Got a new Acura ILX 2021 in May, got a bolt imbedded in a tire and it couldn’t be repaired. Got a repair pack out of the trunk that a lady like me can use easily, plugged it in inflated and repaired the tire, the next day it was still holding. Took it to the dealer at Napleton and got a brand new tire no charge. It was busy but I had to get my new tire. Got it changed for a new one All covered. Got there at 8 am and out by 10 am .

Must say that I am beyond pleased with my experience at Acura. Jeff was my salesman and he was patient and understanding. He never pushed us like most salesmen do. First off, they were having a staff meeting when we walked in and someone came to greet us. They didnt just leave us standing there. The salesman, Jeff, was super nice and never pushy at all, just asked us what we were looking for and drove us in his personal vehicle over to the overflow lot a few miles away to let us drive the car back to the dealership and see how we liked it (we did).Then, when the price of the Acura ILX was quite a bit more than we were expecting to spend, they worked with us to chop off several thousand dollars from the price of the car (including a discount because we own a car from a completely different maker!), and gave us free maintenance for 2 years. Couldnt be happier with Jeff and the finance manager Josh and the whole experience! Very easy.

Me and my wife went there last week and purchased a Acura ILX, salesperson person was great on the other hand there was a 1k fee for not trading in a car which is ridiculous well we got that taken off because I told the person I’m paying cash I’m not financing the vehicle . Where I have a issue is that it is impossible to get in contact with service department. They were supposed to call us Friday to get front and rear bumper touched up and headliner repair done and a xylon coating installed my wife called Friday and was put on hold for 30 minutes, I then called Saturday countless times and got put on hold again several times, I called to speak to nick no response, called to talk to Richie no response or call back since salesperson said he’d be calling us for sure . I’ve worked at previous dealerships as a tech and I know for sure if this was brought up to my gm this would not fly at all

As a woman who has purchased many cars over the last 25 years, you never know if you are getting the wool pulled over your eyes or not. This was certainly not the case at Napleton Acura where I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.The sales pitch was polite and discreet not to mention quick and painless. Kevin at Napletons Palm Beach Acura took good care of us. He worked with his supervisors to get us the vehicle we needed for a mutually acceptable price. Ask for Kevin!Overall, the dealership is very professional and they did a wonderful job helping us through the purchase process and providing us a primped and pushed vehicle. My one complaint is that negotiations began $5000 above the listed price because of a handful of me add-ons that the dealer decided to install before selling it and without mentioning that in the online listing. Call and ask for the out-the-door price before showing up.

I had serious ongoing issues with a Jeep vehicle I purchased at this dealership but boy, oh boy, did Chris, Sky and Josh make it right in the biggest way possible!! They honored their fidelity to customer service by replacing the faulty vehicle with the same type of vehicle from another manufacturer even though it was truly Jeeps issue. What a great experience I had, initially I cam into the store to look at some vehicles and was helped by a salesperson who was okay then I spoke to Al Rodriguez, I had an emergency so I had to leave but Al called me the next day to set up an appointment and I was able to bring in my co-signer that day we came in and he helped me get into my new (used) truck! He even followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy!! No one does that anymore for sure but he was professional from the first time I met him even though I couldn’t buy that day he didn’t get an attitude like so many people do he just kept working with me until I found the right truck and then was able to bring in my mom go help sign for me and got me a great rate for what my credit is and so then I was able to get the extra warranty’s because of all his help he definitely is an asset to your company if he didn’t step in to help the salesperson I would not have come back I will keep coming back as long as he is there he really cares about people ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Napleton’s Acura is the best… and they actually have inventory!!! I had Jeff showing me around all the cars I wanted to see and drive. This is going to make three cars that I buy from them. This time I purchased a new Acura and a low mileage used truck. The truck had some small cosmetic damage and Alvaro said no problem we can have that fixed for you. And I will say this was also the fastest I’ve ever finished final paperwork. 5 stars easy.

First and foremost I arrived at the dealership a little after 7pm and it was pretty busy. Right away everyone was polite and promptly wanted to help. My sales rep Ed aka David was precise and made that experience a delightful one. Will aka Billy was on point and made the transition extremely smooth. Joshua the finance rep was also extremely helpful. I was able to get a great deal and I wasnt there forever going back and forth with the sales rep. Im definitely buying another car from them in the future.

Burly the sales rep was great! Its just that he had his hands tied. You guys have too much additional fees added on when customers actually get into the showroom. What a waist of time. We got a better deal on a better 2018 IS300 with less mile at Lexus Of The Palm Beaches down the street. This is the second time and the last time I attempt to do business with any Napleton dealer. Three days ago I purchased a car and was told it would have new tires, brakes, and be detailed and ready for me to pick up along with my paperwork two days later. I drove two hours to this location to pick up my car only to find out it had not been touched. The service had not been set up by anyone. No one bothered to call me and let me know. Crystal the manager, offered me her help and had the service guys start working on my car. When I picked the car up not only was it dirty and never detailed but it had no gas left in it for me to drive off the lot for the first time. Not only that, but my sales guy Kevin was off for the day, my finance guy Mike was off, and no one had arranged for me to get my documents. I text the manager Crystal and was told that she would either email me my documents or overnight them on a USB the next day. It is now the end that day and I have not heard from her, she wont return any calls or text messages and the dealership is now closed. I find it hard to believe that it is legal for someone to purchase a car and leave with absolutely no documentation. I purchased my first car and feel completely let down and like I need to contact a attorney. By all means, stay away from this sketchy business.

I’ve been “wow” (in a positive way) by Napletons Palm Beach Acura. They listened to me! I brought in my 2019 MDX with a bad flat tire and I left home with peace of mind in a brand New 2020 MDX. The dealership made me feel welcomed, the service and the attention to my needs were met beyond my expectations. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. Salesman Burly and manager Chris - both professional, polite, understanding, and accommodating. They were able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs, they are amazing! Got off to a rough start but showing up in person seems to make the difference if you have the time, but still a bit aggravating. Not being able to reach anyone when you need them by phone-and actually speak to a human- seems to be a well known issue. Thankfully, my loaner issue was resolved today and things on a better path. My suggestion: when you are dropping your car off for service- get more than your service advisors phone number. No one at the dealership will answer your call once you leave, except a service scheduler and they are not even at the dealership so they cant help at all. My service advisor was hit or miss, mostly miss. Pretty hard to communicate when they dont answer, their voicemail is full, and its their day off, but it was the only number I had. Like I said, things are turning around as far as communication, but make sure you set yourself up before you leave. I highly recommend Richie; excellent customer service, dedicated to make things right. This is my third Acura. If only the service was as consistent and as sharp as the sales.

If there was a negative five star review I would rate like that. These people have had my friends Acura 98% of the time since JUNE! No loaner, they change their minds all the time about what extraordinarily expensive thing is wrong with it, they broke her door, and they apologize. And apologize. And dont fix it. They are the worst. Ever.Update 912/21: If you read the response to my original review you will see that the GM asked me to call. My friend called and left a message and said it was in response to his reply on this review. Its been 2 weeks and she has never heard back from him. This solidifies my original claim that this dealership is the very worst ever. Since then she has been able to complete on her own what they quoted her $4,000 for at a cost of under $500. Never take your car to this dealership. She has been a customer there for 13 years. Shes also left several messages for the service manager Dave who never responded once.

This dealership people are cheater.They gave us very lucrative price of vehicle and 1.99% interest rate (through email). When we reached there after driving 2 1/2 hrs, first they informed that there is price increase of same vehicle. Then they agreed to given price by adding hidden cost about $ 2,000.00 and offered loan from them at more then 10% interest.I firmly request all the customers not to buy any car from them, or if you are willing to be cheated.

We bought a certified pre-owned TLX. Hats off to Al, the General Manager who worked to earn our business. He was very straight forward, honest, low pressure, and took good care of us. He sought ways to accommodate where possible. 1st of all Napleton Acura are the worst. They are liars and not trust worthy. After requesting info on there 2020 Acura they even sent me a personalized video message with my name in it. Insisted that I come down to see the car. Sunday 8/1/21 received a call around 9am asking if I could stopped by that day for a test drive. After 2 hrs of driving got there around 11:30 am. The greeter greet us than asked us for info and said will go get the key. Bringing another man saying this is the boss and the car was sold but could not really tell when it was sold. He lied so much about he’s going to pulled the tape and see where the confusion was. The car was listed for about $30,000. They bought a key and said that’s available, we didn’t like the one that they showed us. To my great surprised the car was in the parking lot with all the others. When confronted the manager said it was sold yesterday but forgot to take it off the market. If sold the car was supposed to be by the service department not in between the other cars. There was not even a piece of paper on the car stating sold. Guess what now they increased the prices by $4000. They are not honest at all. Being is business calling for honesty. Very disappointed after call me home and have me drive for 2 hrs and lied this is a shame. Since the guy lying was the manager what kind of employees work for him. It was a tricked to get people to come. Shame of Napleton Acura. Acura is a fine car you guys are ruining the fine name of that car.

Absolutely horrible! My son purchased his very first vehicle and no sooner he got home we noticed that the door lock had been tampered with. My son immediately notified the sales guy and no response. Took the car back to the dealership the following day and the sales guy blew us off and sent us to the service department, he never even made an attempt to help us. Service advisor said they needed to order the part and it would take 5-7 days and gave us his number. 16 days later, no call or updates about the part. Called the service department and advisor directly a total of 10 times, no response and no call backs. Not the service we were looking forward to at an Acura dealership.

She also kept an eye on us he king on us at all times while we were waiting several hours for paper work. Ever since I got my car back in October they were super nice at first but once I picked up my car they only gave me one key. Even if it’s a used car they should provide you with a spare key at least at other dealerships they have. You would think Acura being a more “luxury” brand they would. I asked the salesperson and all he told me was they only had one key. I spoke to someone else when I got my car serviced they said they would talk to their manager and call me the next day and they NEVER did of course. Very disappointed with this dealership.

The only good thing about this place was a salesman named “Jean”. I was promised over & over again that my price was going to be 345 a month for my car, and was told that even while in financing. Then as I’m reading the papers to sign I see it says $365 a month and all of sudden nobody remembers the number $345. All I got in response was “okay I must’ve messed up, but it’s $365” and they really try to get that bait & switch tactic on you. It’s ridiculous. DONT come here. The ONLY good thing about my visit was meeting and working with Jean. That’s it.

We went to Chris first and he did not sugar coat anything-clearly told us what fees there are and what we were going to pay for in total; gave us a clear breakdown. Also gave us a great price. I wish your review was written 5 months ago so we could know what to expect and a lot of money would be saved. They are definitely cheaters and liars. From salesperson to the Rasta man who sprawls around the office like he’s a manager. They are scam artists and hope the Feds catch them in their illegal acts of conduct. For us the car that advertised on the website is to lure you in the office to con you into buying junk. They have several hidden costs that are not reported to the Internal Revenue Service at the end of the year.

What can I honestly say, my guy Fabian definitely came thru for me. My wife and I drove from Tampa to this dealership (3½ hrs) looking for a specific vehicle and when we arrived we were greeted by Mr. Fabian. We were told we wouldnt be able to get the vehicle but he fought for us, it was a long battle but we ended up leaving with the vehicle. Fabian was genuine, honest and kept us in the loop every step of the way and I for one am very glad I got to work with him today. The dealership has gained a loyal customer because of him and we would do it all again. I highly recommend anyone that sets foot in the dealership to ask for Fabian, he will get the job done.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! They give you FAKE KBB on their cars!!!! The manger is lousy. He never introduced himself upon his approach and was extremely rude to us. No type of customer service at all with us. Don’t waste your time with these people. If this is the type of customer service Acura gives… I don’t want to buy from them. Train your people better ACURA!

Poor sales staff. Inquired about vehicle and acted like it was a burden to give me any info. Said sales manager could call me but car would be sold before then so why waste my time. I know inventory is tight right now but eventually supply and demand will right itself and with sales skills like this you might have a lot of vehicles on your hands.

Bait and switch, completely wasted my day. Look at the reviews this a common tactic from this dealership!I agreed paying listed price, plus dealer fees I asked about specific trade in value and removal of some additional dealer fees. I was told over and over again that they would take care of me since I was driving from almost 3 hours away, but in fact they wanted to give me less for my trade in than my local Acura dealer.After telling Al Shalaby that I wont take less than the local Acura dealer (14K) for my trade in, he said that OK we can move forward with 15K trade in value, then after being at the dealership for 4 hours they show me the final paperwork with 13K for trade in value! I had also requested additional dealer fees to be waved. They had 599 dealer fee, and a around 2500 advantage fee which I would not pay. The documentation fees, and tag fees etc are also very high. If you go there expect to pay 4-5K in additional hidden fees, plus your taxes from this unethical dealership.2-4K more than agreed upon may not be a huge amount, but I wont deal with unethical people.

If I could give negative stars I would. We called ahead to see if the car we found on line was there and had the options that were stayed on line because, while we live over 2 hours away, we were 45 minutes away at the time (still too long to travel for no reason). They told us on the phone that the car was there - we get there to find out that the car was sent out for auction.Then the salesman asks us what we want, we tell him that we only want something very fuel efficient with adaptive cruise control. He then proceeds to show us a bunch of pictures of cars and say how about this. When we asked if it had what we needed. He just said, I dont know and went on to the next car. We then decided to go out to used car lot ourselves, because he was helping us not at all and there were no stickers on the cars. After that we just gave up and left.

My recent experience in Napleton’s Palm Beach Acura was fantastic. Jeff was the sale’s person and I believe I was his first sale. He was nice & since He was new, I had to negotiate with his manager, and he did his best to get me the best deal. The finance guy Josh was surprisingly nice & helped me get the best rate 😊. Overall experience was amazing, and I would recommend them for the excellent service.

I cannot put into a short paragraph how amazing Kathleen my service advisor was! I stopped going here due to a previous bad experience a few years back, and even bought my car from a Acura dealership another 30 mins south of me because of that. This however was not the case yesterday. I didn’t have to call or worry about someone following up with me because she was on top of every aspect. She even ran out in the rain to get my car because nobody else would do it, literally 5 coworkers watched her get soaked… I had to get a manager because that’s just not cool, because someone else parked a car in front of mine, so she was going to have to move that as well in torrential downpour. Luckily the manager stepped in and made someone else grab my car. Needless to say you can see that she goes above and beyond and truly cares about the customer experience. If I could get her as one of my employees I would in a second! Make sure you appreciate this talent, because it is RARE these days!!

Went to Napleton Palm Beach Acura to see their New Acura TLX Type S demo unit. I was greeted promptly and was introduced to Aisha who is one of the sales representatives at this location. Aisha went above and beyond to provide a positive experience for me and my friend who was with me. Aisha answered all of my questions and had a positive attitude the entire visit. My boyfriend and I were shopping for a used Acura and I cant say enough good things about Nerio the Salesman and Joshua the Finance Guy. Nerio was really helpful in getting us into a deal/car that worked for us. Joshua especially was AWESOME during the final paperwork process. Super efficient, covered all the bases, personable, just great. At one point my boyfriend noticed that someone was outside sitting on the hood of the car we were literally in the process of buying and Josh JUMPED up and RAN outside to get them to move.
