Affordable & nice 2 story townhomes.. just updated the playground and it looks so good. Not a bad neighborhood either.

Weird but nice place

Its been two months. So far, So good..

It’s affordable for a reason. Once maintenance came to fix my toilet and the mainence men left poop in my tub and pulled the curtain. When we told the office no one seemed to care. Then they told us we needed to cut the hedges (it was a while). When we had them cut they said there is a 3inch limit and charged us 150$ to cut the hedges. So I walked through the neighborhood many days and I saw very few apartments with 3in hedges. I think they are a little racist. Because the people who were allowed 10 inch hedges were of course white.

Great place to live except office staff are rude and very condescending
