Last month, Geeks Uneek successfully transferred files and programs from my old laptop to my new Dell SSD laptop. The files are all there; the programs check out and are fully functional. The transfer took eight business days, but Im impressed with the results. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by the Geeks Uneek staff, and they did a pretty good job of communicating with me.As a repeat customer, I recommend this business for your computer needs, as well as my own future projects that are above my IQ.

II literally dropped off my laptop yesterday late afternoon and it is already finished. Yeah!! I was going to take it to the Geek Squad but they said I had to make an appointment and it wont be until the 27th of this month so when Geeks Uneek said I could bring it right in I was very happy. They diagnosed the issue I was having and as soon as I get home I will check out my device. I will update this at that time but as far as their service thus far, I give them 5 stars. Very impressed! So I checked out my Lap top and its actually faster than it was when I first bought it! My hard drive needed replaced and they replaced it with a better and faster one than the original. Beautiful, relaxing & welcoming group of businesses. Everyone was very attentive. I love the small city downtown areas. Its reminds me of the days when my family and I visited downtown just to get an ice cream cone. That was our outing for my family. It was great!!

Very convenient, they came out to the car due to COVID and got my information. I dropped off a very old laptop with no charger that hasnt been working in over 10 years. My 15-year-old son recently passed away and alllllllll of his baby pictures were on there, to say I was desperate to get those pictures off of there is an understatement.
