Inefficient costumer service and they make you to waste your time. Id never come back and definitely dont recommend it. Those people who work there should look for another job.

I got a money order from amscot the customer rep. Told if I needed the cash back to keep the receipt and I can get a full refund.I didn’t need the money order, I came back to return the money order and they charged me to cash the money order instead of returning the money order for my full refund. If I known that I would of went the bank or the post office to get my full refund for free but my car is in the shop and I don’t have transportation to get around so I had to cash the money order but I was so disappointed and dissatisfied with amscot policy and the customer rep. That lied to me if you get a money order from amscot or anywhere if you have a bank cash it there or if you can go to the post office and cash it for free,Amscot should change their policy about refunds with money orders.

Awful staff, unwilling to answer questions over the phone, they just hangup on you. Also the place looks so ghetto that it makes you not want to walk in.

Google, you have your information wrong. Amscot closes at 8:00pm not 9:00pm I spent $10 on Lyft for nothing because of this inaccurate data
