I am so completely impressed and satisfied with the honesty of this auto service shop. I contacted Lennys for a second opinion after Napletons Dealership gave me an estimate of almost $1500 worth of maintenance that was needed on my car. Lenny inspected my car - at no charge! - and told me that NONE of the repairs were needed at this time. Wow! My daddy always told me you buy cars from dealerships but you never use them for service or maintenance - I always lived by that rule but recently moved to this area and didnt know a reputable mechanic or who to ask for one. I only went to the dealership because someone sideswiped my car and knocked the mirror off. When I did a google search for a local mechanic, I was blown away by the great reviews for Lennys - and I am thrilled to be adding one of my own.Lennys absolutely has 2 new customers as my partner and I will both be using them for all of our future auto service and maintenance needs.And - Sharon is wonderful - what a great person to encounter as your first contact with this business! I was recommended by RNR Tire next door for help installing a engine air filter for my wifes 2017 Infiniti Q50. I thought I could easily install this filter myself but after opening up the hood I realized that this isnt my old 1966 Mustang Fastback engine anymore. They took my car in within 10 minutes of arriving with no appointment and completed the task in no time. I asked what I owed them and said Nothing, Just have a safe day. I had to at least buy them lunch for their time and effort. That tells me a lot about this companys service and professionalism to their customers. Lenny’s Auto Service is amazing! I called a few nearby shops to try to get my car looked at and couldn’t even get an appointment. I called Lenny’s and Shannon answered immediately and got me an appointment for the day and time I needed. Lenny worked on my car and replaced some necessary parts for a very reasonable price, when an electrical issue arose that had to be fixed by a specialty shop, they transported my car to and from the shop for me. I was able to continue working and they went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. I will continue to use Lenny’s for all my vehicle maintenance and repair moving forward. They are extremely friendly, helpful, honest and the best part of all is the adorable pug behind the reception area! Thank you, Lenny and Shannon!!!

Lenny’s Auto Service Provides five-star service at reasonable prices, the best part is that they treat you like family. It was like looking for a needle in a hay stack.Long story short, I called Lenny’s for the first time recently. I took my car to Lennys Auto Service today after receiving an outrageous quote from the dealership for my 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance. Shannon gave me a quote immediately which was less than half of what the dealership was asking for. I dropped my car off in the morning and Shannon took me to work and brought me my car after. Such a major convenience for me to not have to worry about missing any work. Lenny took great care of my car and brought me up to speed on the things that I would need to do in the future. Just when you thought the days of honest mechanics were over! Lenny is honest, fair and knows his stuff! When the dealership quoted us a price more than the worth of the car and other mechanics told us the car isnt worth fixing, Lennys Auto Service fixed us up for a reasonable price and kept dads car cool for another 200 miles (hopefully)!
