appointment with my orthopedist for a leg issue and the appointment scheduler was abrasive, unwilling to listen and had trouble looking up the Doctors name. When she looked him up, she said he doesnt deal with legs. I asked her to wait a moment while I looked it up on their website and she said shed have to end the call. She was very rude and unwilling to assist, essentially, the exact opposite of what you want in customer facing staff.

This is NOT an emergency med clinic! Its a hospital.The staff we spoke with was screening calls from Westin.There wasnt any further recommendations they gave us, and as indicated on their website AND voicemail they are available for medical care.My daughter is 16 and they only treat patients over 18. Their website is ambivilous and innevective.

Get ready to have to pay for parking to go to the doctor. Also they have a lot of turnover in doctors.

Lots of unnecessary medications. Never again will I use this place.

Excellent attention from the moment they receive you until you leave the place. All the staff are very friendly. My Dr.s assistant. Nurse Rosa was so warm, kind, she spent time with me. What to say about Dr., a marvel of professional. The staff who allocate the hours for the next visits. I congratulate you for making an experience that for women is often difficult to transform into something so human. Highly recommended really.
