After going to seven dealerships only to find out that the vehicle advertised was just sold! I decided to go to WPB to get an idea of what was available and I fell in love with the Jeep I purchased. Please BE VERY CAREFUL as this dealership does not honor its commitments and intentionally will try to DEFRAUD you as they did me. On September 10, 2021 a deposit was left at the dealership and immediately a sense of deception was felt when they hand wrote $5000. NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT which, you should all know is illegal in the State of Florida. After two weeks of waiting for the vehicles delivery I received a notice that the vehicle was delivered and by the time I got over to the dealership the manager (Rodney / Ronnie or whatever his name was (Should be Shyster in my humble opinion) authorized a different salesman to sell the vehicle at a higher price regardless of our written and verbal agreement and knowing that i was in route to the dealership to close the deal.. After leaving the dealership, he decided to call me harassing me, my wife and 2 year old daughter with profanity simply because i took a little longer than what he expected my arrival time to be while the salesman assured me that there was no rush. Be weary of this dealership.
Liars and do not honor agreed upon pricing, Sales Manager was told 3x to stop using profanity in front of me and my 2 year old daughter. Not recommended if you are big on values. During this entire pandemic they price gauge due to shortage of inventory. NO bueno!
Made an appointment and came in to trade in and buy a new car. On Saturday Aug 14th, 2021.Sales person was horrible and lack of knowledge and the service I got from the manager and the sales person was bad. No willing to sell. That’s what I felt like.They gave me an offer with big money down and very high monthly payment.I told them that I will think about it and the only thing they told me was to call them on Monday.They will work on a better deal for me. They actually said they will call me but if I will not hear from them to call them. I did. All the next week. No one called me back. I expected to hear back from them.We bought over 6 cars with Arrigo over the years.Unfortunately I Didn’t hear back ever.I went to another dealer company and….surprise!!! my credit is actually great, the car I wanted was available I didn’t have to put 10K, down to get the car, and so I got something so much better!!!!I need to get my daughter a car in six months.Guess where I will not go ever again!!!As a business owner I know how much customer service matter. I guess that is not important to you.I gave one star because there was no zero in the options!
As soon as I walked in i was tended to which I usually dont enjoy but this was the first time buying a jeep and I didnt know much about any of them..William was SPECTACULAR, sweet, and you could tell he really wanted to find me something I was going to love and was a car I could grow into. Which we did!!! I absolutely adore my Grand Cherokee. I definitely recommend going to see him. He really goes above and beyond for you and tries to aim for a long term relationship with his customers.
Not one to usually leave reviews unless they are very good OR very badIn this case it is a good reviewI placed a custom order on 8/13 and was fortunate enough to get a honest and respectful sales man by the name of Greg Summerville and he kept me updated throughout the entire wait time of the build.. If I had to buy another Jeep Id go to Greg again. Took delivery on 9/10 and was super surprised with how fast my Jeep was built.Prior to walking into Arrigo, I visited Napleton on Northlake and unfortunately dealt with a very dishonest salesman who seemed like he did not want my business. I walked out with the Ill let you know line and was the best decision I could have made.
My Husband and I will be moving down to Florida shortly. To prepare we talked with Will St Clair to look for a new car. Very knowledgeable young man who was excited to help us. Had details about the vehicle that I didn’t expect. Gave us so much information we we’re very impressed. Can’t wait to see them again to make our purchase.
Absolutely horrible company!!! Zero communication & all they do is make empty promises!! Bought a certified pre owned 2018 Ram1500 Laramie Longhorn and they had it for over a week and couldn’t fix a low beam headlight and then after I took it home with a headlight still not working then I discovered the wheel well was never put back properly and messed up a sensor not to mention missing clips and screws!! I have talked to every manager and all they say is sorry and we’ll call you back! They never have!! Also I’ve been promised a second key fab & owners manual & no surprise “NOTHING”!!!!! Absolutely horrific company and I am still waiting on 10 call backs!!!???? But nope nothing!!! Absolutely garbage!!! Next is the news and BBB! To say the least! This is what spending a lot of hard earned money gets you with Arrigo!!! Never again!!👎🏻😤😡
Overall, I love my Jeep, but customer service is lacking. I had test driven a used Jeep and noticed about 1600 miles on it. The very next day when I purchased the vehicle, I noticed it had an additional 500 miles on it (how?!). I was told that they must have “put in” the wrong amount of miles which made no sense to me. I called back multiple times to get some sort of explanation and reimbursement, but could not get a return call.It’s obvious when all the employee cares about is making a sale. Follow through is big in my book. If you’re not going to call the customer back to address their concerns even after you’ve already made a sale, that says a lot about the type of business you work for.I ALSO noticed there was a giant black scratch on the front as well as blue paint marks. I was not given any floor mats or the window sticker with all of the cars information at the time of my purchase which is supposed to come standard. There were a lot of excuses being tossed around and no effort was made to try and correct the situation.
Great experience ! Walked out with a car with an amazing deal. Bob was nice,very patient and played his part and did a darn great job as our sells man .Michael did as well as well as Eric the manger and Connie the insurance agent .I can write a whole book about my experience but I’m just going to keep it sweet and petite! I was able to walk out the lot with a vehicle that I was looking to purchase within my budget and better, especially during times like this with high market prices for cars.Make sure you check them out they will take car of you!
This review is for the Jeep service center. Honestly, the sales area may be awesome, but find yourself a good mechanic somewhere else because the service department is so absolutely, unbelievablely terrible that it makes me question my own sanity for ever going back. Ive had to deal with this dealership twice when something went wrong with my jeep. Once for a recall and once for a part I couldnt get at 4 wheel parts.The first time was the recall part. My car kept stalling out while I was driving, which is why I originally made the appointment. Apparently part of the recall was that they had to try certain things before replacing the part in question to see if it would fix the problem. But no one told me that. So they updated my system software, told me the problem was fixed, and off I went. My car stalled out again ON THE FREEWAY because they told me it was fixed. I had been avoiding the 95 because I was afraid of stalling on the highway, but because NO ONE TOLD ME that that was step one of trying to fix this issue, I assumed it would be fine. I stalled on I95 in the middle of 80 mph traffic and literally could have been killed. Not an exaggeration. They literally put me in harms way. The most irresponsible and unethical service department.The second time, 4 wheel parts sent me there for a part. I couldnt even get someone on the phone. I was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back. On hold again. No one even said hello. Just picked up and put me on hold. So I hung up and called back again and they picked up and hung up. Unreal!For real, go ANYWHERE ELSE! Unethical, unreliable, and irresponsible.
They were nice .. didnt buy the car but at least they didnt pressure me out try to sell me something else.So I take it back .. very upset. First the salesperson brings me a Honda accord 4 door to test drive when I was there for the 2 door coupe. She apologized and brought the right car. When the sales manager, salesperson and I came to an agreement on price. I noticed the workup sheet and carfax had different vin numbers. Again the agreement sheet had the 4 door on it. All of a sudden they cant sell me the 2 door accord at the price we agreed on. Sounds like a little bait and switch. They should honor the price for the car I came to look at, test drove and wanted at the price that was aged upon by all parties involved.
800+ credit $6000 down for a lease i had didnt bother to even look at my credit 1 year ago. My best friend just went with $20k down almost on a new paid camry as a trade 800+ credit as well and same. Very disorganized dealer. Their website had a 2021 Ram 1500 listed that I was interested in. I sent a message through the chat feature on their website asking if the truck was still available. I was assured it was still for sale. Finally a rep from the dealer contacted me and I also asked if they could verify if it was still for sale by actually grabbing the keys to the truck. About 30 minutes went by before a Sales manager called me to tell me that the actual truck was not even in their system. Was told the dealer was taken over by the Morgan auto group and that it takes them several days to update their website on cars that were recently sold. I Then asked if I ordered the same truck with the same options through them if they would match the price they had listed for the original truck. Was told to come in to negotiate a price. When I said I wanted the same deal they had offered on the other truck, I received no response after. Not a great first impression for a first time customer.
My family and I went to go trade in our F-150 Platinum at this dealership. We’ve been buying cars from them for years!They valued the truck for $38,000 while Kelly bluebook valued it ($48,000). We showed them a truck we saw online and they said they didn’t have it and they tried showing us other trucks which is fine but why continue to have a truck online when it’s no longer for sell???Once we showed them they agreed to change it to 50k. We were going negotiating back and forth from 2 pm - 6pm. Finally we agreed on a deal, signed paperwork credit checked and we even took everything out of our truck. 5 minutes later they completely change the deal with a high interest rate and forced to include a useless package that included bug repellent and roadside service which was a ripoff and completely wasted our time. They’re the true definition of scammers. They definitely lost loyal clients today. Jesus Guerrero and management were the ones who “assisted” us. Don’t even get me started how Jesus kept calling my mom “my love”. Disgusting.
The worst car dealer I have ever visited! Don’t waste your time coming here . Customer service is poor and prices way too high. There is no room to even consider negotiating the price and they have way too many fees on top of the car’s price. I wanted to buy a car which was listed for $20.000 and it ended up being $27.000+, ridiculous !! When I complained and tried to lower the price, the manager himself told me it is what it is take it or leave it. Hidden fees for idiots, do yourself a favor and visit other dealers in the area with good customer service and realistic prices/fees.
I was put in contact with Salesman Scott Rice by a neighbor... Scott was great from start to finish. He was patient with my questions, got my answers quickly and communicated precisely. Troy the finance manager was great as well. He was very quick, Informative and shopped around to get me the best deal he could. He also put up with my 3 hungry kids whining and drawing with crayons in his office while we signed papers. He gets extra points for being so patient with them. Overall I had a great experience and Got the truck I wanted.
Horrible dealership, sold me a BRAND NEW Dodge Journey ! Nothing but expensive problem right from the start!! Engine racing, after much arguing with Me. Toney Baloney service man, they dismissed the whe issue after keeping my car for a month !!!! Later a recall, software that regulates engine speed defective !!! Then defective PCV in oul chamber was under 10 year warranty ! Defective, cracked, caused engine damage ruined the HEAD of the engine, 2YEARS later nobody will order the part which is under warranty !!!!! 2 M.F. YEARS !! Still waiting !!! In the meantime, the battery gets destroyed ! The computer in car defective, destroyed my battery !!! Had to have towed twice !!! The Okeechobee dealership was supposed to fix right the first tow !!!! Nope !!!!! Second row another expensive problem to fix !!!! I e done nothing but pay pay pay for defective parts and repairs !!!!! This is 5he worst service I e EVER had !!!

The service department is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I brought in my vehicle for an issue with my vehicle. The service department said the issue wasn’t covered in my warranty and it had to go though my insurance. So the insurance and the service department lacked to communicate and when I attempted to call Calvin, he would ignore my calls so I would call the number I had for the department and they would say he’s not in. Over a month passed and they kept telling me it was almost ready and another week would pass. When the month mark hit, the insurance company said they weren’t covering my rental anymore and I had to return it. I called Calvin and no answer, ONCE AGAIN. Called the service department told them I was without a vehicle and they said It would be ready soon. Left me without a vehicle for four days. Finally it was ready and they said they’d have my vehicle cleaned up. My husband went to pick it up and it was DIRTY. Worst experience I’ve ever had and they couldn’t even have the decency to clean up my vehicle.

I had purchased a car from Arrigo believing that the car was safety certified in that it was gone over bumper to bumper as they represented.It was 2018 Dodge Charger. After only 6,000 miles of highway driving. I began to experience brake failure and the brakes started to grind. I immediately called and was told that they would call me back.No one did . So after repeated failure to get in touch with anyone and broken promises of getting back in touch I decided to go the closest dealer for Arrigo in Margate and talk to someone. They tried to call Arrigo in West Palm and to my amazement they could not get through either. They decided that I had to leave the vehicle overnight to look at the brakes.After 2 days of repeated calling they finally answered my call and said yes the brakes are gone and its not their problem. They said it would cost me $2500.00 dollars to repair and I was floored having just bought the car.I had it repaired for $463.00 dollars for brakes and rotors at a licensed repair shop. To me this speaks volumes and that Arrigo obviously never checked the car out. Who buys a car and has the brakes go in 6000 milesThis experience has led me to believe that Arrigo is not an honest company. I was given the runaround and no one would call me back it was a horrible experience. I tried a week straight to talk to management and I kept on getting the runaround over and over. Finally I got hold of the General Mangers Secretary Veronica and she said the General Manger Andrew would call me back. He didnt. I would never recommend them or buy another car from them again. Trust is a major factor and they simply cant be trusted. They will tell you that they have your back and make guarantees about safety certifications when this is not the case.Buyers beware Arrigo just isnt up front they basically will lie straight to your face for a sale period, Stay away at all cost. Dont fall for the upselling on unnecessary packages as well there good at selling but not backing up their promises and product.0 stars
Horrible service since the beginning that we had to end up purchasing our vehicle at the margate location. Stupidly I went back for service here and they took 2 days to do an oil change and gave back my truck with huge damage to one of my tires. I called and spoke to ralph and all he could ask is if I have enemies that could of done that to my tire. Don’t take me for a fool and take responsibility for the irresponsible, lazy people you have working there.
My experience at Arrigo WPB is what Ive come to expect of car dealers ... deception and, very possibly, outright lies. After getting a call from someone at the dealership in Internet sales following an online trade valuation, I agreed to try to make the 40 minute drive to see a vehicle of interest the following day.To sum it up, it took just about an hour to find out they didnt have the truck they supposedly had, they couldnt have sold it to me (or anyone else) if it WAS there, yet it was apparently sold to someone else prior to my original inquiry.Read on if you want to know the details.When we got there it took 15 minutes just to get a salesman to talk to us. After a lot of up and back and him disappearing and reappearing we were told its pending a recall and, while we could see it, we cant drive it.Then after the salesman found a vehicle to use so we could take the ride to the back lot, where cars seem to go to die, we arrived only to find a slightly different and $4K more expensive version of the same model/trim level. It was the only one of its type they had. So back we drove to the showroom, simultaneously looking online for the vehicle we were originally coming to see so we could show them they supposedly had it.So more time with the salesman disappearing and reappearing. He was told the one I wanted was sold yesterday. Of course, I reminded him that all of those of that model have a recall on them and then questioned how it could have been sold since I couldnt buy the one remaining. He said it must have been rushed through service.So they obviously hoped to lure me into the showroom and interest me in something similar and more expensive. A typical bait and switch. I would never give someone my business for any amount of money, no less $74K, where the start of our relationship is a deception. It will never be better than it is at the start. And to top it off, they wasted about 2.5 hours of my and my wifes Sunday.
Had an amazing experience at this location. Jesus is highly recommended. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made my over all experience a pleasure. I felt very ease from start to finish... Kevin in finance was great as well. He broke everything down to me in simple terms and had some funny jokes in between. I appreciated that. Monica set me up with the insurance I needed and even Lillian automotive services made a flat repair very smooth. A+
The price listed online was $20, 215, which seemed like a great deal for the car. For financing was quoted $27,890. This included a “reconditioning” fee $2000 and the non-optional Arrigo Advantage fee of $2000 (free headlight replacement and anti-microbial treatment etc).When I asked why is those two non-optional fees were not included in the advertised sale price I was told that “ The Internet has made it a competitive market and if they do not advertise a lower initial list price than other dealerships online people won’t even come in the doors.”Great selection of cars though and a nice show room. Friendly staff. Just a waste of my time when I was expecting around $23,000 after taxes and tag/registration fees based on the the advertised price and initial phone conversation.
Nice sales guy. BUT!The buying process was a waste of time. After going there 3 times, finding a car, ready to buy it. Then the out the door price ended up being $10.000 on top of the sticker price. So I walked out without buying a car.What kind of deals are they doing there ? Very disappointing and a waste of my time. Don’t go there!
My husband and I bought a Chrysler 300 Arrigo Dealership. We must say that we had a good experience with our sales woman. She was polite courteous and very respectful. However I have to give This dealership two stars at the present time. Once the vehicle was purchased it was horrific. The car has been I was for now five or six months if we have not received the title. Every time we call we get the runaround as to why we don’t have the title of the vehicle. Mind you this is our car we pay for it cash.Also there was some type of maintenance that had to be done on the car which was never done. Once again I spoke to the general manager and he Also denied the fact that he had promised to repair things on the car. Furthermore I wrote a letter to the Arrigo, Till this day I’m still waiting for his response. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please don’t go there so you don’t have to replace to the same hassle my husband and I are experiencing.

From initial contact all the way through delivery of the vehicle they were professional and took the time to ensure that all questions were answered. Not once did we feel like the Arrigo team was being pushy or trying to sell us something that we did not need or want. Instead, they took the time to listen and provide the detail and answers that enabled us to make informed decisions about our purchase. Called four times for a car listed on the internet for sale. No response. When I did get through to a sales person he never sent me the information I asked for. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional.Update: I figured out the issue. The advertised price is not what they are selling the car for. That’s why no one was getting back to me. I understand that there is a chip shortage and you have the right to sell a car for whatever price you want but it should be advertised as such. You are misleading customers who call based on posted prices and are then sold the car at a higher price. This is consumer fraud and I am happy to report you to the State of Florida!As I mentioned to Abraham, if you send me an invoice for the advertised price plus tax I will send you a check.

The worst people I’ve ever dealt with when trying to buy a car. The sticker said 48,000 and they tried getting me to sign $73,000 contract. They consistently would call me and tell me a truck is available and then told me a soul before I get there and then call me back and tell me it’s available again. Actually I didnt mean to give you as high a rating as I even did. My first experience with your service department and the service advisor was not, and is still not good. I moved here 3 months ago from out of state and Im on my 4th jeep and my son recently got his first. Maybe Im spoiled by dealing with a jeep service department for years that is professional, courteous, and competent. Im still waiting for your service advisor to call since Saturday afternoon. Totally turned off by you. You ask what can you do to get a better rating from me? Call me and be glad to elaborate. Id be willing to bet I wont hear back from you either. Im not shy to to Jeep corporate either, and will do so if necessary.
The service department is terrible had a grand cherokee serviced and recieved a car with loose lug nuts. One even fell off which is why I noticed if not I could of been in an accident all because of incompetent technicians. I brought the car back to get the car checked fully checked because the wheel and bolts were under a lot of pressure since the nuts were not put on well. I wasnt told when my car was done but they couldnt have done anymore than just put the missing nut and sent it off because it was sitting outside after 30 minutes. I would not recommend this service department if you value your life. Also the quality of the cars are just terrible the paint on my brand new car came with blue specks that comes in black paint that was poorly detailed before handing it off.
Horrible place that only care about getting you there and making a sale. Daisy promised me the vehicle i was interested in was still available and the key was in the box. I really insisted that she was sure, because last time i called and then drove there i was lied to. I rush there in 30 minutes and they say it just sold. I ask to see the vehicle, because it would still be there after test drive,negotiation and paper work. Finally after talking to a bunch of people one of them tell me the truth. It sold hours ago. They wanted me to drive there to force junk down my throat. Those people i met were very shady and thought nothing of lying to my face.
While I have my opinions about Dodge as a car manufacturer and Dodge’s repair pricing schedule, there are two things I can always count on. Dodge has had impeccable customer service, and they have always stood behind their work. They also have been honest about work that is needed and recommended. Everyone service rep on that team has communicated effectively and treated me as a valued customer. This trip I had the pleasure to have Ariel as my service advisor and she made my experience pleasant.

I have been purchasing cars since 1990. All have been good experiences except the last one with Arrigo Dodge in West Palm Beach, Florida at the end of March 2021. From the salesperson jacking up my first and last name to my experience with the Service Department today,In March, even with my driver’s license in front of him my salesperson still messed up my name which caused a mess with the finance company. Next, the woman who ran my debit card for the down payment ran it for the wrong amount. There was an issue with the paint on the car and it’s still not right. I went back and forth with the salesperson as to when to bring it back in to correct this issue. The bottom line is that the dealership had my car for a week or so. They provided me with a loaner during this time. After about 3 or 4 weeks, after I had returned the loaner I received a call from the dealership about returning the tag for the loaner car. Are you kidding me!!! The tag was never removed. Finally, my name was corrected with the finance company.Today, Saturday, July 10, 2021, I had my oil changed and I had to walk almost halfway to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. Also, my Service Advisor informed me that the paperwork would be mailed to me.I could have said more but I will not. However, I will never again purchase a vehicle from Arrigo Dodge again. I should have returned to Napleton’s in Palm Beach Gardens where I purchased my last two vehicles from. They are very unprofessional on so many levels.
Very professionally handled. The issue was diagnosed and explained to me and I was given the option to fix or drive as is. The warranty that normally would have covered this issue has expired so I was happy to get the diagnosis and know my options before any work was performed. I elected not to have the repair work performed.

I went here yesterday 6/6/21 to buy my daughter a new car for Graduation, and the sales guy Greg was amazing. He was Honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He is the best sales guy Ive ever worked with on getting a vehicle. I have personally been though a lot of vehicle. If your looking for a vehicle go see him.
I was trying to get ahold of The parts department. Was on hold for 30 minutes. Then I hung up and called back and this lady transferred me over to them again and I waited on the line for 15 minutes and then they hung up on me. Called back a third time and she apologized and said she was transferring me to someone in charge and I was sent straight to a voicemail. So I spent almost 1 hour trying to talk to someone in parts and I’m the end I STILL didn’t get any help. Horrible Customer Service.

What a great buying experience I had at Arrigo WPB. Since the moment my wife and I arrived we received excellent customer service. Not a min after arrival Mr. Oscar Prado greeted us and after a cordial introduction we went straight to business. My wife and I work really hard to be able to afford a Ram Truck and it was nice to notice how Oscar picked up that fact and he himself went hard to work for us. We got a really good deal and now on to enjoy our first truck!

First impressions of the service department are way way below expectations. Came in for a simple issue and waited over 4 hours. Thing is, Ive personally done this service myself and it was less than 30 minutes. But, there is zero reason for me to personally keep fixing a service covered under warranty. Will not be back and based on the service dept absolutely wont purchase from here either. 2 new Mopars every 2 years and its a shame.

The service at the Arrigo dealership is extremely professional! I went to the express lane for a quick oil change and I waited for about 45 min considering there was already a couple people ahead of me so I did not mind the wait at all. Jonathan was the service advisor and he was very professional and attentive. They did a routine check up on my Jeep at 50,000 and checked everything they had to and provided full details on what they did and checked. Will definitely be coming back!!Thanks Arrigo!

I should have read reviews here before I went. The sales person was dismissive once he found out the car we had interest in was not in their inventory. On that note, let me tell you about the daily phone calls and emails we received prior to being coerced to driving 40 miles to the dealership. They insisted they had a car to our specifications. We were pretty clear what we were looking for. It was to be clean and ready for our appointment they hounded us daily to show up for. Once there, no car anywhere near what we wanted, and like I said, we were dropped like a bad habit 3 minutes after arriving.So long story short, I will be buying our NEW, WHITE CHALLENGER R/T from anyone other than Arrigo CJDR!
Arrigo of West Palm Beach ROCKS!!! This is the second pre-owned car that I’ve purchased this year from Arrigo. Make sure that you complete the online application and bring a copy with you including the finance terms. This will make the negotiations a breeze. The only thing to be aware of, is that both cars came with only one key fob and a second one couldn’t be located within the dealership. It costs between $200-$500 to get a second key fob. Michael Hidalgo was my sales rep first time and I’ve chosen him for my second purchase as well.Car purchased were a 2019 Toyota YA 40k miles and a 2018 Toyota RAV4 43k miles, also traded in a 2020 Toyota Prius Prime and got a decent trade in offer on it. Will be back for more. 👍

Dealer advertises one price online under msrp while real price has a $20k premium. I had 4 different people call me to reach out and ask the same questions a million times just to have to get back to me. Don’t waste your time with this dealer.
Just recently moved to Florida from California and was Worried wondering what dealership to take my new Jeep for its maintenance. I called thinking an appointment was required for service but lucky they were able to take me in and I got my oil change and tire rotation done in less than an hour. Amazing service and their lobby was so clean and very welcoming. Will not take my car elsewhere from now on.

Love this dealership. A guy named Cedric D. eased my fear of first time car buying, especially as a woman. I had been taken advantage of and gouged at prior facilities. I have been trying to get an appointment since July 20th 2021 with no success. I finally brought my Ram 1500 in last Saturday. I received a video of additional repairs but when I responded to the text and email for an estimate for the additional work, Ive heatd nothing back from the dealer. Numerous phone calls, emails and text have gone unanswered or I was disconnected. This might be a good place to purchase a vehicle bit a terrible place to have one serviced. Thanks Arrigo Dodge for making this a less than memorable experience.

My daughters Jeep had a total electric meltdown at only 14k miles that was not the service dept fault . But when then said come on down your covered and we will give you a loaner car while we fix yours. We get there do 25 minutes of paperwork and when I ask about the rental they say oh sorry you just missed it they closed that dept come back next week we will give you a loaner then. Leaving my daughter and 2 very young grandchildren stranded. And they were like nope nothing we can do.
Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service, unfortunately I bought a new car from here and Ive had nothing but issues, I wish I could take this car back. They dont return your calls after you buy a car from them. They will sell you a car knowing it has issues. Dont bother with them, save you money and time go somewhere else

Rust under the carriage!! Well, I would say dont go here and buy a car when there are plenty of dealerships in the area. Mr. Arrigo isnt there anymore to handle things the old way when men handled business with character and integrity. In May 2020 we headed to WPB Arrigo, a couple of days later my boyfriend with whom I purchased the truck noticed the driveshaft was rusted. We reached out to the sales guy who recommended we reach out to the service manager. It is difficult these days with Covid to get anyone to respond. Anyways, Scott told me just follow up with Rob, so I proceeded to reach out to him by Facebook messenger because I have him on Facebook, as you will notice on the pictures he read the message, but never even bother to reply. It is important that you go to a dealer that will actually be more interested in preserving a customer and future potential sales than to push one away and with him many more just because they are not interested in fixing something that would be so trivial to their finances. Now the dealership was bought out and we are stuck with a rusty driveshaft. My 2014 cars drive shaft is nowhere near rusted and this 2019 trucks drive shaft is rusted beyond, wow just wow. See for yourself and spare your self the trip to this place. Do not go, just do not go there. Many other places to go.
To start, I am a customer that does not entertain smoke and mirrors of the car sales industry. I have made visits to many dealerships looking for the ideal family SUV. I should have started right where I purchased my used 3500, this experience was perfect. So revisiting Arrigo Dodge and meeting with Scott Rice again was the best decision. We were looking for a Toyota, was unhappy with the false advertising. Scott laid it all out for me and we were sold on buying the Grand Cherokee my wife liked. Scott Rice made my car buying experience great for the second time. I am not a fan of dodge trucks but, might just try one out one day.

At the beginning of April I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Arrigo. Today is July 13th and they refuse to send me the title. I am in Kansas and Arrigo says they will not send the title until I have the Jeep inspected and I mail them the paperwork. I went to have the vehicle inspected today at the Kansas Highway Patrol facility and was denied as a title is required for the inspection. The officer on duty made it clear that Arrigo has committed auto fraud.1. Arrigo has sent us more than 1 temporary tag (illegal)2. The third temporary tag was for a 2012 Honda (illegal)3. Arrigo has now sent us a metal dealer tag (illegal)4. As of today Arrigo says there is a lien of which we were never informed of (illegal)We have been advised to contact Ashley Moody, the Florida Attorney General. Arrigo is full of liars and thieves. Please save yourself a nightmare and go elsewhere. I have been scammed. STAY AWAY

Anthony was my Service Advisor. He did a great job from getting my vehicle information and in the bay to contact me when my vehicle was finished. I asked how long it would take for everything to be done and you told me two to three hours and that is how long it took. I had a vehicle recall and program update, oil change multi-point inspection. I was pleased with the service the Anthony and the Arrigo Dodge gave me. I hate when I am not told a time and I am waiting around forever for my vehicle to be finished. I also dislike when the service department forgets to reset the oil life indicator as it is electronic and I cannot do it. This has happened at the past place I brought it and I would have to bring it back in to get it. Mind you these places are not near me so it is a hassle. Thank you Anthony and Arrigo Dodge for the excellent quality service you done.
