I was really interested in State Farm insurance, I’ve heard from multiple people that it really is such a great insurance company to be with. I called to get a quote and I was helped by a team member (Matthew). It was late on a Friday night, I was in the process of buying a new car, and needed insurance before I could drive off the lot. After looking at rates extensively online and comparing all the big companies offers, I called Alex Estrada who I had spoken to previously while searching for insurance. In a matter of minutes, he not only offered me a much lower rate on my car insurance than anyone else had given me, but he even offered to help me set up a State Farm Bank loan that would beat the interest rate I had just bought my car with—by 2%! Not only did this save me thousands of dollars in interest off the bat, but he even managed to arrange for my gap insurance to be reimbursed 100%.After being with State Farm for over 2 years now, I’ve had several instances where I needed advice or a change in my policy right away. I read the reviews online and saw State Farm was honest and very helpful so I walked in and waited a few minutes,it was a very short wait time before I was help by Gustavo Golmez. Fantastic service. Walked in because I was tired of Geico taking advantage of me and not providing excellent customer care like they claim in their commercials. Well I guess I won’t be dealing business here after moving from Philadelphia. I had State Farm and was thinking about carrying it over as I purchased the home in South Florida. I called first thing in the morning spoke to Josh and told him I needed homeowners insurance he said that he would get my information I sent them the property and all information is he needing through email. Midday came in I decided to call back and see what was happening no one answered the phone. About 2 o’clock I call back and see what’s happening with my quote? He says that he tried to forward it to one of his coworkers to finish off the clock and that she would be in contact with me. Called back at 4:30 in the afternoon end of the day someone answered the phone I asked to be connected to Josh but to no avail I was left holding on the phone and after four minutes waiting I hung up.The rest of the evening never heard back from these people this is not the way you run an insurance agency and I will be sure to find the right agency as I know State Farm has been awesome to me just not this office

I appreciate the staff and everything they have done, but my frustration solely came from the inconsistency I experienced over the past 2 years. My requests were not met before and I have 5 vehicles with this agency, the reason why I gave this a final try is because I am local and Marlene was kind and professional and we both apologized to each other. From what it appears to be, the response Dan Cavin gave to my review below by stating (he is sorry....) is perhaps only so readers can see. However, the outcome was, I was not treated with respect on the phone by him that day and he did not take the time to listen to my feedback as to why there has been so many issues with my account in the past. It is very frustrating to know the owner would handle it this way, yet I understand overall when is time to move forward I am willing to do so. I am giving it another try and hopefully there can be some responsibility taken from his end.
