Used to be a great home automation company, recent changes (Ownership or Management??) have resulted in HORRID experiences. When you purchase a high end home automation system you expect high end service, what you get with the New ETC is a couple steps below fast food. Half the time the dont even show up for appointments. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.
