They are always forgetting to release the monthly compensation for surrogates. They often need a reminder to release comp which should be an automatic process, not an I forgot to press the button, so sorry I would use a different escrow company if escrow is needed,, NOT Seed Trust. They also do not respond to questions efficiently and need several reminder messages to get a response.

The folks at Seedtrust really came through for us during a VERY trying time with our agency who wasnt paying our surrogate in a timely fashion. We transferred our funds to them mid-pregnancy. They were gentle negotiators and pleasantly persistent when having to deal our very frustrating agency, and managed to make things go much more smoothly for both us and our surrogate. Payments were issued lighting fast afterwards with no more issue, and our GC was very happy. We just closed our account after a year post-pregnancy and received our remaining account balance in full. It was such a relief to work with professionals and have a clear online system of record to track for Intended Parents / etc. Now when I recommend anything related to surrogacy, I definitely start with ....get a good escrow agency ...and I know just the one! The system this agency uses is electronic and allows you to access and review disbursement requests as well as a ledger, which includes payments disbursed in real time. It is very user friendly and enables our surrogate to upload requests for reimbursements easily. My husband and I then receive an email requesting approval before any funds are dispersed. One we approve, she receives payment typically within 24 hours. Roland is very knowledgeable and is always available to answer questions.
