Advanced Disposal is the WORST company in Florida!!! City Managers NEED to take heed when contracting with them. They truly DO NOT care about the customer!!! I waited on hold for 20 + minutes to inform them that my neighborhood trash and recycling was not picked up and at exactly 5pm the line went dead BECAUSE they close at 5pm!!!! It did not matter that I was holding on the line. I have found time and time again this company is completely inept!

We had our mail box busted by one of their trucks and I honestly thought they will never come back to fix it, but I was wrong.The guy in the truck, parked across the street, came to my door to let me know what happened and said his supervisor will call me to help fix. They didn’t call me but instead I called couple times and emailed to get it done, and they did it, they fixed. So despite all the other bad reviews about them, to me they came true.They may need to tune up some other issues but I haven’t meet a single company that doesn’t.

In the 45 years I have lived in Florida I have never witnessed such poor customer service, complacency and lack of accountability that I have seen in the 6 weeks livi g in Loxahatchee.This is obviously a contract endorsement that needs to be held accountable and have the contract terminated with financial penalties.Very poor service

Several of my neighbors and i wish to file a formal complaint against advanced disposal. their recklessness and laziness of collecting the recycling bins and putting them back is beyond atrocious. we have countless video proof of your workers throwing the bins around, kicking them, flinging them, etc. its no wonder half the bins/recycling ends up all over the streets. your workers are careless, lazy, and when theyre not skipping pickups at houses, they throw bins around. this will damage them, causes litter, and several neighbors have STOPPED recycling due to this constant problem. people have also had to run and flag down trucks that have purposely skipped their houses. reply to this email, so that i may send video proof of said problems.Amended review: after my complaints, I was put in touch with Carlos. He has been wonderful to work with on the issues that arise in my new neighborhood. Thanks to him, Ive lifted my 1 star review to 4 stars.

We pay a monthly fee for garbage pick up every Tuesday. They did not honor pick up last Tuesday. When I called, the receptionist said that garbage will be picked up the next Tuesday and no credit will be given neither monetary nor a future pick up. However if we need an extra pick up we will have to pay an additional $31.52. Is this a fair deal? NO! I dont think so. We are cheated of a pick up. Even if you were closed for the hurricane, then make the pick up on any other day of that week.

They do not take all the trash take the things they feel like taking or picking up sadly I have a driver this morning drive off on my son as he was trying to bring the trash to the curb!!! Rudely waving his hand saying bye-bye TOO a kid BiG no no The driver was one house back didn’t even get to my house yet so I guess just because he seen that my Trash Was Net at the curb he decided that he was not going to start...There’s nothing wrong with putting my trash out at the curb the day of as I’m leaving out for work!!!

I have had a large vegetation pile sitting over a week, that is now a fire hazard. Everyone else’s on the street was picked up except mine, I called for week straight (spoke to several rude ppl) and was told everyday it will be picked up. I asked for a call back from our route supervisor Oswald? and nothing. If anybody knows of a way to talk to someone in this company who is empowered to do something, please share. They truly are one of the worse companies to deal with.

Atrocious service. Theyre lazy, careless, and do not do their job. They skip houses, throw recycling bins around until they break. Leave garbage in the streets. A neighbor of mine said one purposely got out of the truck and took their pumpkin, placed it under the front tire to smash it and leave a complete mess in the street. WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!

This is the worst ever trash company I have ever seen. Since moving to the location where they pick up the trash, it seems the people that work there do what they want. Their office employees as well as their men on the trash trucks are just rude. They claim to pick up bulk pick up, but basically pick it up when they want and how much they want. Have had bulk pickup at the curb for weeks now and they have only tagged it saying that it will be an additional charge. So why then does their website claim that they pickup 6 yards of bulk at a time? They have not even picked that amount up and want to charge me extra. This company needs a complete over haul!!!!!!!!!! They are really bad and have extremely bad customer service! I wish I did not have to give them 1 star, as in my eyes they do not even deserve the 1 star!!!!

I am very satisfied with the service I receive. Sometimes Im not. The can may be across the street and not all of the trash is removed from the can, but who doesnt have a bad day now and then. I am also happy that Advanced Disposal notifies me regarding pick up on holidays. The guys on the trucks work very hard at a job that is very nasty. Thank you for doing your jobs well.

Called 8/19 at 11:50am to notify their management that their driver (Truck 244592) at Atlantis & Military, blew the red light, nearly Tboning my Tow truck driver, who was doing an Atlantis PD accident scene. Their management said, that was our account of what happened. I will be releasing our dash cam video so there is no misinterpretation of what happened. The driver of their truck stated, his truck had no brakes. Which why he didnt stop.Management could care less. When one of their drivers kills someone, hopefully this review will show their negligence. Stay tuned for dashcam video

I live in a HOA, in Greenacres. The City contracted them to do our pick up, which used to be Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I honestly dont know when pick up is anymore. We have 596 units (149 Buildings) and 30+ dumpsters which get full quickly. Thats a lot of people contributing to trash. They continually miss pick up days, which leaves trash over flowing onto the ground. When the garbage company does show up, because the trash is so full they end up dumping quite a bit on the ground and then setting the dumpster down on top of the trash instead of picking it up. Since they are contracted by the City we inform them about missed days and nothing happens. Hopefully if enough people complain to Greenacres, theyll cancel their contract and go back to Waste Management when garbage was picked up like clockwork.

Horrible trash service. They pick up whatever they feel like and leave stuff thrown around. If I could leave a ZERO rating I would. Too many issues with the company and even after SEVERAL phone calls and complaints, nothing. Enployees that pick up trash are a joke. THANK GOD MY COMMUNITY IS SWITCHING TRASH COMPANIES IN OCTOBER!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. SWA contracts out to them and they are quite literally the WORST company I’ve ever had service my home. I’ve reported them to our Attorney General because they do not provide services weeks upon end. SWA says they get hundreds of complaints from very upset customers on a regular basis since they started using them. STAY AWAY from using this company!!

I think they are Absolutely Wonderful.They take every bit of my trash and I think they leave it very clean when they leave. My barrels are always put back in place and Never scatteted all over the place. I think it is a very hard job and they make it look easy.I Thank You!

The guy with the claw drove right by my house with old fence debris. I stopped another garbage truck and talked to Bobby (Kass). He said he would have a guy come back. Five minutes later, two trucks came back and Bobby (kass), Wilford and Leslie jumped out and threw that debris in the truck in less than 5 minutes. These guys on the claw truck need to be reprimanded as this is not the first time they drove by and not stopped. It happens to my neighbors as well. They drive around and get paid and dont do nothing. The 3 mentioned above need to be recognized for their efforts. Thanks to those 3 gentlemen.

Terrible service; the truck drivers go around and dont pick up the trash; they just drive around the complex; bottles, trash, paper constantly falls off the trucks onto the ground. Rude and disgraceful staff and organization.

Worst trash collection agency on the planet. Rude garbage men, rude Office staff. Will disrespect your home, will leave your garbage bin spilled upside down on your driveway. Will do very little to set things right. The garbage collectors try to convince you that your house is not your house... Fk this company it is straight out of a landfill.

We are scheduled for recycling pickup on Thursdays. Advanced regularly skips picking us and other communities or businesses in unincorporated Lake Worth/Lantana areas W of I-95. It is not just me where I live. Advanced skips us 5-6 times (Thanksgiving is yearly Thursday occurrence and Advanced dont work that day. I am NOT counting that as a skip.) a year since we moved to our present location in 2015. I have to regularly call them or SWA to get our pickup and when doing so threat to call Palm Beach Commissioners Offices. If I dont follow up, they wont come. The driver(s) in this area must have a regular timeout at a bar or with their girlfriend.

Y’all should get a 0, too bad that’s not an option. Y’all hire terrible people. On more than one occasion I’ve had bad garbage men try to back into my car. I honked and he continued to back up and told me I had to move. Then the other man decided he was gonna flip me off. Previously, I experienced a guy backing up and as soon as my friend and I starting crossing the street he pushed on the gas harder, as he if he didn’t see us. Then he started screaming at us but he was a distance away until he gunned it to get closer to us. Then my garbage men today decided since the dumpster wasn’t “full” they weren’t gonna take it...

Left our garbage.. not heavy ..1 bag from kitchen in can. Tried calling office but long, long wait time. Plus left garbage in road around the corner from me. Worst garbage company ever.

Just spoke with Marry Malon and she was absolutely rude and disrespectful towards me. Wouldnt let me talk, kept talking over me. Was rude to everyone who called her. Not that the company is bad just the customer service I received was absolutely horrible. When I asked Marry if I could speak to her supervisor she pretty much hung up on me and I had to call another office just to talk to a manager. Absolutely unacceptable.

These people do not pick up on their given days. The trash dumpsters are overflowing, unsanitary and attracting animals.

Service is AWFUL! The workers honk in front of our house waiting for someone to come out to help with the trash! They then try and hustle us for money and tell us to call HIM (the worker) if we are puttingtoo much trash out. Our trash is all in garbage cans that they can easily handle. They said $20 and we will make it go away . They are always tagging peoples bulk trash instead of picking it up. Worst service EVER! They skip weeks for bulky and our neighborhood (Palm Beach Ranchettes) looks awful! They drop trash and leave it all over the road.

For me, theyve either taken all the trash out of my trash can, or they taken some of the trash out of my trash can. One time, they opened the can and didnt take anything at all. When they collect all of the garbage, they do a wonderful job.

I have to keep reminding the office that my wast needs to be picked up. Yard wast and recycles . We need to change companies

Accounts are an absolute joke- i did a one time payment over the phone and now my card is being billed every month automatically from them.

This people broke 2 trash tank already they are very rude, they throw the tank far away and TODAY dont take my trash, now I have to wait until Friday if they want to take my trash.

Rude! Always have to call so they can pick up garbage and vegetation and mess they leave behind.
