This place was clean and mr. Hector is very Good hair stylist.

One star is too much! I went in for a haircut waited a half an hour just for an employee to tell me he can’t wash my hair because he closes in two hours! even though it was completely empty! And it clearly states no appointment necessary for haircut and hair wash! Um yeah It sounds like false advertisement to me! Horrible customer service would not recommend and I will definitely not be back!

Had Hector cut my hair and it was the second time he did. Very professional and courteous and I like when he cuts my hair short. I feel so great afterwards so thanks Hector for a phenomenal job.

Made an appointment online. Arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. Store was empty. Stood at counter for 5 minutes before the employee came from the back with a half eaten piece of chicken and told me to wait a few minutes. Sat for 15 minutes then announced that I was leaving. Hector then came out and told me he was so busy that he was sorry. The store was empty. I left and will never be back.

Schedule an appointment told the lady on the phone what I was getting for my daughter needed a simple wash and blow dry she said yes we can do not a problem. Walked into my appointment she looked at my daughter and said oh you called for 2 o clock appointment oh we don’t do that type of hair. I asked was someone’s going to call me back and say anything before walking in and embarrassing us with customer seated in the waiting area and in chairs. 😡 🤬

Depending on who you get great hair cut. The main issue is Language Barrier. I had to show them photos of what I wanted.

I walked in with no appointment and there was a man 40-50 year old, cursing at me like the next you come call me because he has another customer coming in few mins. I understand that my arrival is at wrong time but the way he received was not fair to the customer. And I didn’t want to put my head underneath his hands.

Update 11/18:Went in for a refund after calling and saying when I would be in for one. First thing I’m told is that they don’t do refunds and said the manager said someone would fix it. Since there was no chance I was going to let them near my hair again, I refused and reminded them that they had already agreed to a refund. She then called the manager and got the ok, then wasn’t going to refund the entire amount, saying the rest was for the shampoo. At this point I’m fed up, point out that my hair was hacked off and is going to take months to grow back evenly but they won’t refund the entire amount?! She called the manager again before finally refunding the entire amount. Seriously the worst customer service and hair cut ever.Is 0 stars an option? Was very clear on the length and style I wanted, came out with an uneven choppy bob like cut that isn’t even close. And the guy was yelling at one of the employees for taking a wrong customer while he was doing my hair. I’ve already asked for my money back, this was the worst experience. Negative stars, avoid this place at all cost!

My second time here and had an excellent cut each time. The staff is friendly and courteous. Mayra washed and cut my hair and did exactly what I asked. She even made some great suggestions for layers. I walked out of there with a precision cut and it looks great. This place is consistent. Will be back.

An irate (female) customer entered the salon while Hector was cutting my hair and started berating both him and another stylist. Hector deescalated the situation and proceeded to not only cut my hair how I wanted it but recommend new cuts. Professional and great staff especially during these times!

UYEN was extremely professional and friendly upon entry. Due to COVID, they have seating separated and clean the station between clients which made me feel at ease. Throughout the haircut UYEN provided greaf conversation and tips to help maintain my hair. Great experience will be returning

Checked in online to expedite service as advertised. Got there and man was completing another haircut and woman had just started one. Assuming the man was going to take me next I took a seat. Not the case, he finished and then told me she would take me. 25 minutes into waiting I had to leave because the man went on break or where ever instead of taking me, the waiting, early check in client. Absolute waste of my lunch hour. Very unprofessional and not punctual at all.

I’ve been going to Supercuts in the crosstown plaza for over 7 years, to Hector specifically. He is fantastic, always a great cut with a great experience. Hector and the staff are very friendly and fun. The service is always top notch.

My wife gets a haircut apx every month for about 2 years. Pleasant staff, not just one person. Nice results and no complaints. we make an appointment and get taken very close to that time.

Haircuts are average at best, if you want a great haircut Im afraid youll have to shell out a few extra bucks and get yourself somewhere more upscale. Otherwise they do a pretty decent job for the price, especially mens hair. Im sure thats the majority of their customers.

Mr Hector is the man. My only issue is, I love my Spanish community and have been doing my part to embrace the language by taking lessons and I am getting better. Being said, it is a basic principle, If I speak to you in english, please dont talk around me in Spanish, or do it, just know it makes people feel uncomfortable, almost always makes us wonder if we are being spoken about, and thats just not fun. I wouldnt do something to make you feel like that, please dont make me feel that way. Thank you.Mayra is also so fantastic!!!!

This place is a disaster. Understaffed. Way over priced for a simple hair cut. No shampoo, no style 17.99. I can go 2 miles away on a Saturday and get the same for 10.99. They will stop in the middle of servicing a customer, to cash out someone buying one of their hair products. Then, as they are cash someone out, the phone rings and the others in the store expect the same girl, who already has elderly woman standing up waiting on her, AND who is now cashing out the person at the register to ALSO answer the ringing phone. Complete and total lack of customer service. I would give them no stars if Google would allow me too.

My friend went for his buss cut. Job well done. Girls were very professional. 3 girls working and moved right along. Crowed but did not wait long. They all had a pleasant attitude and you feel very welcomed .

Quick and relatively inexpensive

I was there this morning. Arrived at 9:03 and was told I would be taken care of in 15 minutes. While sitting down and waiting the phone kept on ringing. The two ladies that were cutting hair, Mayra and the asian lady whose name I do not know, seemed to be very bothered that customers were calling the business so they were refusing to answer the phone. In the meantime, mayra was having a conversation with the person whose hair she was cutting and saying how rude those people were for calling... I could not believe what my ears were hearing. I was a little hesitant to stay since they clearly don’t enjoy their job and I was a little scared for my hair. At 9:20 after waiting for 17 minutes the ladies took on a customer that had showed up after me claiming he had made a call ahead. At this time I am told it’s going to take a little longer because he is in front of me, even thou I’ve been waiting since the store opened. Mayra goes on to say that she is going to “take her time” and shrugs her shoulders like she doesn’t care. I got up and told her to take as much time as she wanted because I was leaving. She quickly tuned to say “she was almost done”. This isn’t the first time I go there and they act like they don’t care about the customers. Save yourselves the bad experience and don’t waste your time here.

Took my son in for a school haircut. We were in and out quickly with excellent service and a “Supercut” ...We will return.

Literally showed the lady a picture of the simple haircut I wanted and it wasnt even close. She just buzzed my hair when it was supposed to stay long. Didnt speak English. Nice people, terrible haircut

I’ve learned that Supercuts is the worst place to get a haircut and this location solidified my point. The lady didn’t follow anything I told her what I wanted. It was so bad that the other employee had to come in and give her a lesson on how to give haircuts and how to blend the sides to the top. My hair came out the exact opposite of what I wanted.

Came in and had someone else processed before me, even though they came in after me, after also giving his name to stylist. Stylist asked my preference and said she totally understood what I was asking for, after giving veeerrryyyy specific requests for length and texture.She kept showing me her progress, insisting this is what I was asking for? I had to keep telling her, that yes, tjis is what I want, after she kept telling me you dont wsnt to go that short? BUT, I do@Finally, she listened to me.

Worst Customer Service, spanish old man. I am waiting in store since 10-11 mins nobody Greet me even start taking other customer who came after me and he is just staring at my face because he knew that customer, i told him i have an appointment at 5:15 and i am here before time, Same Employee with rude attitude “you have to wait she was checked in here before you” but he checked her in in front of me when i am looking them.Why i took appointment then? To waste my time? There are tons of cheap hair salons near my home i am coming to Supercut because of Quality & Service.

This place is for Spanish only..the manager is an a##..his stylist could not understand me and he just sat there..I got the worst cut of my life..I should have left when I realized that the stylist did not understand English! Never ever go back..I would give 0 stars if I could.

I called ahead, came in and was ignored for an hour. Then when it finally came to my turn they couldnt do what they said they could over the phone. These people are clearly not worth the visit.
