Called to schedule an appointment because the headliner in my Honda Accord was falling apart. Saw all the five star reviews and decided to take my car here. I was not disappointed. Diana was very friendly when scheduling the appointment and explained the process. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The results were amazing. The car looks and feels like a new car on the inside. No more sagging headliner ! Excellent job and friendly service and reasonable pricing. High quality, professional auto upholstery from a friendly, local company. Luxury vehicles are a specialty. I was referred by a satisfied customer and friend who had Palm Park work on his Audi convertible. It is not uncommon to see Jaguars, Bentley, Mercedes and many other luxury vehicles as well as classic/vintage vehicles getting upholstery carpeting and convertible tops repaired or replaced. Steve and his crew do superb work and give you good advice and options to restore your vehicle to a near new look. (Thanks Steve and Dianna!) Prices are reasonable and the work top notch. We have had a Mercedes convertible top replaced due to sun and wear with an original equipment German fabric and it looks spectacular! My Mercedes SUV needed the drivers side seat replaced after I stupidly sat in it with a screwdriver in my back pocket, puncturing and ripping it badly. Repair was not an option. I was very happy with the customer service and results. I cannot recommend a business more highly.

They were highly recommended over 10 years. I have since recommended any ans EVERYONE I know. They did my E350 headrests after I had the embroidery completed. I LOVE my ONE OF A KIND. People are in awe when I roll my windows down and the get a glimpse. They are AWESOME!!!!! NEVER.....going anywhere else! Thank you all so much for helping me display my individuality.

Went in for an estimate and was greeted immediately. Everyone was very friendly, professional and nice. I was given great advise of different ways to save money in getting my interior repaired. They took time to give me the information I need and explained what needed to be done. They even offered to temporary fix my issues at no cost. Price quoted was well within a good price.

I had the leather finish on my headrest repaired by Palm Park Auto Upholstery. I brought my aging Lincoln Navigator to Palm Park Auto Upholstery for a small tear in the drivers seat. While there, I saw the work they were doing on multiple high-end vehicles and decided to have them do a full restoration of the front and back seats + leather steering wheel. The work was simply outstanding! My seats literally look like they did when I drove the vehicle off the lot. I am amazed at how good everything turned out!

I had a worn drivers seat that reminded me that the vehicle was old and time to trade in. Steve and his people re-upholstered the entire lower cushion for a fraction of the cost of buying a new seat. It looked as good as the seat looked when it was new. I have taken the vehicle back to get some leather on the back seat dyed and it is much improved too. They are a quality shop that I would recommend to anyone. You will be happy with the workmanship and price of their services!

Met with Charles on the same day. Extremely nice, professional, courteous, great customer service, friendly, gave directions, respectful, and honest. Just genuinely great people that wont scam you. I had a VW that I was restoring, had trouble finding seat accessories he pointed me in the right direction, and offered to help make sure parts where correct before purchasing. Old Florida 1950s feel, I cant say enough positive things about this shop!

Steve offered a very reasonable price to replace the headliner in my 2003 Grand Caravan, and had time the next day to complete the job. I recommend them to everyone, really professional and nice guys! I have an Aston Martin V8 Vantage convertible and it was left with the roof off in the rain. Palm Park Auto Upholstery re-died the leather seats and door panels and it worked out beautiful. Steve and the guys really take pride in their jobs.

I went there a week ago for a quote to have my faux leather upholstery replaced. I had some work done there before, and the last time it went fine. But this time was a bizarre experience that I just couldnt understand. I was there for an hour going over the details with the owner and his technicians. They took photos and measurements, and I picked the material color. Diane said she would get back to me with a quote the next day or two. That didnt happen. I called and she told me she forgot it, and she would call me back with the quote. Waited another two days and still didnt happen, so I called again. She answered the phone and said the team didnt think they could do it. I asked whats the reason. She couldnt give one. I asked to speak to the owner, and she said I cant. The sofa and cushion upholstery to be replaced were all straight-line cuts and stitching. Nothing fancy. Its hard to believe an established upholstery shop like them cant do it. This is a complete waste of time, and very poor communication.

Steve and the team at Palm Park are the real deal! The repaired a hole in my Porsche seat that other shops told me was impossible. The work was flawless and you would never know it wasnt original.

This review should have been done a long time ago. Sometime in late 2017, I brought my 2003 Solara convertible to Palm Park Auto Upholstery because some water was leaking into the car on the passenger side from the front, right, weather stripping section. I already had had a problem with the driver side front, left, weather stripping section, where, after a rain, water would drip for a short period after I started driving. Water would accumulate in the weather stripping. Someone from another shop had blown out the debris in the weather stripping tubing and it helped with the problem. I assumed I was starting to have the same problem with the passenger side. Steve and a couple of his associates discussed the problem with me. An associate, Morell, vacuumed out the tubing on both the driver and passenger side and cleaned any dirt away on the weather stripping that spanned the top of the car. I was not charged. A couple of weeks later I came back and told them it was still leaking. I was told I probably needed new weather stripping and that although they normally didn’t do that kind of work, if I got the part they would put it in. In the meantime, Morell did a makeshift job to stop the leak on the passenger side but told me I couldn’t use the convertible top because the patchwork could come off. They said there would be no charge but I asked to pay something. Steve said if I wanted to pay, just send a check for pizza for the guys. I sent $20. I let more than a year go by and didn’t let the top down. In early 2019, lots of water was leaking into the car on the driver side, front, left, weather stripping section. I went to Palm Park Auto again and Morell did a makeshift job to stop the leak on the left side. Again there was no charge. I told them that I would order the new weather stripping from Palm Beach Toyota (also had to order some new molding) and they said they would attempt to do the job. I got one of the last parts that Toyota had and Palm Park Auto managed to do the job. I was told by one of the associates that at one point they hit a snag, but Steve said that they had promised Janice we would do it, so let’s keep plugging. I was charged an extremely reasonable labor rate. About a month later, they re-stapled the back of the convertible top (had to remove back molding and perhaps other parts to get to it). An auto-top company on the west coast of Florida had put on a new top in 2015 and used staples that were too small and they came out. Again I was charged a very reasonable labor charge. After that, I thought I had a problem with my driver side convertible top latch because I sometimes had trouble closing it, in that I had to move the anchor section piece that was part of the latch to get it closed. I went to Palm Park Auto and they explained to me that that is a normal occurrence at times with the latches, although it never happened to me before. I noticed after that that the latch would close most of the time but sometimes I had to move the anchor section again to get it closed, but it was no big deal. I had actually ordered new latches from Palm Beach Toyota but ended up never having to use them. So to conclude, I highly recommend Palm Park Auto Upholstery and would go to them with any convertible top problem I have, and upholstery problem too, even though I have never needed that. Steve, Morell, Diana (office manager), and the rest of the associates are all wonderful.

Excellent service. We opted not to spend the money on the headliner repair (we have an old car) and they offered to staple it for us for free on the spot. We gave the guy who did it $10 tip. Very pleasant experience.

Had the headliner of my 2010 Audi A4 Quattro replaced at Palm Park Auto Upholstery - absolutely beautiful work!! Had a small issue with the grab handles not retracting after the replacement, but told them about it, they took it in immediately and fixed them - now my baby has a new lease on life (or as long as the brutal heat in southern Florida will allow!), and at a VERY reasonable price! Steve, Diana and the crew did an outstanding job on the replacement; if you need a new headliner and live in the greater West Palm Beach area, you need look no further than Palm Park Auto Upholstery - they are the BEST!!

I took my Jetta sport wagon in for a new headliner and repairs to the rear passenger door panels. I was told to arrive by 8am on Wednesday. I did this and was welcomed by the owner bright and early and he took a look and said he would fix it. The headliner is absolutely perfect and the back doors are fixed to the best of the fabrics ability. They even gave me a discount because they felt bad they couldnt do more for the doors though that was obviously beyond their control. I would recommend this shop to my friends because i know they will be treated fairly and get a quality job done.

I went to see Steve because I had a very bad cracked place on the side of a black leather seat in my favorite car of all time. Steve explained the dying process as well as the alternative to recover the whole seat. He showed me examples of their work and made an appointment for me to come back two days later to have the seat dyed. He said the process would take 1 1/2 hours. They fixed my seat to perfection. It now looks like the other seat that has no wear at all. It took a little less time than the time they promised and looked better than I could have hoped. I could not be happier!

Excellent job installing new seat covers. Good price.

The vinyl façade to the glovebox of our BMW X3 was peeling away from the frame. The dealer, Braman, wanted $600 to replace the entire glovebox. Steve and his friendly associates re-attached it for a fraction of the price and its just like new. And they did it in a matter of hours. Well be back to have them repair stains and scratches on the upholstery of both our cars.

They fixed the headliner on my BMW x5 which has a panoramic sun roof and is quiet tricky to fix, there were no flaws in their service. Truly a great car upholstery!
