Exceptional service. The mechanic Brooks is amazing. He takes care of your car as if it is his own. I have literally never been so impressed my somebody doing their job. I was referred here by a family member. I called in early morning on a monday, I was able to take my car right in. Julio came our right away asked me a few questions and inspected my vehicle immediately. He told me what the problem was before i even left. A full inspection of my vehicle was performed to rule out any other potential issues. My car was fixed and ready by the same afternoon. Labor and Material is warrantied, you cant beat it. My car drives wonderful now-overall, a great experience and i feel a little better knowing now that i have some where to bring my car without being afraid that i will be ripped off. I stopped in to replace the valve stem on my tire. The guy told me thats a big deal and another told me to park the car. Nobody told me how much it would be not how long it would take. I dont doubt they might do good work but I know better than to be made to think that its a big deal. I left and went to another shop a few blocks away. I lnow better because I work at a tire shop myself and I have done the work myself.

Worst experience of my life with this shop ...I went in for axel job my car came out with more problems than it had after . All my dash lights where on and the manger did not tek action to fix just scanned it and told me to go about my day .the next day I drove me car my transmission started slipping and my control arm was completely off they did not put my car back together right I payed over 700$ in two days with them and they gave me back my car in the worst condition ever ...I don’t recommend anybody get work at this place there not helpful and will try different ways to take ur money I’m very disappointed.

This is my go to mechanic. They find the problem and fix it. Resonable prices too. The staff is friendly. Julio and his pops are great.

Great place, great prices on used tires

Referred by a friend, I stopped by Affordable Tire & Auto thinking I needed to replace 3 tires on my 03 Honda minivan per my mechanics suggestion. Julio came out to my van and checked each tire thoroughly by hand. He suggested that I only really needed the one tire that had a slow leak to be patched. He said the other tires looked and felt fine to him, at least for a few more months, before needing to be replaced due to wear. I followed his advice. The patch was performed quickly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes total time. It cost me $12 cash to patch the tire. Fair pricing and quick & honest service goes a long way. I will be back for future tire needs and have no problem referring this shop to others. *Recommended*

Price was ok.Was given one price over the phone for a used tire by one person and then giving a higher price by another person after I got there. When I explained but I was given a cheaper price on the phone, the gentleman I spoke to in person told me the other guy didnt know what he was talking about. I needed the tire so I sucked it up. I was told 20 minutes, no big deal I could wait... Over an hour and a half later I asked for my keys so I could leave. The tire hadnt been changed yet. 20 minutes after that the tire was done. Almost 2 hours total wait time... For one tire!They came recommended but, never again.

They did really good work and i would trust them with my car anytime. Very friendly and competent people!

You say youre a good Christian, but you cant use the brains that God gave you. You damaged my car by lifting it wrongly after I specifically told you not to. We had an entire conversation about it! In this situation theres no difference between intentional malice and blind incompetence, so which was it?

The owner is truly genuine. If he cant fix or its not worth working on, hell tell you. The best customer service. Love going here. Highly recommended.

It was great while we were in the building. I was there for a simple alignment on my 4x4 Expedition. Leaving everything felt the same as when we pulled in. Still pulling, steering wheel crooked, and tires still tilted. And then there was something new, a knocking when turning. Took it back, they assured me everything was fine. I took it to Tire Kingdom after a week. They put it up on the lift in front of me upon my insistence. We were all shocked to discover both sides of the trucks tie rods were lose, nut almost off the thread lose. Wheels were nowhere near aligned; 1 difference between top and bottom, and now i need a new hub/bearing assembly because i drove it a few times to the store like that. Hub assembly is $175 to replace if i do it! I drive my kids around in my truck, this was totally unacceptable! My guess is they were waiting for me to come back after some thing broke so they could make more money. Stay away!

Honest mechanics. They have told me how long I can go on a part instead of bullying me to fix it. Also the only shop I have found that actually patched a tire instead of telling me why they cant and trying to sell me a replacement.

Only go to this place for tires only, go to another mechanic for anything else. They will charge you alot just to fix something small, there its a very old man who works there. A customer came saying she bought a bad tire from them, showing pictures. This old man literally took her phone, looked at the pictures then threw her phone on the table hard smile murking at her. Telling her to never come back that they wont ever do business with her. This people charges you two different taxes and put an insane amount for labor even if its a small job.
