Since batteries decide to die at the most inconvenient time; I was a drive up customer requesting service on the fly. And while I understood my battery had given a long and reliable life I also felt the need to have the system diagnostic run in case there was a developing issue. I appreciate knowing that the tire sale is coming up, and I’m sure the tech meant well when he left a laundry list of thousands of dollars of services that “really should be performed.” Hard to convey the tone of voice I just used there while dictating. I just needed my car back on the road to get to work.

This place has single handedly revolutionized the service and car owning experience. My Service Advisor Sammy always makes great recommendations, and provides a customer experience unlike any other. The service manager Felipe runs a great service drive that is not only efficient but personable and customer oriented as well. I’ve been to all the local Toyota’s and gotten decent service and some really bad that I won’t mention, but Palm Beach Toyota has provided me with more than service, they have provided me with a problem free and cost friendly car owning experience. They are always great. There is a really nice area with TVs, and free coffee to wait for your car to be ready. There is also areas to charge your phone and there is free wifi.

Generally this place is fantastic. Unfortunately at this time I was there for hours! And it was 2 1/2 hours before they prepare the work order for some reason?

Advisor made aware that this was a first time visit. Dropped car off at 11:30 a.m. Call and texted for status update about 1 p.m. Not available and no response to text until 1 hour later (as I was arriving on-site). Recommended repairs are services that had been performed within the last six months. Ladies beware...know what services you need before you go.

We got a recall on our fuel pump. Got appt in a few days, everyone on time, clean area, done in 2 hours instead of possible 3. No high pressure to buy or trade vehicle while there.Coming from another dealership that couldnt have been ruder, more high pressure tactics, no follow thru on promises and ENDLESS calls, postcards and letters every month to trade, renew warranties. We had purchased 4 vehicles in 3 months so get 4 times the annoyance. It was a breath of fresh air and renewed my hope that Toyota is our new kind of cars. Very clean, pleasant staff and all questions answered.

My power steering light came on . It’s Friday night. Sat. Morning I start calling service centers . I couldn’t get in no place...Until I called here. They said come in a couple hours.I get there. No wait.My light had went off by then and instead of trying to charge me for some made up thing which they could of have . They said nothings wrong . That just happens sometimes.They are HONEST!!

$69.00 to adjust the serpentine belt is a little bit costly for a few minutes of work.

I usually used Delray Beach Toyota dealer to change my oil, not only that, they alway wash & vacuum my car for me .now move to lake worth using palm beach for the first time . They only do the oil change but not even vacuum the inside. So cause of that I will make the time to drive to Delray next oil change.

Not the best not the worst. if you need service try to do the small things yourself, like wiper blades, cabin filters, adding additives. etc, these are simple things you can do and save a ton of $$$ as these dealers aRE REALLY OVERPRICED. I had a road hazard warranty on tires, they said the tire was unrepairable, gave me a new tire,but heres the catch, the warranty says repairs are free, nail and patching but they charged me 31.50 to remount my free replacement tire . it takes more time to fix and repair than to put a new tire on. so why the double standard on charging me 31.50 on a guaranteed replacement. make no sense to me.

Would not recommend, they take advantage of young women with no knowledge. Always trying to sell you services you do not need. Also the service representative was not friendly or helpful. I honestly felt like I was being rushed and not listened to. They kept my car in the back as I waited an additional hour prior to telling me my car was ready. Absolutely will not return.

I have left my Toyota Tacoma for a recall, They said it would take two hours or maximum three but they have kept my truck for a day and a half and have not fixed it. my truck stayed there and they didnt want to return it to me. Nobody explained to me what the problem was. The attention is very bad, Mr. Raul unpleasant. I will never go to this dealer again and I will not recommend it either. Please dont go there, find another dealer.

Excellent! They have Recall parts in Stock for Corolla Pretension device! You have to Call and Schedule Appointment! It took them 2 hours but very efficient, professional and Free Coffee!

They give you random estimate for something that is working completely fine. I wouldnt return back or recommend this service center!
