I had an absolute wonderful experience here today. I shipped over 575 pounds of goods to a military installation. James and his team packed everything and had us out the door in an hour all while handling other customers! They were all very helpful and courteous during this large transaction. Emma and Kris were absolutely amazing. They helped us completely reconfigure a seating chart for our wedding that was only a few days away. They provided us with excellent customer service and all the help in the world. I would highly recommend going here for your printing needs.

I needed a program for a wake. They composed a cover, with a photo and text I supplied. They chose a durable, but not extravagant, paper stock. They were very conscientious about getting feedback before the order was finalized and delivered. Most pleased with the final product.

The people that work there are so patient, so helpful, I have been going there for years, since my daughter moved, they know me and treat me like family, I have total support from them when I go there, total trust, Kris helped me today, thank-you for the great team & service!

I was able to print a map from an email that I received. The person at the desk did it for me for less than two dollars. That saved me so much time and money. It would have cost me at least $30 for the ink cartridge. I will go there again.

Only two copy machines so had to wait a little, but very nice and helpful staff.

There was a woman employee there tonight my I feel bad that I didn’t get her name . But the woman who worked at that location on April 2nd 2018 around 8 pm ET was really helpful to me even while she was multitasking and busy.

Kim is a consummate professional and all around great guy.

Understaffed. One employee in the building and a long line of customers. Great way to destroy customer satisfaction.

I ordered a package on Amazon that was supposed to be delivered through FedEx and arrive on a specific day. The buzzer rang once but I was unable to come down stairs to the door at that moment. When I came down a few minutes later there was no package and no note. When I contacted Amazon they called Fedex, but the company would not redeliver the package until 3 days later. I needed the package that same day, but they would not allow me to come and pick it up until the next day.The whole thing is extremely inconvienient and frustrating. It would have been so much easier if the driver just left the package at the door like every other service has done. I would have expected a company like Fedex to try and correct the mistake without creating problems for me, but I have been sorely disappointed.
