NEVER RENT FROM EASIRENT. This is the worst car rental company ever. I rented an Altima from Palm Beach International and had to drive immediately to a work function. As you can see from the dashboard, THREE lights were on including a low tire air pressure light. I had the car for four days and each day had about 18 lbs. of air in the back rear tire. I had to put in air every day and I felt very unsafe. An employee of Easirent also posted a fraudulent 5 star review from me on Google. I tried calling Easirent to complain but their phone system just worked in a loop and I couldnt get anyone on the phone. Never, ever, ever renting from them again.
Everyone was super nice. They upgraded our car and picked us up curbside very quickly. Prices were great. No waiting at pickup
One more rental car shop, who sells you an insurance although the online contract indicates that all mandatory insurance is included. The agreement with rentalcars.com even showed a CDW insurance being included, which was not honored by Easirent and was excluded in the final contract.One of the front tires was in bad shape, having very little profile left..
Service was quick and efficient.Jone drove us from the airport promptly and Harry Was great at the front counter once we arrived to pick up our car. Will definitely recommend
We rented with Easirent for our weekend trip and it was great! I was a little worried based on some reviews but I was quickly put at ease. Harry picked us up from the airport and he was fantastic! Very personable and we had a great ride to rental car pickup location. We were then helped by Jonel who was also very friendly and hospitable! Couldnt have been any better! We will definitely use Easirent again in the future!
SIDE NOT THAT 5 STAR REVIEW WASNT FROM ME the agent asked to see my phone for GOOGLE and he went and gave himself and this ridiculous place a 5 star rating while j was checking out the vehicle SHADY SHADY SHADYI swear if I could give this place a NEGATIVE 1 RATING I would. This place is utterly one of the worse car rental places in AMERICA. I should have known better when I was informed I couldnt use my own insurance because my car was a 2014. I paid for coverage online then when I got to the place they told me I only paid for collision and compensation so I had to pay them for liability. This place is a total RIP OFF PLEASE BE AWARE.Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices you see online, more specifically on Priceline. We reserved the car for $320, by the time we flew in and got the car, it turned out to be $527 after unavoidable fees and insurance prices that were not mentioned in the reservation price. “Your rental car reservation is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable even if the reservation is not used.” So we were STUCK AND WITH NOTHING ELSE TO DO

The girl who attended me was a very unpleasant, rude and unfriendly person, first she told me twice whatever because I did not want to accept to pay to take their sunpass (because I have my own) then she tried to give me a car that was crashed on the left side, when I told him that I was not going to take that car to give me my money back, he simply told me That this car was the only one there was and that I didnt have any more all this with a face and a bad attitude. I went back to the office and there was a boy who works there and she told me that he was going to help me and it turns out that he also wanted to give me another crashed car. I told him the same thing that he was not going to take a crashed car to me as it is possible for rental cars to offer crashed cars to people. The very kind guy told me that if I could wait, he would give me a better car, after about 15 minutes the guy returned with a new car, clean and not crashed. The girl at the front did not want to give me her name.Attached are some pictures of the cars that they try to give me at first.I had to give him a star just because he wont let me pass without giving him one. But if it were up to me, I wouldnt give him half of one.
Even though it took some time to get picked up by the shuttle. And a bit long to wait for the pick up the car- all due to limited amount of personal. Great customer service.
Terrible. We waited for 2 hours, because the power was out. Tried calling the main office,but no one picked up the phone . The clerk told us to come back in the morning not an option. Had to pay car service to take us to another car rental company. Never again will we us easirent rental company.

The van picked me up right away, everyone was friendly, the car (Toyota Camry) was awesome and the price was excellent. The return process was super smooth and I was back at PBI with plenty of time for my flight.Not sure why some other folks have such a poor experience. I just booked another reservation with Easi Rent for next week.

(I dont do reviews in general, but I felt obligated to share my experience with Easirent to protect others)Perhaps it is because it requires a shuttle to get to their office from the airport (and vice versa,) but for whatever reason, Easirent thinks you will pay whatever ridiculous overcharge they ask for to keep from being stranded at their place of business, which is located in a desolate and forgotten corner of the Hilton Palm Beach Airport Hotel.Whatever the reason, Easirent felt completely comfortable trying to shake me down for an additional $50.00 re-registration fee because I was late for a time I neither requested, nor agreed to.Fortunately, the hotel in which they are located does offer shuttle service back to the airport, where there are any number of more reputable car rental agencies to choose from.Despite what some manager might say in response to my review, they never once showed even the slightest bit of interest in making things better.If you like waiting at the airport for their shuttle to arrive while other companys shuttle buses pass you by several times over, if you like being vulnerable, frustrated, and stranded, and if you like giving your hard-earned money to a company whose business model seems to rely on making sure you pay more than you bargained for, Easirent is definitely the car rental company for you.If not, I plead with you. Go somewhere else.
I rented through Vip Rental (A 3rd party vendor through Skyscanner) but modified the date via the 800 number provided on my confirmation email. When I got to the rental location they told me they didnt have my reservation. Also, their computer system was down for 35 min. So, I had to wait for 35 min to find out that they dont have a reservation for me. This is a very unorganized and unprofessional business. I took my business elsewhere as suggestedby theiragent as he couldnthelp me.

The car is fine, but they asked TOO MANY QUESTIONS. It was easier to rent outside the US than at this place. They required me to show my license when my wife is the one renting and driving the car. I will never set for in the car but he insisted I show my license.
Worst experience ever. Be prepared to pay overpriced extra fees, wait a long time for registration and bad attention from the staff. They asked me for my phone and write an “excellent review” without asking me for permission or prior opinion. That’s insane dude! Work hard to earn honest reviews, any other way, you just don’t deserve it. Period.
We were hesitant to rent a car through Easirent due to the reviews. I am happy to report that we had no problems at all. There was just one person ahead of us in line so we were taken care of quickly. Kristina was professional and pleasant. We stayed at the Hilton so this was more convenient than we realized. We will definitely use Easirent again.

Love this car rental company, I was 2 hours late for my drop off because there was a car accident and they completely understood, they told me it was okay and I didn’t get charged a fee or anything. Other places would’ve charged me so I’m glad this One didn’t. Love the car they gave me it was clean and nice

Online said one thing, you get here and it’s an entirely different story. The rental was about $150 online, when I got here it ended up being somewhere over $400. The manager is unprofessional and trigger happy (trying to move the transaction along and charge my card even though I was expressing my concern with the price discrepancy). Their system is archaic. The place is hard to find. It feel like you’re renting from a corner convenience store that’s been run down and destroyed. It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT rent here. Avoid! The cost online is nowhere near the cost when you get here.ADDITIONALLY!!! The car smells like someone urinated themselves and lived in the car for a month with the soiled clothes! 😩🤮 Honestly the experience gets worse and worse!!

I feel really bad writing a bad review to this place but I’m only doing this to save everybody their time. This place is THE WORST RENTAL PLACE EVER. We had 6:00pm car rental pick up and the place says it’s closed at 6:00pm. And then they make you pay their insurance in which you cannot refuse. Then you have to give them your car insurance. It was a total waste of our time. Don’t get me wrong. The guy helping us was very nice but just a very sketchy car rental company. I booked the car through Expedia so be careful bc Expedia has the wrong hours on their website and it didn’t state that you’ll need car insurance and have to buy their own insurance. So I’m assuming they didn’t tell Expedia this is how it works so you can rent regardless.

Price was cheapest, but service wasnt the greatest. It took us almost an hour to be picked up at the airport, despite calling twice and me being told both times that driver was in route (5 min drive to/from their office in the Hilton Hotel). We had drivers from Hertz/Enterprise bus stop twice and ask if we were okay as they made multiple routes by as we were waiting. They sorta giggled about it. Car was nice, and we got a free upgrade, but also had to have a $500 hold put on card for the rental (for a increased rate you could do a $250 hold??...just odd). The whole thing just felt a bit sketchy the whole time.

Don’t do it. The name alone is deceiving. NOTHING EASY!!!!***$250 hold on credit card. $500 hold on debit cards. Must have rental coverage on your insurance if you decline theirs. Bring proof. Bring your insurance cards.*** HAVE A PLAN B!!!They are unprofessionally winging it every step of the way. All the other bad reviews are true and some what my experience. Issues renting online, came in to rent as it was a local need. Told me to go online as it’s the only way. Then in same breath told there were no cars available then told to try and see. I did. Secured vehicle took forever for paper work, insurance verification (ridiculous process), and to bring car around. Car had check engine light on 😩 I asked why. Oh “they” forgot to reset it he said. Glad I had no issues. Returned car next afternoon, that took longer than necessary.Nicest thing was they offered a cold bottle of water. Thanks.

You are supposed to callWhen you get in, the number just tells you they ten a shuttle every 15 min wait at the area. I waited and saw all of the rest of the rental shuttles show up, when I called again and asked to speak with someone, the guy asked was I there already, took another 20 minutes for pick up, real sorry on apology would never use them again, one person working the counter, on the phone and again had to wait while he was handing another complaint, absolutely garbage service, will never use them again.......
Only thing good is price. Wouldn’t recommend. Only one guy doing everything including airport shuttle driver. Make sure you plan at least an extra 30-45 minutes if you plan to rent from here.

SCAMMERS!!! On our vacation Easirent rented us a dirty car with an actual bag of trash in it and a nick in the windshield. When we returned it they stated we caused the damage and charged our insurance $4000 for a new windshield. Yes, $4000.00, crazy right! We believe it was a scam, they are a foreign owned company, unlike most other rental agencies. DONT USE EASIRENT!!!
I have rented off and on for 20 years travelling to West Palm Beach and this was one of the best experiences. Also the cost was lower than anywhere else I checked.
We had a great time. The upselling was great and the agents were friendly.
The couple of dollars you save are not worth it. Waited at the airport for over an hour, called many times with no answer. Finally reached someone who then picked us up (this was at 5p BTW). Drop off was not AS bad but also was not smooth. Def don’t recommend and won’t use again.

My flight was delayed and JONEL waited for us, picked us up, gave us water and he was soooo nice.
Prompt pick up at airport and quick ride to the office followed by 15 min of paperwork and we were driving away in a complementary upgrade from our original booking. Worst car rental in the area. I wish I could give them 0Stars. The car had a broken front seat. No one answers the phones. We were told basically “take it or leave it”. Returned it early and was charged full price because “that’s how it is”. Go ANYWHERE ELSE! Horrible company. I’m

To the managers/owners of Easirent: You have clearly exceeded all expectations for the level of incompetence that any business can achieve. I dont even know how you are personally able to perform the basic functions necessary to maintain the minimum level of human existence????I waited over an hour in line in the hallway of a hotel in which the Easirent rental office is located. Before that, I waited 15 minutes at the pickup location at the airport. there were about a dozen people in front of me in line who had been there for well over an hour. During that hour, only one car was given to anybody. I finally gave up and went over to Budget where I received a car within minutes.This place sucks!!

We were given a car that didnt recognize the key and the alarm would go off when unlocking it. There was no windshield wiper fluid so the windshield smeared when we needed clear vision. We purchased a new battery for the key fob which helped but didnt solve the issue. Regardless of the cost, vehicle safety is a must when renting cars and no windshield fluid is not acceptable. Curtis is the employee who picked us up at the airport and he is an exceptional person whom I would hire at my own business! The rest of the employees including the manager Gordon should be following Curtiss example!
I was charged a $30 late fee for picking up car 3 hrs late! When did rental car companies started this? Theres a 2 hr cancelation policy, if I dont show up to pick up the rental, they bill my credit card. So what difference does it make if Im late picking the up? If I dont cancel in time, you still get paid.I made several attempts to call customer service the day of the rental to inform them that I had transportation issues and was late, but could never reach anyone. You call, they put you on hold, when it your turn, the line picks up, but no one comes on lines - its just silence!My best advice, buyer beware! Theyll find a way to deceptively get more money out of you!
Please, do yourself a favor and keep your sanity. You can lose it with this company. Rented a car on 6/7/21, to return on 6/9/21. Gordon was at the front in a hole in the wall of the Hilton by West Palm Beach airport. Hotel spelled like pesticide. Gordon wasn’t happy that we were there at 5:26 to pick up the car. We were a bit early. Had an attitude when told us to register. I said we had a reservation but we still had to register with them. ( we booked through Expedia).To avoid charging $500 to a debit card, we would have to pay $33 to have the hold reduced to $250. ( we said no). To add a driver, $10/day. Can only drive 150 miles per day, additional miles 49 cents.On 6/8/21, while husband was driving on 95, he called me at 6:06am- had a flat tire, no spare nor jack in the trunk. I called a customer service number and ended up speaking with someone in England. Spoke with Gordon at 8am and said it was our responsibility to fix the flat, to call roadside assistance. Also stated there is usually fix-a-flat in the trunk. Tire had a hole, unfixable with fix-a-flat.Returned the car. Lydia was person at the desk. She sent Thomas to help and Thomas confirmed there wasn’t anything in the trunk to remove the tire. Lydia said it was $250 to pay for a new tire but only charged $150 and she would contact corporate and explain the events. Then Lydia offered another vehicle.We were willing to fix the tire but we couldn’t. Gordon is rude and unprofessional, and he’s the manager. I read reviews on here and it’s an automated response. Says to go to their website and contact customer service. When you login in, you receive an error message that there’s no booking number and to call a number, which is an international number. Please, once again, their cheap rental prices are not worth the aggravation.

If I could give negative stars I would. We waited forever for a shuttle. Then we get there wait forever and finally get our car, they said it was taking a long time because the car was being sanitized and it was parked there the whole time. Then we open up the middle console and there was two pairs of dirty under wear. So we got out and asked if we could get a different car, they then downgraded the car and said they gave us the wrong car and if we drove off with it we would be charged more. So we asked if they could sanitize it for us and he said no and started throwing our bags out of the car and said we were talking in circles. They gave us a dirty, apparently incorrect car according to our reservation, and threw us out of the car without discussing the situation or being accommodated even though the mistake was on them. Do not waste your time or money on this car rental company.

Used aurorentals.com to book easirent.Email confirmation indicated shuttle transportation.Exited terminal to shuttle area. There was no signage for easirent so we decided to wait anyway, hopeful that a shuttle would come at intervals. Walked out doors and looked at phone for time. 9:36am.After 25 mins, I called the number listed for easirent at west palm. Got a voice announcement that said shuttle comes every 15 mins and to just wait. Meanwhile, because of the lack of signage, my son asked a hertz shuttle driver if there was a specific shuttle for easirent. He rolled his eyes and said yes but also good luck.15 mins later (45 total) my son called the number again and pressed the option to speak to someone and was connected with a gentleman who told him he would send the shuttle (you apparently have to call). 15 mins later. 1 hour after we left the terminal the shuttle showed up. We were driven to the rental counter at the Hilton where there was one person at the counter and the shuttle driver was doing all the ground work and a line of people waiting. We waited another 20 mins before being waited on. While we were standing at the counter, the rep answered the phone at least 3 times, telling agitated people the shuttle would be there shortly/was on the way and that it comes every 15 mins. I can see the shuttle driver helping customers with car pickups. Decidedly not driving the shuttle.I had mentioned that we had waited an hour for the shuttle and the rep explained that a) I was wrong, 2) everyone lies (ostensibly me), 3) no one wants to work, 4) situation my fault for using a third party (autorentals.com) to book.Essentially he rather aggressively denied any responsibility for the wait, further aggravated by invalidating my experience while referencing everyone elses capacity to exaggerate and I literally had to direct his focus to me, the customer in front of him and let him know that I was not expecting him to do anything other than acknowledge the problem and apologize.He upgraded our vehicle, conducted the rest of the transaction and sent my son and I following the shuttle driver who was still not driving at this point. My son did a quick video circle of the car because at this point we had lost faith in your company being on the up and up.If you are renting a car in West Palm AVOID EASIRENT unless you have time to waste and like paying to be called a liarEDIT: To add insult to injury, I was charged twice for the rental. I cannot reach the company through any means though have made multiple attempts.
