I would definitely recommend Ceramic Pro Palm Beach! I recently had my Tesla Ceramic Coated and glass polished; they did an amazing job, my car looks so shiny and clean. I am very happy with the results! In addition, the owner sold me a Ceramic waterless cleaner that is absolutely amazing, will have to get a larger bottle next time.

So let me start with what I thought was good. John is very polite, punctual, and professional. However, the service provided fell way short for what the cost was.First and foremost, when I called to ask about pricing and availability, I was told the detail cost would be $300-$400. When I decided to book an appointment a $100 deposit was required. I was then told my balance would be $300, when I questioned this John said well it will be $200-$300 depending on how much work the vehicle needed(this should’ve been my first red flag).Upon dropping off the vehicle, I was obviously told that the vehicle required so much work that $400 would have to be the associated cost. Frankly, I expected this, but what’s really disappointing is the quality of service that was provided for the $400. Prior to leaving the vehicle, I asked about all the services entailed within the detail(door jams, air vents, shampoo carpets, etc.) I was informed that the detail would be in depth and cover all the services I inquired about (all common provided services with a car detail).I must say I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service. When I started to question all the short comings I could see John’s body language and demeanor becoming defensive, and the excuses started to come out. I honestly didn’t want to waste my time arguing, but what a horrible job! I’ve honestly received better details for half the price, and the only reason I was willing to use them was because of their five star reviews, which must be completely false and manipulated. The lack of attention to detail was mind boggling! Dust in the vents, dirty door jam, dirty gas filling area, debris under the carpet(never even vacuumed), this would be considered an express detail, at best.Needless to say, I wouldn’t bring any of my other vehicles back for detailing services. I wrote this review so others looking to detail their vehicle will find another provider, or at least be warned prior to wasting their money.

Their communication was great and both very courteous. I had the ceramic coating applied to the exterior as well as some paint correction for some minor defects. I looked at a lot of companies, most outrageously high. I told them what I wanted and they gave a ceramic coating that is outstanding. I couldnt be happier. Icing on the cake they detailed my car. I would recommend you buy the car washing stuff, you can’t use a car wash place it will ruin the coating. These guys are super professional.

I had the pleasure of being referred to this company by a friend who had work done by John recently on her new car. The Florida sun is not at all easy on my (or any) car, and the black trim was starting to fade as well as the paint was starting to look a bit dull. I decided to get an exterior and interior detailing done on my car. John went above and beyond with his work; the trim and paint are both glossy again. The small things that matter that other places would forget were done as well, the trunk, the engine bay. He did a paint sealant on my car and took the time to explain all the work he had done, as well as show me the interior work. The leather on my car is smooth and clean, and feels like new again. Mind you this car is a daily driver so it certainly hasnt had life easy and isnt garage kept! He also was able to fully restore one of my headlights that was starting to get that awful cloudy haze on it; Im super thrilled about it.When I went to pick my car up I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife; both John and Nancy are super professional and always prompt with replies. Within several hours of me purchasing the car that came off the truck with white covers still on, I took it to John. I brought my 2016 Subaru WRX STi to American Detail Corp for a detailing of both interior and exterior. My car has been driven a lot over the last 6 years and has sat outside in the hot Florida sun for a good portion of that time. Subarus arent known for having the best paint work, and it was beginning to show on my car as the clear coat was beginning to oxidize. I try my best to keep it clean inside and out, but knew it was time to have it done by a professional.The car looks almost brand new now. It was clean and polished to an astonishing level of shine and its colour pops like it did the day I bought it. The real transformation was in the interior, though. The leather seats look better than I can ever remember them looking. Everything was cleaned to perfection. All of the dog fur (there was a *lot* of it) is gone - from everywhere. I havent found one hair anywhere. No dust or dirt anywhere. The black carpet looks brand new. I honestly do not know how they pulled it off.Everything on the car was immaculate - all the pieces of trim, every surface on the interior and exterior was gone over - even in places like the door sills and near the door hinges - places normally skipped by most (even me).This business is everything American entrepreneurship should be. Its run by owners who are not only far above average in quality and skill, but who clearly have a passion for what they do. John and Nancy are not only kind, professional and easy to chat to, but also very knowledgeable about everything from processes to products used in the service and are great about explaining options and differences between them in a way anyone can understand. American Detail is a fantastic shop and does the highest quality work. My brand new truck was damaged by the factory dealership I purchased it from. The dealership got bedliner overspray all over the truck, from front to back. While trying to fix it, the dealership damaged the paint by driving the overspray into the clearcoat and scratching the paint. John was able to remove all the overspray and do a paint correction. All the damage caused by the dealership was repaired and the truck looks better than it did when it left the factory. John and his wife were very supportive and helpful during this whole process. We have quite a few company vehicles that John services routinely. His professional performance on auto detailing is exemplary. I recently purchased a 2017 GMC sierra elevation. The truck had small white spots all over the body and on the windows, where if you were to pass your hand over the body of the truck, it would feel gritty. There was also a small dent on the passenger left bottom door. John came and picked up the truck and upon my return from work that same day, the truck looked completely different. It had a beautiful wet shine, a smooth feel as if your hand was gliding on the surface and the dent that was on the passenger door was removed. I have noticed that when it rains, the water will just glide off, leaving no streaks.
