Been coming to Ideal Cutz for over 3 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else for a cut in West Palm Beach! Sean is my guy (pictured) whos made sure I look fresh each time I walk out. All the guys in the shop are great. I always walk out pleased with the service and my cut. They just updated their online booking process to make things even smoother for customers. Give them a chance, you wont regret it!

Sad to say they lost the possibility of having not 1 but 4 new clients. My husband walked in to get a cut and one barber said she can take care of you and the she said no i have an appointment and he said he did too. My husband said cool and walked out. As we are waiting at the light to make a uturn. We are the barber that had an “appointment “ was walking away from the shopping center. If they don’t want to work then they shouldn’t bother opening on Saturdays.

Jasper did my fade.. I recommend him 10/10 no doubt. Im from New Orleans and Ive had A LOT of great hair cuts but this one might just be the best. Dont let the look of the place fool you. Nothing but high class being done here.

It is tough to find a new region of the US. Just moved to FL and was in dire need of a cut. I chose Ideal Cutz because of a few reviews I read on Yelp and they were not wrong. Sean really hooked me up with a crisp fade. Not to mention, the atmosphere in the shop was enough to keep my 6 month old entertained for 45 minutes. Ill definitely be back and will try some of their other services as well.

Been coming here a few months after leaving a barber I was with for 10+ years and I have to say this is the best barbershop Ive ever been to. Its a friendly environment, the wait is never long due to their great appointment scheduling system. My barber, Jasper, gives the best fade/blowout Ive ever had. I always get compliments when I get a new cut. Hes friendly as is everyone else at the shop. Side note while I was getting my last cut I noticed Suzie and she is GREAT with her customers, really goes above and beyond to help the elderly or disabled. Give this spot a try you wont regret it.

I was driving around looking for a barbershop to go to I went to three of them and it was not what I was looking for. I look up ideal cut and it had a great rate. A lot of people mention Daniel on how awesome he cut hair. One thing i could say he really professional and he take ownership in what he do. They are very professional and the environment is very inviting. Jasper is my barber and he cuts hair really good and hes good with kids but there are several more barbers there also. There is a television in the front to keep you occupied until its your turn to get your haircut and the channel is usually on sports. Although the wait isnt long, its best to download the app to make an appointment.

1 star only because I have to. Made an appointment on line. Received 3 emails confirming my appointment for 12:45 so I thought these must run a tight ship. Got there at 12:30 no one even acknowledged I was there I didn’t know if I had to sign in. I was ignored for 30 minutes until I walked out and a woman asked if I needed help?? What a joke. Plus the guy sitting next to me had an appointment with the same barber at the same time. (12:45) really? Drove 30min because the barbers near me suck. Guess I could have saved an went to a nearby Barber. Jasper do you only double book on white names? Because I was there 15 minutes before the guy you took in front of me.

Had a great time. Was quick and skillful. I wanted a half shave/cut and it took less than 10 minutes and was reasonably priced. JJ was really nice and helpful. Only waited a few minutes because a few other people were in front of me.

Place is hit or miss. If its not Jasper or one other guy, then dont get a cut. Ive been cut by almost every different barber here, including a new guy. New guy (to be expected) was legit worst fade ive gotten. Atmosphere here is cool af though, all the guys are cool, but they all cant cut. Only like 3 people in there cut good enough to be worth the price. Also not matching up well to competition. Kings Barbershop does hot towel without request and EVERY single barber in there is cold with the clippers. Cheaper too. Will return to Ideal Cutz every once in a while when Kings is to busy 😂

Been greeting my haircut by fade master Jasper for years. Man can cut it up! Ideal CuTz has that old school barber shop feel to it, with everyone conversating, laughing and having a good time. Real comfortable place to chill,relax and get a cut.

I love bringing my kid to jasper to get a hair cut. I feel like he cuts great probably better than others but, I wont find out because Ill never go to someone else as great as he cuts😁.

Been in Florida for 4 years. Previously I had the same barber for 17years(crazy thinking about it) 1 year of bad cuts. 3 years with Nashon cuts and it keeps getting better. They have a scheduling app on the website. I never miss a cut and I never have to wait for the chair. Professional grade service.

My 1st cut with Sean was good however, the way he conducts business is piss poor. I wasnt initially informed of the app to book an appointment, so i called him and scheduled by phone and he confirmed. When i arrived for my appointment, there was a conflict, because he was getting ready to cut another client at my scheduled time, until i reminded him i booked with him at that time. I was getting ready to leave, but he cut me instead. I reccomended adding appointments to his calendar in his phone, thats when i found out about the app. Secondly, i was never informed of any discounts, etc, which i qualify for after 2 visits. I then scheduled my next appointment thru the app the day before, still trying to work with Sean however, he never artived on time. I never received the text he alleged sending, call or email, to cancel when i called him. My appointment was for 9am and i arrived 15 minutes early. It was 910am when i decided call to get status and thats when Sean told me he will not be in until 945am. He never apologized. Just had a careless attitude. I then just asked the available barber to cut me because i had other business to take care of. The other barber was very welcoming, informed me of discounts, business board and thank you affairs the shop has and thanked me for allowing him to cut my hair. He did an excellent job! He will be cutting me when i make my next appointment. I left after 945am and still didnt see Sean. Communication is key. Some things arent just meant to be.

The shop itself is nice and small and not too fancy, witch I like. I dont feel you need a huge shop with hand stitched leather chairs or marble floors to have a good experience. My first complaint though was booking an appointment and my recommended barber wasnt there after getting a confirmation that he would be. Were all human and no one is perfect so I cant be mad at him. Daniel the barber hooked me up with decent cut but I think he needs some work, and I mean that with the utmost respect cause I cant do what he does. While in the shop I watched JJ the barber cut two hairs and all I can say is that someone shouldve taken a pic of them and put them in a museum cause that was straight art. Hes never cut my hair and I highly recommend him. Overall my experience was good. Wouldve easily given them a 4 star but my original barber not being there really got to me, especially since I picked him based on all the good reviews he has on here. Next time I will definitely book JJ the barber.Update: Ok so I take back what I said about Daniel the barber. Ive been getting mad compliments about the cut. BUT... dude was a little ruff with the clippers. He was running them things through my head like he was mad at me or something. Overall I had a good experience. Come in, check it out and decide for yourself.

I found a shop that is professional, courteous and kid friendly (i.e language)As soon as i walked in i was greeted and asked if i had been there before and i had not so he welcomed me and ask what i was looking for....i had 2 boys in need of a cut and he said okay let me get a barber...i was soon greeted by Jasper who did an awesome job cutting a frohawk for my son.
