3CNC implemented our new network architecture and has been serving as our IT department ever since. They have set up/provided changes that have accounted for our growth while maintaining the integrity of our existing data. We have been extremely happy with their quality of service and highly recommend them to any firm. Their unique business model proactively prevents almost any problem!
We have been using 3CNC for several years. They handle all of our IT needs and I cant say enough about them. They are extremely responsive and quick to address every need. It gives me great peace of mind to know I can count on them. I highly recommend 3CNC for all technology needs.
The staff at 3CNC is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and very fast to respond to our needs – they are truly an asset to this and any other agency and have saved us a great deal of money over the years by preventing most problems from occurring in the first place. I don’t know how we would manage without them serving as our IT department!”
You would do well to completely avoid 3C Network Consultants (3CNC). In our better than 35 years of being in business, my company has never dealt with such an unprofessional individual that is the owner. After being engaged with 3CNC for 2+ years, we decided that a change in our technology footprint was necessary to dramatically reduce our I/T expenses. 3CNC refused to accept this new direction by offering a 3% reduction in monthly expenses, assuming we signed another contract extension (versus the better than 60% reduction we are now enjoying with our new, much more qualified I/T vendor). Not satisfied with this meager reduction, we submitted 30 days written notice to terminate the agreement. The owners immediate response was that due to us not satisfying the early termination clause of the multi-page, auto-renewing service agreement, he would be filing a lawsuit against us to extort 3 more months of service. The most disturbing part of all of this, we intended to terminate the relationship on 12/1. The buried-in-legal-ease, gotcha early termination clause would have been satisfied on 12/11. THEY TOOK US TO COURT OVER 10 DAYS! Always looking to do the right thing, we even offered 3CNC payment until 12/11 though they would cease work on 12/1. That wasnt good enough either. We spent 2 days in court fighting this case over 3CNCs extortion claim we owed them 3 months of service fees! In the end the judge only awarded them payment for the final month of service, which we rightfully owed, but threw out their contention of our violating any early termination, aka gotcha clause. In preparing for the trial, 3CNCs utter lack of ethics and professionalism were further uncovered when it was discovered that 3CNC has been double-billing my company from the outset for warranty services covered under the MSA. Multiple invoices were found detailing these overcharges yet when brought to 3CNCs attention, no offer of paying back this money has been put forward. At this point, the only way we will be able to recover these illegally gotten funds will be to file a lawsuit against them. As mentioned at the outset, you would be best served to avoid this company. There are far better, more experienced, less expensive, with greater certifications and credentialed options out there. The irony in all of this, 3CNC provides prospective customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In that guarantee they specifically state that they will not hide behind weasel clauses or legal-ease. This is EXACTLY what they do as their service and company is completely sub-par.UPDATE: A bit more than a week has transpired since the court issued its ruling, and today I received a certified letter sent by 3CNC demanding payment or they will consider us as being non-responsive, with no intention to pay. Our accounting cycle will have them paid by months end. Stay away from this company.
