I bought furniture from Ashleys and the recliner broke and the 4 bar chairs wont stay tight. when I called to have warranty work done on them they sent Tri County furniture service to my house to repair them. I told the office to put a note to have the repair guy to park crossways of my driveway so he didnt block my neighbors driveway. when the service guy got to my home I asked him to please pull his van up so he didnt block my neighbors drive. He got in his van and then got back out and didnt move it at all. I was on the phone with the office when I asked him 2 more times to please pull his van up crossways of my driveway so he isnt blocking my neighbors and he got real nasty. I asked the lady on the phone to please send someone else. He yelled out YES SEND SOMEBODY ELSE. My husband called and he told the office that he moved his van twice and he did not so not only is he unprofessional he is also a liar
If I could leave zero stars I would. I received a damaged couch from Ashely Furniture and they sent Tri County out to repair it. The damage was a small slice in the back of the couch where Tri-County was to replace the entire back and cushion cover. I was unable to babysit them when they were working so after their completion and departure I found the couch to be in worse shape than before they started. The slice was gone, but they left back cushion stuffing under the seat cushions, they did not completely install the cover under the back cushions and they left two back cushion supports undone. Which allows you to fall into the back of the couch when you sit down. I called Ashley to report issues, they recommended having them come back out to fix it because Tri-Countys word holds more ground than a customers if there is a reported defect. So I am reluctantly having Tri-County come back to hopefully repair the couch correctly since this is their specialty.
I was notified that a technician from Tri-County Furniture would be coming to my home between 11:22 and 11:52 AM to repair my recliner. The technician actually arrived at 8:22 AM. When the doorbell rang I was in the backyard. As a result I did not hear the doorbell and was charged a $55 missed appointment fee. I brought it to attention of the company that they had sent me the wrong information about my appointment and thus I should not be charged a fee. They responded by telling me that it was my problem and refused to make an adjustment to my bill. To make matters worse, it took the technician five visits to complete the repair because he kept on ordering the wrong parts for the recliner. I wrote this review before I had read the other reviews. The response of the owner to to blame the customer. That may work when you have one out of ten customers write a negative review, but I dont think it carries much weight when half of the reviews are negative.
Bought the accidental protection plan from Ashley furniture. My puppy ate a 32 ounce bottle of salmon oil on my couch. They said they would send a tech to clean it. He came out, took pictures and left. Said someone would be in contact with me in 5-7 days. Im now reaching out to companies to come clean my furniture!
Rude employee and manger. No empathy to the customer. Cancelled my appointment without telling me it could not be rescheduled until a work order is reopened. I will say that my circumstances are rare in why I needed to reschedule ay different times due to flood from Texas freeze, I still expected some level of help and understanding.
Lazy Boy Extended Warranty Company is Serveco. They contracted my warranty repairs to Tri County.This company is an absolute joke. I’ve had 3 different repair technicians to my home. The first technician did not have the part I needed to repair my electric recliner. He ordered it and had it shipped to me. The same technician came out again and then said the part he ordered was the wrong size. He would order a new one. One was never sent to me. A third technician came out today and asked where the part is and I told him the last technician took it with him. I had already told Serveco and Tri County that he took the part. The man this morning said his work order said I have it. I asked him to call a supervisor. He got a lady on the phone and he explained what’s happened. I heard this woman say to him “they are always trying to get you to do something not on the repair order.” She would not speak to me on the phone. I wouldn’t allow this company back on my property, the technicians have been polite and tried to help me. Their company unfortunately is rude and unprofessional.
These people do not understand customer service!! They book appointments encompassing an entire day. They hire people phone reps who set appointments and could clearly care less about their jobs. Then their robo-caller lets you know a couple of days before which 3-hour window you get. Finally, another robo-call the day of the appointment letting you know the technician is on the way. There is NO WAY to talk with the technician (ie: human being) to get a 30-minute advance notice. Who sits around for 3 hours!! Their robo-caller is impersonal and unprofessional. About 98% of the service vendors I deal with will have a human call when they are at their last stop so you can discuss when you can meet them. I would NOT hire these people again.

Terrible service and arrangements! Wish I can give zero star.I had my bedroom set delivered in the beginning of Mar, three drawers had problems so they sent Tri county furniture service to fix them. The appointment is today from 3:30pm to 6:45pm. Tri county called me at 2:45pm and said the tech would be a hour late. I thought he would arrive 4:30pm instead of 3:30pm, so I said fine. No body showed up till 6pm so I called Tri county and their representative Taylor said the tech would show up before 7:45pm. Sincerely? Who would fix furniture at night? Since it would be too late, I tried to switch to the next appointment. Then Taylor said the next available one would be April 16th, and they could not promise the time, so it might like today again. So I told her I would keep today’s appointment. Now it is already 7:45pm, nobody call or show up. This is just insane! Don’t work with them!
The communication from TCF was great keeping us informed throughout the process.Michael came to do a warranty repair on our sofa and did a fantastic job. The workmanship on he repair is outstanding. I like to review companies when I get good service because it is so hard to find that! I would highly recommend these guys.Thank you Tri County!
WARNING: Do not do business with this company! Here was my personal experience- I was given their contact information from Ashley Furniture as my electric couch was just outside of the extended warranty. As required I paid $55 in advance for a service call to assess the problem, and received an appointment fort weeks later. The technician and partner arrived that day, and after approximately 5 minutes determined it was the power cord (called a transformer) which she advised me to order through Amazon, giving me the model and serial number. It simply plugged into a cord in the couch, EXACTLY like a cell phone, and told me to call back if there was any issues. After I received a brand-new, name brand power cord, and plugged it in, the couch still did not work. I contacted Tri-County and explained. I was told that it would be $95 for a service call to install the equipment I purchased. I stated it was a power cord, per the invoice, and there was no installation required, that the assessment had been incorrect. I then asked to speak with someone else, who repeated the same., A technician needs to install the part as they know where the wires attach. I repeated it was a power cord, and there was no wires or assemble required. I asked that the technician return to look at the couch a second time to determine the problem, and was told, It will be $95 to install the part, then $55 for another assessment. This rhetoric was repeated until I finally ended the call.
The gentleman that came to fix my furniture was very polite and courteous.
I made sure to get a warranty when I purchased new furniture. The appointment date was farther out than I would have liked but it really doesnt matter because the service was amazing. Once I submitted my claim, I was scheduled at the earliest date. A repairman came to fix my couch after parts were delivered. I will be using this service all 5 years of my warranty!! LOLThanks for your service especially in these times. We appreciate all you do to help maintain our comfort.
Fabulous service! Jennifer from Tri County came today to repair a hole in the back of the couch. She and Chris were on time, and Jennifer did a great job repairing it. You cant even tell where the hole was! She is knowledgeable and friendly.Highly recommend this company, and Jennifer!
The service technician Anthony that came to evaluate my furniture was respectful, kind, professional and polite.I am not familiar with the company because they were assigned to me due to my furniture warranty, but Anthony was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. It made for a pleasant experience.The company was easy to schedule with and understanding that I needed a Saturday appointment.
So disappointed with this company. Today was the second time a technician claimed to have come out during their selected window of time and did not. Today I stood outside at the start of the window time and called to confirm and was told the technician had already come and waited an extra ten minutes. The technician flat out lied! The supervisor, Barbra, was not helpful and insinuated that I was lying. It seems they are working to void my warranty. So unprofessional. I am going to look into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will also contact the vendor where I purchased my couches.
I love Tri County Furniture! They immediately contact you and are willing to provide timely services. They also send you a name and picture ID of your scheduled technician before your appointment. It’s a nice safety measure. The technicians have always been prompt and finish their work quickly. They are respectful to kids and pets too.

Word of helpful advice-use a drop cloth to catch all the staples from repairing the furniture, found about 80 staples in our carpet.
Ive been waiting for my furniture to be fixed for about 3 months at this point. Tri County Furniture Services apparently has an enormous backlog of orders, so you cant get appointments before about 4 weeks out from when you call.The first appointment I got was to assess the (very minimal) damage my furniture had, and its taken them about 6 weeks to send someone out since then to actually fix it. Today, they cancelled that 6-week-delayed appointment because the technician was sick, and now theyre telling me that their next available appointment isnt for another month or so.Dont use Tri County Furniture Services unless youre OK with your furniture being broken for 3-4 months before they bother to come out to fix it.
Excellent job by John and Oscar. They arrived early and fixed a three month old problem for a new recliner. Recommend highly!

They came out today to fix a scratch on my wood table and a drawer. He was here 10 min and one item I can see the difference. But the wood table u can see no repair and they state job was done. To call my insurance again. No effort what so ever to fix. Seems like a joke!!

They are very friendly however every time they send someone they send a link that is supposed to track them and the link always goes to a blank page which is very frustrating.
This is the WORST furniture repair service. I too was referred to them through my adjustable base warranty. The customer service is terrible and their times are extremely inconvenient! And because they are so inconvenient I have had to reschedule with them 3 times well after the third time they refer you back to you warranty company. 🤷🏾♀️ oh well, maybe it was a sign. Not to mention that they had to cancel one of my appointments because the technician was going to be unavailable. If I had the chance to give them zero stars I would.In response to the company:AGAIN, the times that you like to schedule customers are inconvenient and I explained that every time I called in and scheduled, feel free to listen to the recording and I always gave a PM for weekdays because I work during the day and requested AM for the weekends. The AM slots were not available on the weekend every time I called, according to your representative. Not one time did your representatives state that after the third reschedule the issue would be sent back to the warranty company. Instead of trying to prove the customer wrong maybe you should take into account what the issues are. Not to mention, your customer service team is not very helpful or informative. FYI, I called in three times today because I wasn’t sure if I needed to cancel or not AND your customer service team wouldn’t even give me an estimated time of when your technician would arrive. There is a reason for your poor reviews maybe you should re-evaluate instead or arguing with the customer.
I would not even give this furniture service company one rating. I only selected that one star because I would not have been able to submit my review. I have had to wait months for a technician to come to my home to repair the frame of my couch. The company themselves have called me to reschedule my appointment 4 times already and each time they reschedule my appointment it is usually for a date that is another month or so out. Just today, Wednesday, a technician calls while I am at work to let me know that he is 30 minutes out from my home. I have no set appointment so this threw my off. I do not stay home. But because I have had to wait around for months I tried my best to find someone to meet with this technician. This same technician shows up to my house waits a few moments and then sends me a text message asking if the person was traveling from afar. This is extremely inconsiderate considering the fact that he has just sprung this non-existing appointment on me, to then have the audacity to rush me. Needless to say, I never received the service

Unfortunately had the experience of dealing with this company, 3rd party through my warranty company. I scheduled but wasn’t able to schedule a block of time, I was told I would find our the day before. That caused me to take the entire day off work. The day before I’m notified it will be between 10-1. The next day I get an EMAIL at 10:30 which I didn’t see until 11:30, saying it’s cancelled and needs rescheduled. When I called they said yeah that’s why WE’RE calling you to reschedule. What a joke. I called the warranty company and requested a different company. Don’t Reschedule if you don’t have to.
It did take a month for the soonest appointment to take a look at my broken couch. But I understand with everything going on. The technician (Elinsser) came did his assessment and said he could get it done in 15 mins. And he did! Wow what a major difference it has made and I am happy! He was also friendly and professional, Glad I didn’t have to purchase a whole new couch! Thanks!!
Honestly I was upset because I booked the soonest appointment which was a week and a half out to clean my couch cushion of urine. Although my tech James was great and made up for the long wait. He was professional, and courteous. We had a dilemma as he arrived I was taking my son to school & he waited about 10 min for me to make that trip. He took his time with the cushions & the couch is clean.
I was not sure at first because of the ratings.But I gave them a try. They came in the middle of the pandemic April 14th so we put the couch in the garage. The tech showed up with mask and gloves he looked at everything got approval from his company pulled off the arm of my sofa and put it back on in no time as per the hidden camera in my Garage lol then he shampooed the whole sofa and was on his way. Later that evening we were on the couch like nothing ever happened. Tri county you get a AAA+ from me! #LifeSavers
I have a warranty on my La-Z-Boy Recliner that I bought from La-Z-Boy & the power cord went out. I contacted my insurance provider who had a technician come out to find the source of the problem, I was sent a new cord in the mail within a month at the most. Technician was very nice and professional. I had a big repair (at a different time) needed however, it took about three weeks to receive the replacement parts. The repair took took an hour when the service technicians came out. The repair was for a broken plastic part that reclines the foot rest and back. Dennis and Trevor were extremely professional and repaired my recliner quickly. The company overall is very professional and they take care of their customers. I’d definitely recommend Tri County Furniture Service.
Im amending my review because as of 95 days from the date my claim was open, I still do not have anything fixed. My parts were delivered over a month ago and I had to call twice to even get someone to schedule me. Now that the technician was supposed to be here today, he turned off his live tracking so I can only assume hes not showing up today either. Im beyond annoyed at this point. .. There is a ton of backstory to this review as well. I can only imagine that if I did my job like this particular technician does his job, I wouldnt have one anymore.

I called to schedule an appointment for cleaning on my sofa, the service rep was friendly. They gave me an appointment and was told they will call me the day before to confirm my 3 hr time frame, which they did. The day of service the tech called when he was in route to my home. I also received a link to my phone where I could track the tech, that was nice. The tech was very friendly and cleaned the cushions to my sofa. Looks like new. Awesome overall service!!
I am giving them 3 stars but only because of the tech that came to our house. The folks working the phones do not give true information. They said it’s a $59.95 fee plus $40 for repairs if those repairs can be done the on the same visit. If the repair isn’t done on the same day we may have to order parts at our expense (understandably) then they come back out for $59.95 to fix.... The tech arrived and said they didn’t schedule enough time for repairs....WHAT??? So now they have to come back out and charge me $95 an hourI called and the person on the phone told me they don’t say the second visit is $59.95...the ONLY reason I am allowing this repair is because of the tech....educate you phone folks to tell the truth and be consistent....I’ve been on the phones and I’ve supervised folks on the phone... stop giving incomplete and untrue info and allow the customer to make an fully educated decision....please

I think I got pulled into the racket this company is using to make more money from the warranty company...I asked for 3 things to be fixed on 3 chairs I purchased 1 1/2 years ago,, the tech came out and ONLY fixed 2, said he would come back with some type of spray to fix the other chair, weeks later(TODAY) I called them and got the we dont fix squeaks, BUT THE TECH SAID HE WOULD COME BACK LATER, DONT SIGN THE PAPERWORK UNTIL ALL THE WORK IS DONE.....HE SAID IT IS A LIABILITY TO COME IN THE HOUSE WITH OUT A WORK ORDER!!Do not waste your money on this warranty or dont even think about using this company, EVER, they are in FLA and I am in GA,, I found 2 other companies in Georgia that said they would come out anytime and the service call would not be anywhere near what we put in the 3 contracts.The service manager is DAVE and the local tech is RON,, Thanks for leaving us with messed up furniture guys...My next review is going to be with Ashley Furniture ( where we bought the chairs to let them know what BAD service their Warranty Company that they send a LOT of money to, is doing for their customers. Now Im stuck with, He said he tried !!!I tried to not give them a star, but somehow it gave them one, Ill come back and give them another one later HA HA HA

I have now had to call back for an appointment 3 times. The problem is that they offer you a time frame window that is based on your location and the route they travel to base your appointment time. This is very inconvenient to the most important factor in the equation-the customer!When I tried to explain that the times wouldnt work to the customer agent, she explained to me that I would have to pick a different day and that they would call to confirm a time frame when they have arranged the route. I asked for a later time frame so I can assure someone would be home and again recieved the response we schedule to our routes and distance traveled, not to what time frame you suggestTo me and every other customer that would like the service, skipping work or making sure to have someone home so that the travel schedule and route is not affected on your end is not a great method of customer service. I suggest that you find a way to show better customer service and fix your scheduling issue.
They just called my mother to schedule service on 02/14/18, but wont give me a time frame until the day BEFORE. WE ARE WORKING ON THAT DAY, not that it matters to them, the woman on the phone said she was refusing the repair and that she should be more willing to compromise. Um, excuse me? We have to work, not going to rework OUR schedule to suit them. It isnt our fault that her crappy recliner needs repair. Told them were starting to regret taking out this warranty. Yet, THEY wont even TRY to accommodate you, after all they got paid for this coverage that was taken out when the furniture was purchased. She also talked over her. Also, when you call someone, you do NOT call them by their FIRST name....only friends are allowed to do that. So rude! The reviews speak for themselves! DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY FROM PROTECTION 1ST, NOR USE THIS REPAIR COMPANY! Btw, shame on the furniture companies for offering this awful protection!Owner is a LIAR! HOW ELSE WOULD SHE HAVE AN EXISTING CLAIM WITH PROTECTION FIRST?! THEY OFFER THE WARRANTY AND YOU DO THE REPAIR, DO NOT SPEAK TO ME AS IF I AM STUPID! THEY SENT HER TO YOU, DUH! My technician called before coming out and arrived at his scheduled time. He had his tool box in hand and appeared eager to do the job. He even put on protective shoe booties before entering my home to avoid tracking in any outside debris.I showed him the damaged areas and he whipped out his mobile device to document it for his records.The tech was able to fix the minor to moderate gouges and scratches to my formal dining table on chairs onsite. Impressively, he completed the work in less than one hour --leaving my table looking as good as new.I cant comment in the price of the service as my repairs were covered under warranty. However, I would utilize this company in the future and encourage you to give them a try as well!!!
They came to fix my furniture and refused to come back and fix it because the guy said it was going to take him 8 hours. Left me with all the cushions to do it myself.

I bought a sofa from Ashley Homestores with Premium Protection Plan. The cushions got dirty so I decided to call my insurance, which contacted Tri County Furniture Serv. They came fast, clean my sofa very professional. Now my sofa looks like new! Super friendly costumer service and the technician was super cool 😊👍 Thanks!
Barb (or Tiffany?) took it upon herself to cancel my work order without my permission or explicitly stated request. I called to attempt to reschedule my service tech. Im livid, thats all. I never knew a company that had a personal vendetta against a customer like this. Totally unreasonable, Barb clearly left unchecked, and no attempt to make up for her unprofessional behavior.
I had warranty thru underpriced furniture. This is the worst company I came across. The technician came to inspect my bed set and broke my bed. This was the worst experience I have ever faced. On top of that they are not even sending the technician to fix. They will never give you a guarantee with the service they provide you!! Best advise I can give you is to never do business with them.Ok then let’s be truthful!! I wanted a guarantee the fixture the technician came out to do. If he broke my footboard and if it fell out again I would be peace in mind he will come back and fix it. Regardless even if I got my warranty money back from a different company that works with you. Your tech is the one to brake it. How would you like someone come to your house and break an expensive footboard and not giving you a guarantee that if it falls back out from the same place they will fix it or replace the footboard. You did attempt to schedule only to come and screw the whole piece of wood that is broken in half. Which I can do myself. The technician was 100% sure he was going to have my whole footboard replaced not screwed back. My bed look ratchet thanks to your technician that didn’t use his brain and tried to pulled a heavey bed towards him.
I have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my life. Im actually mad that this is forcing me to give them 1 star because they deserve ZERO STARS. I have been dealing with them for 6 months to have my couch fixed. I have received all of the parts needed 3 months ago. The first appointment they gave me was over a month out, when the technician showed up they were completely unprepared to fix my couch. I had all of the parts, and they were still unable to instal them because the appointment was scheduled wrong, by their employee. A week later I finally get back in touch with scheduling, only for them to tell me it would be another whole month before I could get another appointment, again only 1 day and 1 time window offered. Being upset that I have been waiting months to resolve this I asked to speak with a supervisor hoping that they would get a technician out sooner since Ive had such a difficult experience. I spoke with Barbara, she was even more unhelpful and rude than anyone else I had already spoken with. Never 1 time did anyone apologize to me, and she stated again that was their only time available and there was nothing more that they were willing to do to help. Barbara then refused to let me speak with her supervisor. Bottom line, you do not want to do business with this sad excuse for a company. Unless of course, you dont mind wasting hours of your time and waiting several months to get an appointment scheduled. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Not very pleasant people answering the phones there. Had to go back and forth a few times (none of which were very pleasant) to request a Saturday when Im off. Now I have to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment. Since they dont provide timeframe til the day before you have to free up the whole day. Not customer service focused at all.
We requested a repair from this company on December 5th, 2017. Its now March 16th 2018 and nothing has been done. First they claimed to have ordered a part, then after waiting 6 weeks, they said the part was never ordered. So they then ordered the part, and when the part finally arrived they scheduled an appointment to install it, but on the day of the appointment they cancelled! Weve taken time off from work, rescheduled other appointments and spent hours waiting for them to show, but still no repair.
Stay Far Away! Not Reliable! Doesnt show up when they are supposed to. Customer Service is absolutely horrible and people who answer phone are the rudest people on the planet.
If you don’t want your furniture to be worse than it already is do not hire these services.

Technician showed up and after wife spoke to him and told him she had to put our dog up he said ok. After she put him up she went to tell him it was ok to come in he was pulling out of the driveway and left. Called the office and received very poor customer service. Will never use this company again.

After reading reviews on this repair company I was scared of the outcome. I can say nothing negative at all from beginning to end with them. Pre call, on time and Raymond the technician was nothing but professional and fixed our problem with our sofa. Great job!!
