The quality of my services was phenomenal. however the company seems to be extremely unprofessional. i had two different counselors stop working for the company during our services and wasnt informed by anyone. This resulted in my services being pushed back or ignored completely .

This establishment is completely unprofessional and does not care about their clients. I waited over two months to get their doctor to fill out disability paper after being told they could get signed. I called multiple times about my papers just In the end not to get it signed and had problems trying to get back unsigned documents which I did not get back. They belittle their patients on a pretense of helping but you just end not getting the help you came in looking for. Complete waste of time and money and you end up leaving more stressed then you came in. Even given one star was a stretch

Dont waste your time here. Seek out Family Connections located in Orange for professional services. The people here are not professional at all. I have tried to speak with the director but instead have spoken to clinical supervisors who cannot answer my questions. Apparently the director is only there once a week to look after things. Ive tried speaking to the staff about some of the noise, and every time they are rude to me as if Im the one bothering them at 10:30 at night when they are loud. Honestly I dont see or understand how the therapy works when the kids play outside and I see constantly bullying and children acting out and screaming for attention. They trespass onto my driveway to walk to their cars and take away parking when they have their own lot. Ive seen people come in on Saturdays only to find that the place is closed when online it says they are open. Very unprofessional, no ownership, and disrespectful. Dont waste your time and money here

My son has been going there for a while now which i will have minor problems but recently with pick up and drop when u give them a new number they will call u to confrim pick up but then for drop they calling a whole different number your old number for drop off this happen a couple of times but i think this week i had they called my wrong number and took my child back to their office because i wasnt answering i mean of course i wasnt answering u guys were calling the wrong number smh they dont have a set time for drop off the latest my son came home was 730 8 o clock and then the next day they will drop him off at 6pm smh im done with this office. They are not organized at all.

Amazing staff and the receptionist is one of my favorite people on the planet. Very caring and concerned staff. Highly recommended!

This place is Dysfunctional to the Fullest. They dont communicate properly, they have no control of the kids being seen running all over the place. The van pick up are uncoordinated and just plain horrible. This place has potential, i just wish that they would become more organized. Also, they give you an appointment(if they can remember) then have you sit for hours past your appointment time with no explanation nor a care in the world. They all stand and congregate at the reception desk while you wait for nothing smh. The director, forget about it. Hes as absent as some of the staffs minds .....I recommend finding somewhere else asap.

I couldnt get past the rude receptionist who was unclear about several professional matters. The end result was me choosing another professional facility that is fully prepared to deal with my needs and the needs of my family.

This place is VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. MY SON WAS NOT PICKED FROM SCHOOL SEVERAL TIMES. SOMETIMES LEFT ON THE STREET FOR 2 HRS OR MORE UNTIL I GOT HOME FROM WORK. SEVERAL TIMES I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE DIRECTOR OR LEFT MESSAGES ON HIS VOICE, NO RETURN CALLS. THE RECEPTIONIST EVEN TOLD THE DIRECTOR IN THE MEETING THAT I TRIED REACHING HIM SEVERAL TIMES. MY SONS COUNSELOR LIED AS TO WHY MY SON WAS DROPED OFF IN BELLEVILLE WHEN HE LIVES IN NWK. AFTER DROPPING CHILDREN OFF THAT LIVE NEAR ME THE DRIVER PROCEEDED TO BELLEVILLE MY SON SAID I DONT LIVE THIS WAY, PLEASE CALL MY MOM PLEASE CALL MY COUNSELOR. THEY REFUSED. THE COUNSELOR LIED AND SAID IT WAS A LOT OF CHILDREN ON THE VAN THAT DAY THATS WHY HE WAS LATE COMING HOME. HE WAS THE LAST CHILD ON THE VAN WHEN THEY PHYSICALLY TRIED TO FORCE HIM OUT OF THE VAN IN BELLEVILLE. I TOLD THE COUNSELOR RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DIRECTOR THAT HE IS AN COMPULSIVE LIAR & THEY CONSIDERED THAT AN ATTACK. SCREW THIS PLACE I DONT NEED A LIAR WORKING WITH MY SON.
